Chapter 562 One Birth, Two Lives_1
In just a few minutes, dozens of needles had been inserted by Yin Tian around Zhen Huayi’s eyes.
Sweat was also beginning to bead on Yin Tian’s forehead.
This was the secret technique passed on to him by his master.
Apart from this, there was no other way to restore Zhen Huayi’s sight.
Some time passed and suddenly there was a knock at the door.
"Master, the medicine you asked me to grind is ready. Shall I bring it in now?"
"Yes."
Yin Tian responded loudly.
With a creak, the door to the operating room opened, and Doctor Hua came in holding a bowl.
In the bowl was a yellow powder, emitting a strong medicinal fragrance.
Doctor Hua carefully approached Yin Tian and handed over the bowl.
Yin Tian glanced at it and then nodded slightly, "Good, mix it with water to dampen it, then spread it on a gauze pad. We need to wrap Huayi’s eyes with this medicine."
Doctor Hua did as instructed, holding the gauze, waiting on the side.
Yin Tian judged that enough time had passed and immediately removed the silver needles from Zhen Huayi’s face one by one. He then took the gauze from Doctor Hua’s hands and placed it over Zhen Huayi’s eyes.
Having done all this, Yin Tian also let out a sigh of relief.
"Master, is that everything?"
Doctor Hua looked at Yin Tian, his face showing concern.
He had missed a very precious opportunity to see how Yin Tian had treated Zhen Huayi.
Yin Tian nodded slightly but did not speak.
"What do we do now?"
"Let’s leave it at that for now. Huayi’s eyes should not be subjected to any strong vibrations for the time being. We better wait until she wakes up to discuss further steps,"
Yin Tian whispered.
Doctor Hua nodded in agreement and followed Yin Tian out of the operating room.
Outside the door, Su Qinwei and the other girls were anxiously waiting.
Upon seeing Yin Tian and Doctor Hua emerge, they immediately crowded around, their faces filled with worry, "Yin Tian, how is it? How are Huayi’s eyes?"
"Everything went smoothly."
Yin Tian grinned at the girls in front of him, "Now we just have to wait some time, and she will be able to see again."
Upon hearing this, Su Qinwei and the girls all let out a sigh of relief.
To the side, Zhen Songwen’s legs gave out, and he slumped onto a chair behind him.
His body shook slightly, wishing he could kowtow to Yin Tian once more.
His greatest concern had been Zhen Huayi’s eyes.
Especially since his own health had been poor before, he might have died any day.
He was genuinely worried that Zhen Huayi would be bullied after his death.
But now, not only had his own health recovered, but Zhen Huayi was also going to regain her sight—all thanks to Yin Tian!
Yin Tian turned and looked at Doctor Hua at his side, "Please go and handle the hospital admission procedures for Huayi; she probably won’t be able to leave for a while."
"Ah, the hospital belongs to us; we don’t need all that,"
Doctor Hua said nonchalantly.
"No, rules are rules. Go on,"
Yin Tian said softly.
"Alright then, I’ll go now."
Seeing he couldn’t convince Yin Tian, Doctor Hua nodded and left.
Not long after Doctor Hua left, a commotion could be heard in the distance.
Yin Tian narrowed his eyes and saw many people pushing a gurney, rushing towards the operating room.
"Move! Move!"
A young man was shouting loudly.
Su Qinwei and the others instinctively stepped aside, while Yin Tian remained motionless on the spot.
"What are you doing! Get out of the way!"
The young man yelled at Yin Tian.
Still, Yin Tian did not move from his spot.
Zhen Huayi was still recovering in the operating room behind him, and her eyes could not withstand strong vibrations.
Soon, the gurney stopped in front of Yin Tian.
Yin Tian looked up and saw a pregnant woman on the gurney, who was in agony, her complexion pale, and large beads of sweat falling from her forehead.
Yin Tian frowned.
The woman clearly hadn’t reached full term and it wasn’t time for her to give birth yet; so why was there such a rush to bring her to the operating room?
"What the hell is your problem!"
The young man came right up to Yin Tian, grabbing hold of his collar with both hands, his eyes red.
"Sir, please, calm down, don’t get agitated...."
A nurse hurriedly came forward, trying to soothe.
"Get out of the way!"
The young man shoved the nurse to the ground with a slap and then continued to look at Yin Tian, "You move right now!"
As he spoke, he forcefully pushed against Yin Tian.
But Yin Tian stood firm as if his feet were rooted to the ground, unmovable.
"Move now!"
Another man was following the young one, also in a state of panic, "The baby inside the patient has the umbilical cord wrapped around its neck, if you delay any further, we might lose both lives!"
Umbilical cord entanglement?
Yin Tian was slightly taken aback, then looked down at the pregnant woman lying on the stretcher.
