Chapter 894

Still having to send someone to the Harsha Empire to pick up Li Tai.

This was a bit of a pit!

Who knew if there would be any accidents during the process of picking him up?

The Harsha Empire was currently in the midst of war.

With the few guards of a normal diplomatic mission, it was simply insufficient to ensure safety.

Whether it was Great Qin or the rebel army of the Harsha Empire, they could easily wipe them out.

Moreover, Great Tang had no face at all outside.

No one would give them a path out of respect for their face.

Zheng Chenggong led the army to take over...

Old Li was a bit worried.

Li Tai was the son he liked most, and he was preparing to appoint him as Crown Prince.

Now, not even being able to pick him up and bring him back to the country, he was truly ashamed to be a father!

Fang Xuanling slapped his forehead and thought of an idea.

But this method still required Zhang Juzheng's agreement to be possible to implement.

"Prime Minister Zhang, look, we want to pick up Prince Wei Li Tai via Yizhou and Yelang. It will be safer as it's all in Great Qin's controlled area.

Can you help us find a pretext? Like going to the front line to reward the army or something?"

There were quite a few people in Great Qin who held hostility toward Great Tang.

If it weren't for a name given by the Great Qin officialdom, they wouldn't be able to walk safely on Great Qin's territory.

Want to reward the army?

Zhang Juzheng rolled his eyes.

Wasn't this just throwing oneself onto the blade?

This matter was too suitable!

"This matter is easy to handle! I will immediately issue an official document to Wang Xuance in Kanyakubja, explaining the matter of Great Tang sending envoys to reward the army.

In addition, I will give you a customs clearance document, and you will be able to pass through without obstruction.

It's all a trivial matter, just a lift of a finger."

Fang Xuanling and Old Li thanked him profusely.
