Just then, the phone rang.

"Mr. Ni, it's a call from your brother."

Kuriyama Chiaki immediately picked up the mobile phone and handed it to Ni Yongyao's ear.

"Yongxiao, what is it?"

"Big Brother, two people from Jinghai have come to the company wanting to cooperate. They suggested meeting you in person."

"People from Jinghai?"

Ni Yongyao pondered for a moment, nodded, and said, "Bring them over."

"Alright, I'll be back right away."

Ni Yongxiao agreed and hung up the phone.

Fifteen minutes later.

There was a knock on the study door.

"Come in."

The door opened, and Ni Yongxiao walked in.

Behind him followed two people: Chen Shuting and Chen Tai.

"Big Brother, let me introduce you. This is Mr. Chen Tai, an entrepreneur from Jinghai and Chairman of the Construction Group. This is his goddaughter, Chen Shuting."

After Ni Yongxiao finished the introduction, he said to Chen Tai and the others, "Mr. Chen, this is my big brother, Ni Yongyao."

"Mr. Ni, hello, hello."

Chen Tai kept a low profile, smiling as he took the initiative to reach out to Ni Yongyao.

"Hello."

Ni Yongyao shook hands with Chen Tai briefly, then his gaze shifted to Chen Shuting on the side.

In Ni Yongyao's memory, Chen Shuting exuded the charm of a mature woman.

But the Chen Shuting before him now was only in her early twenties, the age when a woman is at her most graceful.

She lacked some of that mature charm but possessed much more youthful beauty, especially her curvaceous figure, which was mouth-watering.

"First time meeting, I didn't expect Mr. Ni to be so young and handsome. If I had known, I should have come to pay a visit on my first day in Hong Kong."

Chen Shuting smiled, and after looking Ni Yongyao over, the smile in her peach-blossom eyes deepened.

"I also regret only meeting a beauty like Miss Chen today."

Ni Yongyao held Chen Shuting's delicate hand and said.

"Sit."

After shaking hands, Ni Yongyao gestured for them to sit, then said, "You two came here intending to cooperate with my Ni family?"

"Mr. Ni is right. We have already seen the success of the Galaxy I."

"We also heard that Galaxy Communications was looking for partners, and since we happened to be in Tsim Sha Tsui, we came to bother you."

Chen Tai said with a chuckle.

"Business is business. I think you are very clear about the market potential of the Galaxy I, otherwise you wouldn't have run over so quickly."

"What I want to know is, do you have the strength to undertake this partnership?"

"I don't just want Jinghai; I want the entire mainland market."

Ni Yongyao said slowly.

Hearing this, Chen Tai's expression stiffened for a moment before he said, "The Construction Group is a premier enterprise in Jinghai."

"If Mr. Ni cooperates with us, I can guarantee that everything in Jinghai and its surrounding areas will have a green light and there won't be any problems."

"As for outside of Jinghai..."

Chen Tai's words were suddenly interrupted by Chen Shuting.

"Let's not rush into things outside of Jinghai. The mainland market is huge and can't be conquered overnight."

"Mr. Ni, I think using Jinghai as a pilot is a good idea. Once the timing is right, it won't be too late to consider opening up the national market."

Chen Shuting spoke eloquently.

Chen Shuting was very clear about the strengths and weaknesses of the Construction Group. In Jinghai, the Construction Group was a behemoth with a network of connections throughout the city.

But once they left Jinghai, whether others would still give the Construction Group face was another matter.

Chen Shuting's plan was to first capture the local Jinghai market to rapidly strengthen the Construction Group, after which expanding nationwide would be much easier.

Ni Yongyao listened to Chen Shuting's words and began to ponder.

Kong Sang immediately handed over a cigar and lit it for him.

Ni Yongyao did not answer Chen Shuting's question, but instead waved his hand, having Ni Yongxiao see the guests out.

Chen Shuting and Chen Tai looked at each other in dismay.

Chen Shuting intended to say something more, but seeing that Ni Yongxiao had already opened the door, she had no choice but to leave.

Five minutes later.

Ni Yongxiao returned to the study after seeing them out.

"Big Brother, you don't intend to cooperate with the Construction Group?"

"They offered very good terms; other companies might not be willing to give up so much profit."

Ni Yongxiao said.

"It's not that we can't cooperate with them; it just depends on how Miss Chen chooses."
