Chapter 828: Hogwarts Study Panel Chapter 357
Harry struggled to sit up and looked out the dark window, seeing them speeding along another completely different street.
Stan wiped his eyes and then looked with interest at Harry's astonished face.
"We were here just before Mr. Green hailed us to stop."
He said,
"Where was it, Ernie? Somewhere in Wales?"
"Hmm."
Ernie said.
"How can Muggles not hear the car?"
Harry asked.
"Them!"
Stan said contemptuously,
"They don't listen properly at all, do they? And they don't look properly either; they don't notice anything."
"Better go wake up Ms. Marsh, Stan,"
Ernie said,
"We'll be in Abergavenny soon."
Stan walked past Harry's bed and went to the upper level along a narrow wooden staircase.
Harry still looked out the window, feeling a bit nervous and uneasy.
He cast his gaze forward; Sean was sitting there elegantly, perfecting his "Chronicles of Wizarding Magic."
Harry didn't know what that meant, but he knew that if this book were to be stocked at Green's Bookstore, he would have to buy at least three copies.
It would be even better if he could buy a signed copy.
Many people in the Wizarding World had such a consensus:
—Green's Bookstore sells the best series of books in the entire Wizarding World.
Whether you are a Muggle-born wizard, a half-blood wizard, or a pure-blood wizard, you can learn about the past, present, and even some predictable futures of the Wizarding World from them.
And whether you are a talented wizard or an untalented wizard, you can learn magic from the books.
Harry found it hard to imagine how a wizard like Sean, whose talent was on the same level as Headmaster Dumbledore, could imagine out of thin air the difficulties that stupid wizards would face in magic?
And so comprehensively?
Of course, Green's Notes also once wrote:
【I once faced the difficulties that wizards face, pondering the questions that wizards ponder...】
Harry didn't particularly believe in the authenticity of this sentence, but Sean was another matter.
【I wrote these books so that in the vast and boundless ocean of magic, wizards who have just come into contact with magic can also clarify their course.
The first priority of wizarding knowledge is continuation; wizarding wisdom that cannot be passed down cannot be called wisdom.
The changes I have made may be insignificant, and perhaps history itself is indeed a pile of ashes... but, there is warmth deep in the ashes.】
Thinking this way, the Sean in front of him seemed to become distant and near.
Harry could clearly see Sean right there, but it seemed he also existed in the book.
The Sean in the book was the best teacher Harry had ever met, meticulous and omniscient.
If you couldn't learn it, he would teach you again;
If you still couldn't learn it, he would teach you again;
If you still couldn't learn it, he wouldn't blame you; when you turned to the second page, you could see it written:
Of course, the above method has some omissions, this is the author's problem—let's learn a simpler method.
Would Sean be the best teacher?
Harry didn't know.
But would Green's Notes be the best books?
This point was unquestionable.
The Knight Bus traveled on like this.
Sean couldn't help but recall Mr. Stan's words in his mind.
His notes were initially just to organize his own thoughts, and gradually turned into helping Hogwarts young wizards lost in obscure magic, incidentally earning some Galleons.
By now, had these carefully organized notes actually changed the entire Wizarding World?
Details previously ignored by talented wizards were brought to the table; previously vague knowledge had concrete expressions; previously unclear magic was given referenceable stages...
Then, would wizards who were not considered outstanding burn with enthusiasm for magic again?
Sean didn't know, but he had met Mr. Stan.
He knew those notes were always useful; they helped wizards, and nothing made him feel more valuable than this.
He smiled slightly, seeing Stan come downstairs again, followed by a witch in a travel cloak with a slightly greenish face.
"This way, Ms. Marsh."
Stan said happily, and Ernie stepped on the brake, causing the beds to slide forward about a foot.
Ms. Marsh covered her mouth with a handkerchief and stumbled down the steps.
Stan followed, threw her bag out, and slammed the door shut.
Another loud bang, and they sped along a narrow country road, trees flashing aside to make way for them.
"Mr. Green."
Stan walked over cautiously.
"Mr. Stan, do you think there is any place in the standard spell section that needs to be changed?"
Sean said earnestly.
"Ah—that is the most perfect book, how could there be any need for change!"
Stan hurriedly patted his chest and said.
"Please tell me your inner thoughts."
Sean's green eyes seemed to be able to see through people's hearts.
Only then did Stan embarrassedly say in a low voice:
"I have never been able to learn higher-level magic, not a single magic has broken through to 【Expert】, Mr. Green, this is of course my own stupidity..."
"This is not your problem."
Sean suddenly said,
"That is the non-verbal spell part, I haven't written to there yet."
Immediately the atmosphere became awkward, Stan stared at the young wizard, as if there were words stuck in his throat that he couldn't say.
Finally, he could only leave gloomily, as if fleeing.
To find something to do for his messy head, Stan unfolded a Daily Prophet, biting his tongue, and read it.
On a large photo on the first page, a haggard-looking man with long, messy hair blinked at him slowly.
Harry quietly leaned over.
It was strange, he looked at this person and actually found him a bit familiar.
"It's that person!"
Harry exclaimed,
"He's in the Muggle news too!"
Stan turned back to the first page and said in a muffled voice.
"Sirius Black, of course he would be in the Muggle news, Nawei. Where have you been staying?"
Seeing the blank look on Harry's face, he let out a condescending laugh, tore off the first page of the newspaper, and handed it to Harry.
"You should read the newspaper more, Nawei."
Harry held the newspaper up to the candlelight and read:
【Black still on the run.
The Ministry of Magic confirmed today that Sirius Black is still at large; he is probably the most evil prisoner ever held in Azkaban prison.
"We are doing our best to bring Black back to justice,"
Minister for Magic Cornelius Fudge said this morning,
"Please keep the Wizarding World calm."
Some members of the International Confederation of Wizards accused Fudge of informing the Muggle Prime Minister of this crisis.
"Honestly, you know, I have no choice,"
Fudge said angrily,
"Black is a desperado. Whether it's a wizard or a Muggle, anyone who encounters him will be in danger.
I demand that the Prime Minister guarantee that he will never reveal Black's true identity to anyone.
To tell the truth—even if he did reveal it, who would believe it?"
Muggles have been told that Black is carrying a gun (a metal wand that Muggles use to kill each other),
while the Wizarding World knows that Black used a spell to kill thirteen people twelve years ago, so they are worried that such a massacre will happen again.】
Harry looked at Sirius Black's gloomy eyes, which seemed to be the only place with vitality on his haggard face.
Harry had never met a vampire, but he had seen photos of vampires in Defense Against the Dark Arts class.
Black's skin was deathly white, looking just like a vampire.
"Sean, we won't run into him, will we?"
Harry asked uneasily.
Sean didn't speak; he seemed to be reading.
"Looks pretty scary, doesn't it?"
Instead, Stan had been watching Harry read the newspaper and asked at this moment.
"He killed thirteen people? With just one spell?"
Harry said, nervously handing the newspaper back to Stan.
A little rambling from the Deer.
This book has officially entered the fourth volume, The Watcher of the Stars.
The progress will be slightly accelerated later, smoothly entering the Goblet of Fire.
The plot of the Goblet of Fire has been constructed, and regarding the personality and behavior of Mr. Sean Green, the Deer will have reasonable explanations in the Goblet of Fire.
Finally, thanks to the reader Light Walker Mo for the tip, thank you! ===== CHAPTER 829 =====
