Chapter 663

Xia Zhi's face went deathly pale.

Their elven archers, with their super-high arrow speed, held a certain degree of combat ability even in melee.

But it was only a certain degree.

Facing professional female spearmen, Xia Zhi truly had no confidence.

After all, she already knew these female spearmen were no ordinary human spearmen.

Once they got in close, it would truly be dangerous.

The original ambush tactic could be considered a complete failure.

Since that was the case, they had to retreat decisively.

There were other friendly forces lying in ambush behind, so retreating was absolutely the correct decision.

"Retreat fast! Retreat immediately!"

Xia Zhi roared, cancelling the taunt.

The elven women retreated immediately, without the slightest hesitation.

Their figures were light and graceful; leaping far down from the trees, they immediately charged toward the depths of the forest.

These elves could move quickly on the trees as well, but moving on trees was ultimately not as fast as on the ground, and there was the risk of losing one's footing.

They ran at full speed, but the footsteps behind them made their hair stand on end.

They looked back in panic.

What they saw was those female spearmen closing in rapidly with their long spears leveled.

They were equally light and agile, running even faster than these elven women.
