Chapter 147

Such strength, if placed in the Blue Sea,

would be solid Imperial-level combat power!

Although Enel cannot use Armament Haki,

Li Xiao felt

that, given Enel's talent,

if he were to go to the Blue Sea

and come into contact with the methods of learning Armament Haki,

there was a high probability he could master Armament Haki in an extremely short time!

As for Conqueror's Haki,

Enel most likely also possessed the potential of a king,

only lacking the right moment to awaken it!

In the early-period One Piece timeline,

Enel was almost an over-spec existence!

Had he not run into a bug-tier fighter like Luffy,

he would have been virtually invincible!

The Rumble-Rumble Fruit had no obvious shortcomings,

and in combat it never lacked offensive power;

if he wanted to leave, almost no one could stop him!

In fact,

even a bug-tier fighter like Luffy

only managed to inflict heavy injuries on Enel!

In the end,

Enel still piloted his Ark toward the Infinite Earth,

that is, the moon!

However,

now with these two Divine Abilities and Spells,

Li Xiao Has Already full confidence he can defeat Enel,

and even cut him down beneath his blade!

As for how many percent certainty he had before…

Sigh…

Shame, shame,

probably about ninety percent!

………………

Returning to the present,

although he had already reached Sky Island,

Li Xiao was in no rush to go find Enel.

Having finally made a trip to Sky Island,

he naturally had to take his time and soak in this wondrous place!

Li Xiao walked along the beach,

then passed over an arch bridge and officially entered the city!

After winding through the streets and alleys,

Li Xiao finally arrived at the city's most bustling street — Cute Street, also known as Cute Avenue.

Li Xiao stood at the street corner and looked around,

then walked straight into a restaurant!

Since he had come to Sky Island,

of course he had to first sample Sky Island's signature cuisine!

After all, the creatures living in the White Sea and White White Sea,

apart from here,

truly could not be found anywhere else!

Li Xiao walked into the restaurant,

picked up the menu,

and ordered every single dish that didn't exist in the Blue Sea!

Although he didn't have any Ikky on him,

his Sumeru Ring still held quite a few odds and ends of treasure,

so a meal was more than affordable!

A moment later,

the dishes Li Xiao had ordered were brought out one after another;

although there was no giant spicy crayfish that Li Xiao had been longing for,

these Sky Island specialty dishes all tasted quite good!

Just as Li Xiao was absorbed in his meal,

The door to the Cantingde Sect was suddenly pushed open from the outside,

Immediately,

several people stormed in with fierce momentum!

These people wore uniform attire,

a light purple short-sleeved shirt on top,

and trousers with a blue background and white cloud pattern below,

while all of them wore a white beret on their heads!

These people were none other than the police of the Floating Island—the White Beret Corps!

The leader held a photograph in his hand,

scanned the restaurant interior,

and finally fixed his gaze on Li Xiao!

He walked straight up to Li Xiao,

flashed the photograph in his hand at Li Xiao,

and said:

"You are the illegal entrant reported by the Tianguozhi Sect supervisor, correct?"

"I am McKinley, captain of the White Beret Corps. I am ordered by the Divine Priest to hunt down illegal entrants!"

"I hereby formally notify you that illegal entry is a Level 11 crime, punishable by ten times the compensation, which is ten billion Iks!"

"If you can pay the compensation on the spot, you will become a safe tourist of the Divine Nation!"

Hearing this,

Li Xiao looked up at him,

and at the photograph he held,

which showed Li Xiao standing on the Green Frost Sword inside the Tianguozhi Sect,

obviously taken by Amazon.

"What if I refuse to pay the compensation?"

McKinley, the leader, replied with a serious expression:

"If you refuse to pay the compensation, that constitutes obstruction of official duties, and you will be punished by the Yunfu Flow!"

"Moreover, our White Beret Corps is the direct unit of the Divine Priest. If you attack us, your crime will be compounded, and you will be punished by the Divine Trial!"

Hearing these words,

Li Xiao could not help but shake his head.

In fact,
