Their modification options are almost identical.

While the Moon-Chasing Spear adds +5% Pierce, and the Jade Beauty Hammer adds +5% Impact.

Just like the Mystic Maiden Armor, these weapons are also extremely difficult to craft, so they cannot be mass-equipped for now.

Therefore there's no need to use Mystic Maiden Ruler shards either.

Zhao Chi simply chose to max out all five modification options: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
