Chapter 610: Method: Keep a close watch on Moon Goddess, leave no traces

"General, since these Xiongnu attack villages every winter to obtain grain and fodder."

"And they succeed every time, it means they must have a way to know our movements."

"Why don't we turn their own strategy against them, set an ambush in a specific village, and wait for these Xiongnu to approach?"

A trace of a smug smile played on the corner of Qi Ziyi's mouth as he said this slowly.

The several generals below listened; some frowned, while others had a look of sudden realization.

"Those Xiongnu are fierce, insidious, and cunning; they won't fall for a trap so easily."

Someone spoke up, their tone carrying a hint of doubt.

After all, they couldn't guarantee that the Xiongnu would definitely follow their plan and raid this village.

"Then what if we release news that there is a large amount of grain and fodder in this village?"

Qi Ziyi said.

"What is your plan?"

Meng Tian spoke.

He felt this idea might be feasible.

"General, you just need to have someone release news that there is still a batch of grain and fodder in this village that has not been handed over."

"Those Xiongnu will definitely receive the news."

"As long as we prepare an ambush in the village in advance, we will definitely be able to lure out a group of Xiongnu."

Qi Ziyi finished explaining his entire plan.

Both Meng Tian and Zhang Tian beside him nodded. ===== CHAPTER 612 =====
