Chapter 441 What Are You Calling Dad For?_1
Having been struck at the back of his head, Yao Qihua felt an even greater humiliation.
"Yin Tian!"
He nearly squeezed these two words out through his clenched teeth.
Yin Tian looked down, looming over Yao Qihua, "Why are you calling for your dad?"
"You!"
Yao Qihua bit his teeth hard, yet felt an overwhelming sense of powerlessness.
He was simply no match for Yin Tian; the more he spoke, the more he would be humiliated!
After a while, Sir Li slowly began to speak, "Mr. Yin, let it be, don’t stoop to his level."
"Fine, for your sake, Sir Li."
Yin Tian spoke with a smile, lifting his foot and finally letting Yao Qihua go.
Yao Qihua scrambled up from the floor, only to feel countless eyes watching him.
He wished he could find a crack in the ground to crawl into!
"Scram, and don’t bother me again."
Yin Tian glanced at Yao Qihua with a disdainful look, as if peering at a pile of trash.
Yao Qihua’s body trembled, his fists clenched, his eyes filled with resentment as he glared at Yin Tian, yet he still stepped away and left the place.
Yao Qihua had left.
The crowd also felt a tremendous relief since they were all afraid of Yao Qihua, even if Yin Tian was not.
Zheng Hanlin then returned to Yin Tian’s side, his face bearing a sycophantic smile, "Mr. Yin, the incident just now had absolutely nothing to do with me..."
Yin Tian glanced at Zheng Hanlin and nodded, "I know."
Zheng Hanlin could also tell that Yin Tian had no desire to keep talking to him, so he quickly turned and left the place.
Yin Tian stayed in the place with the girls for some time before standing up and looking to Sir Li, "Sir Li, if there’s nothing else, we’ll be leaving."
"Are you leaving just like that?"
Sir Li watched Yin Tian with a smile, "This reception was specially organized for you."
"Since I’ve already met everyone, Zheng Hanlin’s goal has been achieved; there’s no need to stay here any longer."
"Alright then, you guys go ahead."
Sir Li nodded, "I’ll handle things here for you."
Yin Tian grinned and led Su Qinwei and the other girls away from the place.
By the time Zheng Hanlin received the news, Yin Tian and his group had long since departed.
A sheen of sweat appeared on his forehead, and he had an expression of guilt.
Sir Li tilted his head slightly, looking at Zheng Hanlin and guessing that he must be troubled about something.
Sir Li then spoke unhurriedly, "Zheng Hanlin, it looks like you have something on your mind."
Zheng Hanlin’s body shuddered, the look of guilt in his eyes deepened, yet he said nothing.
"If you don’t clarify, I can’t help you."
Sir Li continued to speak, his voice neutral, "It seems like you plan to shoulder this by yourself, so I can’t assist you."
As he spoke, he also stood up, preparing to leave the place.
Zheng Hanlin was startled and hurriedly stopped Sir Li, "Sir Li, Sir Li, can’t I just talk to you?"
Upon hearing this, Sir Li sat back down on his chair.
And Zheng Hanlin leaned in close to Sir Li, whispering into his ear.
After a while, a solemn look crossed Sir Li’s face, then he patted Zheng Hanlin on the shoulder, "Just insist that you tried to stop Mr. Yin, but couldn’t, and that should suffice."
"Okay."
Zheng Hanlin nodded, not saying much else.
And Sir Li stood up and began walking towards the exit of the hotel...
Yin Tian, who was driving toward the villa in South District, suddenly heard his phone ring.
He took out his phone and saw that the call was from Sir Li.
"Hello, Sir Li."
Yin Tian answered the call with a cheerful greeting, "We parted not even half an hour ago, why are you calling already?"
"You still have the nerve to laugh?"
Sir Li’s resigned voice came through, "The Yao Family has already dispatched someone, planning to make trouble for you in North District; Zheng Hanlin told me."
"The Yao Family? They just don’t know when to stop."
Yin Tian shook his head, "And then?"
"The Yao Family asked Zheng Hanlin to hold you back, waiting for them to arrive, but you left first."
Sir Li continued, "I guess the Yao Family now knows you are on your way back to South District, otherwise... maybe you shouldn’t return to South District right now, lay low for a while."
Upon hearing this, Yin Tian immediately laughed, "Lay low? The one who should be hiding isn’t me."
"I know you’re capable, kid, but the Yao Family is different from those other families. It’s always good to be a bit more cautious."
"No worries. If they’ve gone out of their way to find me, to bring trouble to my doorstep, why should I back down?"
Yin Tian had no intention of taking Sir Li’s advice, stating frankly, "If they want to trouble me, let them come."
"Ah, you kid, once you’ve made up your mind, not even ten bulls could pull you back!"
Sir Li let out a sigh and finally stopped trying to persuade Yin Tian.
"Alright, Sir Li, I’m hanging up now."
Yin Tian said and then ended the call.
"What’s wrong?"
Su Qinwei and the other girls all looked at Yin Tian with concern.
Yin Tian pulled the car over, got out, and opened the door.
