Chapter 607: Cheng Yu: Lord, you are too good to those criminals (1st update!)

"That is true!"

Guo Jia nodded in agreement: "Actually, the treatment of our engineering teams is quite good! For those refugees and bottom-level people who are not full and warm, this is simply a dream life!"

"Letting barbarians and foreign indigenous people enjoy this treatment is actually their gain."

Although Xun You and the others felt something was wrong, they couldn't say what was wrong for a while, so they had to shut up.

Su Xuan's rule actually didn't have refugees, and there was no one who wasn't full and warm.

But other places in the Great Han were completely different.

Even so, Su Xuan didn't intend to use the Han people for engineering and mining.

Hmm! People who didn't commit crimes.

Those who committed crimes, should go to the engineering teams and mining areas, and still have to go.

"You!"

Su Xuan shook his head with a laugh: "Among the people under my rule, as long as they are not very lazy, I think no one lives worse than the criminals in the engineering teams, right?"

"The reason for giving the engineering teams such good treatment is also because many jobs in the engineering teams are very dangerous, and this is purely hard labor;"

"If they don't have enough to eat and wear, their loss rate will be very high!"

"Our engineering teams and mining areas are already short of manpower. If we don't cherish these free laborers, then who will do the various projects and mining?"

"Could it be that I should let the people under my rule do it?"

Not to mention that I can't bear to let them suffer this; by then, I would have to give higher treatment and wages;"
