Chapter 64: Launch Announcement

First and foremost, I am most grateful to all of you who have read this far.

Without your comments, your continued reading, and your monthly votes, I absolutely, positively would not have made it this far.

Therefore, I thank you again, sincerely, genuinely, and solemnly.

Thanks to my editor, Chen Xiang, for giving me a lot of useful advice on the plot and setting.

To be honest, so far, this book's performance is the best I've ever written, and I cherish it very much.

I carefully ponder every plot segment, even weighing every word, advancing slowly and steadily, fearing that I might hit a "poison point" somewhere and accidentally ruin the story.

Looking at it now, although there are still many flaws, it has managed to stay on track.

I've seen many readers in the comment section guessing if I'm someone's alt account, or perhaps some "Outer Realm Heavenly Demon."

I have indeed written two books before, but their performance was quite average; by comparison, that account is more like my alt (laughs).

And after writing for these past few years, although the results were a flop, I've gained a tiny, insignificant bit of experience.

Just like the conclusion reached by an author I particularly like:

"Keep writing, don't stop."

No matter how the results turn out later—keep writing!

No matter how many bad reviews there are, or if I've been "broken" again today—keep writing!

No matter how stuck I get, even if I have to squeeze my brains out—keep writing!

Write, write, write, don't stop.

I hope I can do it.

Tomorrow is the launch day, and normally, there should be a massive update.

But as you all know from my update times, I'm an old "deadline warrior."

I write and post every day; I don't have a single chapter in reserve.

Many times, after staying up all night, barely squeezing out two chapters is my limit.

After finishing, I feel like I've been drained; I sit in front of the computer, wanting to do nothing, just staring blankly for hours.

I don't know if I'm really that tired or if something else is wrong.

Therefore, I also particularly envy and even revere those who can write 6k, 8k, or even over 10,000 words a day.

That's too badass.

Compared to my pathetic speed, they seem like aliens.

But since it's launching, I can't be too shabby.

So from now until tomorrow ends,

I will use every spare moment,

To keep writing. (While ensuring quality)

Until I am exhausted, can't squeeze out another word, or what I write becomes garbage.

I will update as many chapters as possible.

But please, everyone, don't have too high expectations.

After all, no hope means no disappointment (crossed out).
