Chapter 830

【... declare war.】

Watching the fox-folk silently closing in around them,

General Feixiao had already grasped Hulei's intent.

【Yes, I've been holding back the urge to tear his throat out this whole time.】

【After all, Lord Hulei ordered us to stay here because he wanted to see...】

【whether you, the famous Skyward General, the bane of the Borisin, have what it takes to join him in... this hunting game?】

Having spoken, the encircling fox-folk all reverted to their true Borisin forms.

【A hunt is no game.】

【It's a war to the death — ready to die, you cursed beast?】

General Feixiao struck in fury, like a bolt of thunder.

Stelle and Hearing Yanqing followed right behind,

cutting down every Borisin before them.

In just a moment, the Borisin that had surrounded them were all lifeless.

March 7th: "Great, the bad scene I imagined didn't happen at all..."

March 7th: "Mr. Moze is still alive!"

Stelle: "Seems to have some minor injuries, but nothing serious."

Seeing Jiaoqiu: "Lucky you've got a thick head on your shoulders."

Seeing Jiaoqiu: "Otherwise you'd really have died before me."

Silver Wolf: "I told you these Borisin have no brains."

Silver Wolf: "Isn't this just pure suicide?"

Marani: "A few wolf soldiers dare to surround and kill General Feixiao — I really can't figure out what they were thinking."

Kinich: "Perhaps it was to buy time for Hulei's retreat."

Kinich: "Otherwise, this sacrifice seems pointless."

Ying: "So where exactly did Hulei go?"

Ying: "He's really vanished without a trace now."

Paimon: "Mr. Moze must know some clues, right?"

Hearing Yanqing: "Regardless, it's really such a relief that Mr. Moze is okay."

Hearing Yanqing: "Otherwise, just thinking about both Yaoqing envoys dying in battle on Luo Fu — that outcome would be hard for me to accept!"

The video continues.

【Moze, are you alright?】

After dealing with the Borisin before them,

the three hurried to check on Moze's safety.

【I... couldn't save Jiaoqiu.】

【Hulei was more cunning than I imagined, and far harder to deal with.】

Moze, having recovered, rose from the ground, his expression somewhat dim,

seemingly disappointed in himself for failing to save Jiaoqiu.

【Tell me — how does he plan to declare war on me? A one-on-one duel? Or a hostage exchange?】

General Feixiao wanted to know Hulei's plan.

【Hulei plans to attack the market district on Luofu Xianzhou.】

Moze answered swiftly.

【What did you say?】

Hearing Moze's words, General Feixiao's eyelid twitched sharply.

【How could that be?】

【Even if there are still hidden Borisin impostors we haven't rooted out, Hulei's party is only a few dozen at most — does he plan to attack the market district of Luofu Xianzhou all at once?】

Hearing Yanqing found it hard to believe.

【That's the guy's real trump card.】

【Within Hulei's body lies the Abundance-spawning Plague passed down through generations among the Borisin.】

【I saw with my own eyes him transform a fox-folk into a Borisin wolf soldier...】

【This is Hulei's declaration of war.】

【His blood... can rapidly twist and deform fox-folk, driving them mad. He gave his blood to his subordinates, intending to spread it across Luo Fu and stir up panic!】

March 7th: "Oh no, something big is really about to happen now!"

Miss Yunli: "Shouldn't we evacuate all the fox-folk in the market district right away?"

Miss Yunli: "Otherwise, once Hulei's scheme succeeds, it won't take long before Borisin start sprouting up in swarms!"

Furina: "So this is the power of the Abundance-spawning Plague?"

Furina: "Suddenly I deeply feel how terrifying this power is."

Stelle: "Sigh, there's never a shortage of trouble no matter where you go."

Stelle: "Don't tell me this mess on Luo Fu is even bigger than the one Cocolia caused last time."

Robin: "It shouldn't be that bad..."

Robin: "After all, Luo Fu right now truly has three Generals stationed here."

Robin: "But a disturbance at such a special moment would deal a fatal blow to the reputation of Luo Fu and the entire Xianzhoulian Alliance."

Silver Wolf: "General Jing Yuan is probably going to be forced into retirement this time."

Fu Xuan: "Although I do look forward to the scene of the General retiring, I have long since cast a divination for Luo Fu."

Fu Xuan: "The hexagram shows that although there will be twists and turns in life, in the end it will be a close call with no real danger."

Miss Qingque: "Hey, Diviner, is your calculation accurate this time?"

Fu Xuan: "Mm? Take a guess?"

Miss Qingque: "Ahaha... forget it, I won't guess. When the Diviner makes a move, it has to be accurate!"

The video continues.

【In other words, attacks will happen everywhere?】

【Quickly evacuate all the fox people!】

Stelle's expression turned solemn, and she hurriedly made a suggestion.

【Immediately contact the Skyward Commission and the Cloud Knights, issue a transit ban, and require all fox people to stay behind closed doors.】

Yanqing's expression grew tense, and he immediately wanted to notify the Skyward Commission and issue the ban.

【The moment you see the enemy deliver a declaration of war, it means the other side has already begun to act.】

General Feixiao shook her head and stopped Yanqing's move.

【But... once the panic stirred up by Hulei spreads—】

Moze had also become very worried now.

【Do you still remember what I told you?】

【When hunting, one should consider what the prey is thinking, rather than blindly chasing its tracks.】

【What Hulei wants is for everyone on Luo Fu to fall into panic. He wants to watch us throw our own ranks into disarray, using limited manpower to chase shadows on every inch of Luo Fu's land, searching for signs of an incoming attack, until we are exhausted.】

【Like the game the Yaoqing people love to play at banquets: cover an object with a few bowls, shuffle them around, and finally make you guess which bowl the thing is hidden under.】

【But in my view, these are nothing more than misdirection—】

【No matter what Hulei does, it cannot change one fact: he is trapped on Luofu Xianzhou.】

【The only way to escape this place is to find a ship.】
