Chapter 250: The Best Time to Pick Up Loot

"Moreover—taking advantage of the fact that right now, no one has noticed or even thought of it, this is the best time to enter the Third Layer instance. Once everyone reacts and rushes into the Third Layer Reincarnation Instance in a frenzy, then who will ultimately kill the BOSS will be unknown!" Zhang Zhi added.

His several teammates, eyes gleaming brightly, dared not speak out, and one by one quietly entered the Third Layer Reincarnation Instance.

【Instance Introduction: Bai Yin Instance.】

【Introduction: Bai Yin Instance, ordinary skeleton soldiers are Bai Yin level. The BOSS and the BOSS's summons are Gold level, totaling 301.】

After Zhang Zhi and the others entered the Third Layer Bai Yin Instance, the system's two introductions appeared before the four of them.

Before the four could seriously examine them, a cold wind swept over their faces, making the several people shiver, their souls almost freezing.

"What is going on?"

The Battle Axe Warrior rubbed his hands together, eyes wide, looking at the World of Ice before him, his face full of disbelief and confusion.

Zhang Zhi also frowned tightly, completely不明白 what exactly had happened.

The land on the ground was entirely white frost and snow, trees were completely ice-sealed, the outside was entirely blue solid ice, flashing with deep blue light.

Everything in sight had turned into a World of Ice and Snow.

Even the breath the several people exhaled could easily travel more than ten meters; roughly estimating, the temperature of the Third Layer Bai Yin Instance space must be at least minus seventy or eighty degrees.

"Huff!"

The Mage Sif, a ball of flame burned in her palm, the flame constantly rotating in her palm, the fireball extremely dazzling with high temperature, causing the ground to begin melting.

The several people also became a bit warmer.

"This might be the characteristic of the Third Layer Bai Yin Instance; after all, we have reached the Bai Yin Instance, and the BOSS of this layer and the BOSS's summons are all Gold level! The environment being harsher also belongs to the normal!"

"Let's hurry; the difficulties we face, that archer will also face!"

"If that archer unconsciously challenges the BOSS of this layer, he will surely die!!! If the archer is killed by the BOSS, then we won't even think about obtaining the other party's evaluation points!" Zhang Zhi said.

"Brother Zhang, I don't quite understand, is the Reincarnation Instance BOSS really that powerful?" the Battle Axe Warrior asked, confused.

The Fatty Battle Axe Warrior's words seemed to have triggered Zhang Zhi's memories.

"Actually, all of us, everyone expecting reincarnation, have expected a bit too much."

"Last year, no matter how you put it, I was a Four-Star Warrior, enjoyed glory, and was the top scorer of the previous Gaokao—many universities recruited me!"

"But why didn't I go? Just because I—I had a comrade-in-arms—"

When speaking to this point, Zhang Zhi choked up a bit.

His several teammates also followed, tears shimmering in their eyes.

Actually, Zhang Zhi had already told this story many times, just not in detail each time.

Zhang Zhi stabilized his emotions and said, "Normally speaking, if we could have someone obtain full evaluation points at the Iron level, that would already be high enough!"

"Even if you are a Five-Star prodigy, you are still just a single person; of course, if it were a team of prodigies, then I wouldn't say that!"

"Whether Three, Four, or Five-Star Warriors or Mages, the limit of power is roughly the Gold Instance."

"And now we have come to the Bai Yin Instance; for us, this is already the limit. My comrade died in the Gold Instance; on his deathbed, he used all his strength to let me escape, so I feel guilty, so I rejected all university invitations! I secretly cultivated for a year."

Zhang Zhi's three teammates were moved to tears.

Especially the female Mage, her gaze towards Zhang Zhi became even gentler.

The several people listened to Zhang Zhi's story, moved to tears, but did not notice Sif's fireball in her hand becoming smaller and smaller, the surrounding cold air piercing the bones.

The Battle Axe Warrior even shivered.

"I say Sif, listening to stories is listening to stories, can you be a bit more serious? We are freezing to death!"

The several people looked at Sif, but Sif stood stunned in place, pointing her finger in one direction, her lips trembling up and down.

Everyone followed the direction she pointed, and for a moment, all stood frozen in place.

Not far from the four people, ice sculptures appeared, fully several hundred, each in various poses.

The several people quickened their steps to the ice sculptures; after seeing the faces of the ice sculptures, their several faces became somewhat unnatural.

Fully more than ten seconds passed.

Only then did Sif say in a trembling voice, "What exactly happened?"

Even Zhang Zhi felt unsure in his heart.

The several people thought for a while.

Zhang Zhi suddenly slapped his palm and said, "I know!"

Seeing his several teammates looking over, Zhang Zhi hurriedly explained, "Do you remember the situation of the Iron Reincarnation Instance and the Bronze Reincarnation Instance?"

"The BOSS and the summoned guards, the guards and the skeleton soldiers of this layer are actually not in a teammate relationship; sometimes they are even in an enemy relationship!"

"The Iron Skeleton King in the First Layer Instance was killed by his own subordinate with a single chop, right???"

"You say—could it be that the Gold Skeleton King in the Third Layer Bai Yin Reincarnation Instance used some freezing spell to freeze all his subordinates within it?"

Combining the before and after.

Zhang Zhi's several teammates felt this was very reasonable.

Only this explanation comes close to reality.

"Hiss! Look, the skeleton soldiers of this layer are indeed very powerful."

Everyone looked, and also inhaled cold air sharply.

They saw the BOSS Gold Skeleton Guard with entirely golden bones.

【Monster: Gold Skeleton Guard】

【Health: 300,000】

【Attack: 200,000】

【Skills: Bloodthirsty, Berserk, Gale.】

Compared to the skeleton soldiers of the previous two layers, the skeleton soldiers of this layer have an essential difference in strength.

Moreover, their skills are also high-level combinations for warriors; such Gold Skeleton Guards are no longer something an ordinary reincarnator can deal with alone.

It requires team cooperation.

Before the four of them, there were dozens of Golden Skeleton Soldiers.

Over a hundred Bai Yin Skeleton Soldiers.

All frozen in ice sculptures, unable to move.

"Tsk tsk—brothers, I feel our chance has arrived!"

"Perhaps the BOSS of this floor is at odds with his own subordinates, and a chaotic battle broke out, causing this situation."

"In this way, the number of Golden Skeleton Guards has decreased; at least a quarter have lost combat capability. If we encounter that opportunistic archer and the BOSS later, we might reap the benefits!"

Zhang Zhi's several companions also felt this was an opportunity.

The BOSSs of the previous two floors were suddenly killed by surprise attacks from Skeleton Guards; this floor is the same, with the old monster and his minions at odds and fighting each other.

Then perhaps it truly is an opportunity.

Even after passing this floor of the Reincarnation Instance, one could attempt the true Golden Reincarnation Instance.
