Chapter 894: Hogwarts Learning Panel Chapter 388

She always restrained herself, testing the boundaries, but emotions weren't always something that could be weighed.

"I will be careful."

Sean said in a low voice.

"That will be enough."

Professor Marcus Marcus Maige smiled slightly, then looked at Harry, who hadn't yet come back to his senses,

"Professor Lu Ping also said you weren't feeling well on the train, Potter."

"Oh... I... I..."

Looking at the stern Professor Marcus Marcus Maige, Harry was dazed and didn't say anything.

At this moment, there was a knock on the door outside, and then the school nurse, Madam Pomfrey, hurried in.

"Where is Potter? Is he okay?"

She asked anxiously.

Harry came back to his senses, feeling that he must be blushing.

What had he just seen?

Oh, that was important, but it seemed he had other troubles.

That was that he seemed to have fainted on the train.

Whether he fainted or something else, it was bad enough; now seeing Professor Marcus Marcus Maige and Madam Pomfrey making such a fuss, he felt even more embarrassed.

"I'm fine."

He said,

"I don't need anything—"

"Oh, Potter!"

Madam Pomfrey acted as if she hadn't heard his words, leaning over to examine him carefully,

"I think you must be doing something dangerous again, right?"

"It was the Dementors, Poppy."

Professor Marcus Marcus Maige said.

They exchanged a solemn look, and Madam Pomfrey clucked like a hen with dissatisfaction.

"Sending Dementors around the school,"

She muttered while brushing Harry's hair back and touching his forehead,

"He won't be the first person to faint.

Yes, he is cold and wet. They are truly terrible creatures; the impact they have on those who are already fragile—"

"I'm not fragile!"

Harry said angrily.

"Of course you're not fragile."

Madam Pomfrey said absentmindedly, starting to feel his pulse again.

"What does he need?"

Professor Marcus Marcus Maige asked crisply,

"Bed rest? Perhaps he should stay in the school hospital for a night?"

"I'm fine!"

Harry said, standing up.

Thinking that if he had to be hospitalized, Draco Ma Erfu would say something, he felt it was unbearable.

"Well, at least he should eat some chocolate."

Madam Pomfrey said, this time she was observing Harry's eyes.

"I've already eaten some,"

Harry said,

"Professor Lu Ping gave me some. He shared the chocolate with all of us.

And Sean, he gave me his pumpkin pie."

"Green, you child are here too?

That's really nice, you always make people feel at ease."

Madam Pomfrey said approvingly,

"What's even more pleasing is that we finally have a Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher who knows how to prescribe the right medicine."

"Do you really feel okay now, Potter?"

Professor Marcus Marcus Maige asked sternly.

"Yes."

Harry said.

"Very well. Please wait outside for a moment; I have something to say to Se... Mr. Green, and then we will go downstairs together to attend the feast."

Professor Marcus Marcus Maige said.

The door was closed.

Sean met Professor Marcus Marcus Maige's stern yet gentle gaze.

"He is the manager at your bookstore?"

Professor Marcus Marcus Maige asked.

"Yes, Professor."

Sean said.

"Lu Ping is indeed a very capable wizard, but you had better stay away from him."

Professor Marcus Marcus Maige pondered.

Sean never asked why, just nodded.

"Go to the feast, child."

Professor Marcus Marcus Maige was always satisfied with this point.

The Great Hall was a sea of pointed black hats, each long house table filled with students, their faces shining brightly under the thousands of candles floating above the tables.

Professor Fuliwei, a small, white-haired wizard, walked out of the Great Hall carrying an antique hat and a three-legged stool.

"Oh,"

While returning to the long table, Harry said in Sean's ear,

"We missed the Sorting Ceremony."

"What happened?"

After sitting down, Jia Siting appeared from nowhere.

Even though this was the Ravenclaw long table.

"Yeah."

Hemin also appeared.

They looked curious, and before Sean could explain, Headmaster Dumbledore stood up to speak.

"Welcome!"

Dumbledore said, the candlelight shining brightly on his beard,

"Welcome back to Hogwarts! I have a few things to tell you all, one of which is very important, so I think it's best to make it clear before you enjoy the delicious meal and your brains become muddled..."

Dumbledore cleared his throat and continued:

"Our school has currently welcomed several Dementors from Azkaban; they were sent by the Ministry of Magic to perform official duties, which I assume you all already know, because they searched the Hogwarts Express."

He paused.

Sean knew that Dumbledore originally didn't want the Ministry of Magic to send Dementors to watch over the school.

But Headmaster Dumbledore always followed the Ministry of Magic's rules; in fact, he could have completely refused.

Sometimes Sean would think that this was because the Headmaster was confident he had enough ability to bear the consequences.

But for the young wizards, this couldn't be considered a good thing.

"They are stationed at every entrance to the school,"

Dumbledore continued,

"I must make it clear that while they are here, no one is allowed to leave the school without permission. Any trick, ruse, or disguise cannot fool a Dementor—not even an Invisibility Cloak."

He added faintly,

"The nature of a Dementor will not understand excuses or pleas. Therefore, I remind everyone present not to give them any reason to harm you.

I hope the prefects and our newly elected Head Boy and Head Girl can ensure that no student has a conflict with a Dementor."

Dumbledore paused again, looking around the Great Hall with a very serious expression; no one moved or made a sound.

"Let's change to a more cheerful topic,"

He continued,

"I am very happy to welcome three new teachers to join our ranks this semester.

First, Professor Lu Ping, who has gladly agreed to fill the vacancy in Defense Against the Dark Arts."

A few cold, sparse applause sounded in the Great Hall.

Only the students who had been in the same compartment as Professor Lu Ping on the train clapped more vigorously; Sean saw Jia Siting almost clapping his hands off.

"As for our second new teacher,"

Dumbledore continued after the sparse applause welcoming Professor Lu Ping subsided,

"Oh yes, let him come forward... so Mr. Green, our dear Potions teaching assistant, I'm afraid you cannot sit in your student seat today..."

Dumbledore blinked and said playfully.

Sean didn't expect there to be such news to announce, so he could only stand up in the silence and walk toward the high table.

In the process of his movement, the Great Hall gradually evolved from silence to fanaticism.

The Ravenclaw wizards applauded wildly, and Hufflepuff didn't want to be outdone; the applause from the two houses almost blew the roof off the Great Hall.

At the Gryffindor long table, Fred and George almost stood up to applaud; Fred winked at George, and George could see a group of Slytherins also applauding reservedly.

"Oh, very good, right? Mr. Green's ability is obvious to all; Professor Sineipu and I both trust that he can excellently fulfill this job.

This job might not be too glamorous for him, but naturally, all greatness comes from a small beginning."

Dumbledore's eyes crinkled with a smile as he watched the young wizard walk toward the direction of the two empty seats.

The first seat was near Professor Lu Ping, who was looking at him expectantly;

The second seat was beside Professor Sineipu, who was staring fiercely at Lu Ping. ===== CHAPTER 895 =====
