Chapter 716

Stelle: "Maybe this is the downside of accepting gifts..."

Hearing Yanqing: "You've got it all wrong."

Hearing Yanqing: "The reason for doing this was actually to take a look at Miss March 7th's current martial foundation."

Hearing Yanqing: "Only after we've thoroughly gauged Miss March 7th's martial foundation can we better design a teaching method suited to her."

Miss Yunli: "Yanqing's right, no flaw in that."

Miss Yunli: "As a master, you have to know your disciple's martial skill inside and out."

Paimon: "Mmm... so there's actually this much to it, I've really learned something!"

Xiangling: "It's actually quite easy to understand."

Xiangling: "It's just like before teaching someone to cook, you first have to see how their everyday cooking skills are, so you can better tailor the instruction to the student."

Miss Yunli: "That's exactly the logic!"

March 7th: "So Master didn't deliberately have someone come crush my confidence first?"

March 7th: "Then this Miss can rest easy."

The video continues.

【I heard you've practiced archery and have a foundation in martial training, so of course the first lesson must test how solid your fundamentals are.】

【Come on, step forward, and strike at me with the sword in whatever way feels most natural to you!】

【Only after we understand your physical habits will we know where to begin and what to teach you.】

Seeing March 7th's face full of doubt and uncertainty, Miss Yunli calmly offered a few words of explanation.

【If you are ready, please face me in a bout!】

That Cloud Knight instructor was now silently standing opposite March 7th, fully prepared and waiting in a firm stance.

【Ah... haha... okay....】
