Chapter 1046

If the people's consciousness is not awakened, no matter how strong the Great Qin is, it is just a powerful country.

But when consciousness begins to awaken, the Great Qin begins to have a national soul.

A Great Qin with a national soul can be considered a true superpower!

This was what made Qin Mu the most excited.

The Great Qin Prime Minister, Wang Yangming, was a person very sensitive to the situation.

After seeing the effect of announcing the new crime, he immediately entered the palace to offer advice to Qin Mu.

"Your Majesty, the move to announce this new crime is truly brilliant!

I have heard that this crime has sparked heated discussions all over the world.

Many people from foreign lands, influenced by this, have begun to want to become citizens of the Great Qin.

The number of applications for naturalization has more than tenfold increased compared to the past!

And it is still increasing rapidly!"

These were all within Qin Mu's expectations.

After all, he was likely the only one in the whole world who had the most accurate prediction of the impact of this matter.

The Great Qin was his life's work; how could he not make it the best?

"Wang Yangming, as Prime Minister, you must put more effort into how to spread this matter among foreign lands."

Spread it among foreign lands?

Wang Yangming was stunned.

What he had just said was only what he had seen from the reports of the Ministry of Rites and the Ministry of War; he hadn't thought deeply about it.

Only when the Emperor specifically pointed it out did he notice this.

"Does Your Majesty mean to intentionally expand the influence of this matter?"

Qin Mu nodded with a smile.

He believed Wang Yangming's brain was sufficient, which was why he gave him this task.

"Subdue the enemy without fighting!"

A loud drum doesn't need a heavy hammer.

With just such a light touch, Wang Yangming immediately knew what to do.

"Your Majesty, I understand.

This is the most attractive aspect of the Great Qin; by spreading these things widely among foreign lands, over time, these foreign lands will be assimilated by the Great Qin!"

They could win over more hearts!

That Wang Yangming could grasp this level was already quite remarkable.

"To summarize it in one word, this is cultural output.

Spread the aspects that are most likely to win approval and win back the hearts of the people."

Cultural output was the core strategic thought.

Once they occupied the high ground in this aspect, those hostile countries would find it very uncomfortable.

If they fight, they can't beat the Great Qin.

If they do business, their own citizens will slowly lean toward the Great Qin.

Whether they fight or not, it's a dead end!

No one could stop the Great Qin's footsteps in unifying the world both territorially and psychologically!

What Qin Mu was doing now was precisely creating such a momentum.

Little by little, it was already beginning to show results.

From the beginning, when the Central Plains and foreign lands rarely interacted and the common people knew almost nothing about other countries,

to now, when any move by the Great Qin could reach foreign lands.

The people of foreign lands had already begun to pay attention to the Great Qin.

Wang Yangming was very impressed by this move.

"Your Majesty's strategy is unfathomable.

Using this strategy to deal with foreign lands, sooner or later, the whole world will submit!"
