Chapter 256

Su Xuan did not expect that during the great disaster in Han Guo, this person would also appear, and by chance, she met with the Yin-Yang School disciples.

Near Xianyang.

A master and apprentice had been here for a while.

Having stayed in Han Guo for a long time, actively helping the disaster victims to treat diseases, and then witnessing the destruction of Han Guo and how the Qin Guo officials provided disaster relief in a thunderous manner.

Knowing that they had no use, Nianduan took her apprentice Duanmu Rong all the way to Qin Guo.

"Master, why are we coming to Qin Guo?"

Because her master had a close relationship with the Mohist School, and the Mohist School had been close to Yan Guo in recent years. In the eyes of the Yan Guo people, the Qin Guo people were cruel, and Qin Guo was also a cruel and unrighteous country. Influenced by these people, Duanmu Rong did not have a good impression of Qin Guo, especially this time, Qin Guo destroyed Han Guo, which confirmed her inherent impression of Qin Guo.

Nianduan knew what her little apprentice was thinking and said: "Originally, like you, I had no good feelings for Qin Guo. For so many years, almost half of the wars in the world were caused by Qin Guo, and countless people suffered because of the war."

"But the things that happened recently have changed my view of Qin Guo."

Nianduan did not hide her true thoughts. "Compared to all living beings in the world, we doctors are actually insignificant and cannot save everyone. We can only save one person for every one we can within our ability."

"The general trend of the world is too far away from us. I know that because of the Mohist people, you are close to Yan Guo and hate Qin Guo, but what I want to say is that this is actually not good."

"As a doctor, the biggest taboo is to choose patients based on your own likes and dislikes."

Nianduan said a lot of principles to Duanmu Rong and asked Duanmu Rong: "Rong'er, Master asks you, if there is a Qin Guo patient and a Yan Guo patient in front of you, who will you choose to save?"

"Master!" After hearing this question, Duanmu Rong hesitated.

Seeing Duanmu Rong's hesitation, a serious look appeared between Nianduan's eyebrows. "Rong'er, don't hesitate, answer me this question seriously!"

Duanmu Rong felt her master's severity, and finally, she said her true answer. "The Yan Guo patient!"

She just had no good feelings for the Qin Guo people.

For this answer, Nianduan did not seem surprised, so she asked Duanmu Rong another question: "If this Yan Guo patient is a heinous criminal, and the Qin Guo patient is just an ordinary farmer?"

"This..." After hearing this question, Duanmu Rong finally did not know how to answer.

Nianduan explained: "This is actually the purpose of me bringing you to Qin Guo."

"Qin Guo destroyed Han, who is right and who is wrong, I don't know, but Qin Guo did save those who were destroyed in the disaster."

"Master, the disaster in Han Guo was created by Qin Guo. Why do you want to help Qin Guo speak?" Duanmu Rong had another view on this sentence of her master.

Nianduan asked her back: "Is that natural disaster also?"

Duanmu Rong stopped talking.
