Chapter 2392: Retreat (1)

Before the end-of-month evaluation, Zhao Chi would always review what he and the few female heroes had done that month.

Checking whether anyone had done too little in any one area.

If too little, he'd hurry to make up for it.

For example, if Zhao Chi felt he and Gu Qing had been lacking in combat, Zhao Chi would pay special attention during battle to let Gu Qing kill and capture more enemies.

This way he could accumulate combat skill scores.

The monthly evaluation would yield a high score.

If it were only the four of them — Gu Qing and the others — Zhao Chi still had surplus energy each month to look after all of them.

But once female heroes were truly promoted on a large scale, he really could only rely on them from then on.

However, they all carried Taoyuan Tribe genes, with very high base attributes — their innate conditions were far better than the heroes of other lords.

Even after they reached the advanced hero tier, the boost to their hero attributes probably wouldn't be too low.

Still, thinking about all this now was a bit far ahead.

It was a process of accumulation too.

And right now the main focus should still be the werewolves.

The crisis hadn't truly been resolved.

The werewolves still had a full two regiments in the greater world, currently besieging West Abyss County, and those two regiments of werewolves were still very tricky to deal with.

In this spatial rift, there were also 2-3 grand brigades of werewolves.

Those had to be factored in too.

So the World-Breaking Army at Snowfield City still faced a situation that was far from optimistic.

No more thinking about that...

First, successfully retreat — then talk.

Zhao Chi's attention returned to the system's settlement notification.

Friendly forces had killed a total of 130,000 Batfolk, the race with the highest enemy deaths, even more than the werewolves.

That wasn't surprising.

Batfolk, like Harpies, were very small in size and very weak in strength.

So their daily replenishment numbers were higher than regular races, like Goblins — more than humans and other races.

And there were also methods to increase the daily spawn count, so lords using this kind of race had very ample troop numbers.

This was a typical quantity-over-quality race.

And they had one biggest advantage: they could fly.
