Chapter 1638

In the hospital wing, Snape finally learned the reason Darren had become like this.

It turned out that before coming to school, this guy had been seriously injured to save Nicolas Flamel, and the Ministry of Magic had only performed simple treatment before letting him come to school.

He should have been able to hold on until the end of the banquet before going to the hospital wing.

Who knew that because of his worry for Harry Potter, he would suddenly have a magical outburst.

He sat outside the hospital wing, holding his head.

His face full of bitterness.

Lily!

If you knew your child was so kindly taking bullets for others, what would you do?

He truly inherited all your beautiful qualities, making it impossible for anyone to blame him, leaving only full-blown heartache.

This child made him afraid to even speak harshly.

Even after the magical outburst, he was still worrying about others.

Sometimes he even hoped this child could be a bit more selfish, perhaps more like Potter, a bit more wicked.

That way, he wouldn't make people worry all day long.

When he heard Dumbledore's voice, Snape wanted to try to smile.

Even a mocking smile.

But he couldn't smile at all.

Thinking of the brat's personality inside, he had a headache. Especially hearing Dumbledore say Darren was fine.

He almost died, and that's considered fine?

Come to think of it, he had to thank that Savior for being caught on camera, otherwise this silly boy would have been anxious to death here, right?

Snape thought angrily.

Then he heard Dumbledore's words telling him to be better to Harry Potter, even using Lily's eyes as an example.

Had he not seen Darren's eyes?

Had he fallen so low that he needed to rely on a miniature version of James Potter to miss Lily?

Hah! Right.

Since Dumbledore said he should get close to Harry Potter.

Then.

"I will go wait for Harry Potter now, just as you said, Dumbledore; perhaps I should get to know that child well!"
