Chapter 116: Extra Chapter Report
Extra Chapter Report
Extra Chapter Report
I know my readers prefer updates over single chapters; later they'll probably urge me to update again, so I'll try to keep it short and put what I need to say in a single chapter.
——
As of now, the total monthly ticket count is 3795; according to the extra chapter rule, starting from 1000 tickets, every 50 tickets earns an extra chapter, for a total of 55 extra chapters, of which 10 have already been repaid.
From 00:00 on the 21st to 24:00 on the 27th, counting from the previous extra chapter point of 3750 tickets, every 100 tickets earns an extra chapter.
——
Qin Chuan and Lin Yue's standing illustrations are all finished and set as the character card detail page; the bonus chapter lasts only 24 hours, so many readers might have missed it—those interested can take a look. The character card avatars have also been uploaded, but they're still under review, so they probably won't be visible until tomorrow.
This is my first time writing a beast taming novel with a female lead; in my understanding, a pet is like the beast tamer's child, and in a beast taming novel with a romance subplot, each side's pet is like the two people in a relationship each bringing a few kids to live together (although this analogy isn't particularly apt).
So Lin Yue's upcoming contracted spirit beasts will also have full-stage standing illustrations, and Xiao Qing and Xiao Hong's standing illustrations will be gradually added; the commission costs double, tears.
——
I know that everyone urging updates likes this book, eager to see the continuation, which is a spur to me, and I constantly hold a grateful heart.
The author, after getting off work each day, comes home, eats a meal, and starts typing; basically each day I have to write until 2 or 3 a. m. to finish eight thousand words—writing eight thousand a day is already the limit, and if in May I don't work overtime on weekends, I can stockpile manuscripts to occasionally reach ten thousand words a day.
I'm not complaining; I just want to say I'm really doing my best to update.
——
Finally, some good news: the average subscription has exceeded three thousand.
Although this book's initial subscription was 2200, by the end of the first day the average subscription was only 1800 (because the updates were split into two, which lowered it somewhat).
After six days on sale, the average subscription rose by 1200.
Awesome!!!
Thank you to every reader for your support; let's keep pressing forward!
