After over two months, this book has finally gone live.

I want to thank Qidian, thank this platform for publishing my book, and also thank my editor Beihe Dada, who has been recommending me all along—though my updates aren't that strong, I feel a bit ashamed, sorry for the editor's recommendation.

Also, the support and encouragement from fellow readers—each recommendation ticket, each reward, is the motivation driving me forward.

I will strive to finish and write this book well, as a return to everyone……emmm, this time I aim not to be lazy again, haha.

Having said that, let me talk about the plot aspect.

This book, I believe you can also see that some episodes differ from the common understanding of the Honghuang genre.

In here, I've added more of my own personal touches……I'm trying to write from a logically self-consistent angle, letting my imagination run a bit wider, and deeply expanding some Honghuang genre plots.

By the way, I'll mix in some ancient Chinese myths—like Gonggong colliding with Mount Buzhou, related to Zhuanxu; like the great archer Yi who shot the suns, besides shooting the suns he also had other achievements, and his wife Chang'e, who is actually the daughter of the Heavenly Emperor……

Fuxi drew one stroke to open heaven; the Haotian Shangdi and the Five Direction Heavenly Emperors worshipped in Zhou sacrifices; the original forms of some ancestral Wu came from this; how ancient primitives, under the guidance of the wisest 'wu' (shaman) in tribes, inherited hunting, conquest, and survival……

And so on, and so on.

These gathered together become this novel.

So as I wrote, it ended up differing a bit from the Honghuang genre that readers have in mind.

If readers expect to follow the conventional Honghuang plot step by step, they might be disappointed—

The creator Nüwa is not of the Demon Race but an innate divine being; becoming the Wa Huang is merely the big boss's investment move, not a loyal lackey of the Demon Race.

Among the Three Pure Ones, it's not necessarily fratricidal; their actions lack true Daoist demeanor—either selfish and self-serving, or impulsive in temperament.

The birth and existence of the Wu Clan, their complex relationship with humanity, the confrontation and cooperation between the ancestral Wu and the Five Direction Heavenly Emperors, and how they eventually fell to become subordinates of the Human Emperor.

Among the Demon Race, many are double-crossers—for example, Báizé, one of the Ten Great Yao Marshals, who flirted with Huangdi and presented the Báizé Monstrosities Chart; another example is Diku and Di Jun, the Taiyi Supreme God worshipped in Han sacrifices and the Eastern August Taiyi……
