Chapter 405
Darren was almost chased out of the common room by the Slytherin students.
Of course, it was rejection on the surface, but it was actually full of concern.
After he came out, he saw Harry and Dumbledore waiting there.
And a step behind them stood the expressionless Snape.
"What are you still standing there for? Hurry up, we're just waiting for you!"
Snape said impatiently.
Harry glared at Snape.
He thought, how could there be such an annoying professor as Snape in this world?
It wasn't like he and Darren wanted this professor to accompany them, yet he was losing his temper at Darren.
"Sorry, Professor!"
Darren apologized politely and guiltily.
Harry noticed Snape's expression was a bit annoyed, and then he returned to being expressionless.
Don't know what he's getting angry about all day!
"Alright, children, hold my hand tight, we need to Apparate there!"
Dumbledore said with a smile.
He blinked his blue eyes and gave Darren a mysterious smile.
Darren lowered his head in embarrassment.
Clearly, this old man knew he was 'deliberately' like this to Snape.
Of course, he thought Darren was specifically cooperating with Snape.
After all, Darren had said in Dumbledore's office that day that he would pretend not to be close to Snape in the future.
Dumbledore clearly heard it.
"Alright, Severus, we should set off!"
Dumbledore said with a smile after seeing both his arms were held.
Then, after a bout of uncomfortable Apparition, Darren finally stood in the center of the Ministry of Magic's atrium.
He had come here through a phone booth last time.
"Potter, Apparition can move positions, and can also take others with you, but it can't move others away, nor can it move so many people away!"
Snape said sarcastically after arriving at the place.
"Sorry, Professor... I haven't looked up this spell, because I remember it can only be learned in the seventh year.
It's just because you once took me Apparating once, so I said such childish words at the time, thank you for the correction."
Darren said politely.
Snape's face turned even darker.
Clearly the boy was still as respectful and particularly polite to him, but he just felt extremely uncomfortable.
