Chapter 2928: Metamorphosis (8)

Fuyao is still very immature right now.

Although childhood is wonderful, that is for humans.

A tree spirit like Fuyao doesn't care about such things.

Zhao Chi confirmed, "Fuyao, you'll reach adulthood at thirty thousand years old, right?"

"Mm." Fuyao nodded.

"I still have seven Taiyi Wheel fragments. If I use three more to let you grow another nine thousand years, you can reach adulthood directly."

"No good~ Don't forget I'm not in the growth period right now, I'm in adolescence."

Adolescence?

Zhao Chi was taken aback.

Could it be…

Zhao Chi asked in astonishment, "Th-then… you… you mean the effect of the Taiyi Wheel fragments will also diminish?"

Fuyao nodded. "Mm, it will. Each of my growth stages is different, so if you use items of a different tier, the effect really will… be very poor."

Zhao Chi fell silent.

He suddenly recalled how earlier, in the spatial rift, he had used the Gigantification Art on that Eternal Tree, and after one casting, the Eternal Tree had barely grown at all.

Later he discovered that the skill, which should have increased its size by 200%, had only enlarged it by 0.8%.

After all, it was a colossal beast — both skills and items would have their effects diminished on it.
