Chapter 113: Biology Class Practical Activity

"Hmm." Alekxia nodded lightly in response.

Regarding the choice of pilot, she strongly agreed with Sui Bian's view, and added:

"In my eyes, these kids have limitless potential; in fact we could try to use their genes to create a deity belonging solely to Umbrella, rather than merely a replica."

"Biology isn't my specialty; you and BoKen and Chambos can discuss it in depth. As for funding, there's no need to worry," Sui Bian said calmly.

Money…

is the thing you never have to worry about.

Nowadays Umbrella holds an absolutely leading position in every aspect, and a continuous stream of revenue follows.

Moreover, they have the resources of an entire planet.

A moment of silence.

"By the way, what about those kids?" Sui Bian asked.

"They? I assigned them an Extracurricular Practice Activity for Biology Class," Alekxia said, showing a rare smile.

"Oh? A practice activity?" Sui Bian was initially puzzled, but quickly caught on and let out a light sigh:

"Don't do it too often."

"Are you, sir, still afraid of disrupting the ecological balance here?" Alekxia asked with a smile.

"That's not the case," Sui Bian said, turning and walking toward the east side of the office.

He stopped in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, hands clasped behind his back, gazing into the distance, overlooking the prehistoric rainforest outside the base.

He said in a low voice: "Since the Space Gate appeared, and from the moment we set foot on this planet, irreversible changes have already occurred, but compared to the overall future of humanity, it's merely an exceedingly trivial matter."

"Indeed," Alekxia replied, restraining her smile and nodding in agreement.

"I hope those kids can properly adapt to the survival rules here," Sui Bian said, a hint of emotion in his voice.

Currently Umbrella has a preliminary understanding of this prehistoric planet.

The Yuyou, capable of breaching the exosphere, lifted into low orbit around the planet, acting as a satellite to capture comprehensive images of the surface.

Through various tests and analyses, it was determined that the planet's mass, volume, and atmospheric composition are extremely similar to Earth's.

Land accounts for about 36%, oceans 64%.

The poles have almost no ice caps; the land is mainly divided into two major plates and contains numerous sea islands.

The Main Plate's area is three times that of the Secondary Plate.

However, the Main Plate is an absolute wilderness, home to dinosaurs, titan insects, prehistoric beasts, primitive humans, and a myriad of other creatures, with virtually no civilization.

Primitive humans on the Secondary Plate have learned agriculture and town building, seemingly in the Bronze or Iron Age.

Umbrella's forward base and the Space Gate are situated atop the Main Plate.

Sui Bian's main concern is whether Robert, John and the other young Astates, while conducting the Extracurricular Practice Activity, might encounter any accidents in this wilderness.

Although he hopes the kids can gain proper experience, ultimately they are just thirteen- or fourteen-year-old children.

"Hmm, that's all."

Meanwhile.

In a clearing surrounded by the prehistoric rainforest.

Fourteen and a half-year-old Robert, wearing a black long-sleeve training shirt, jungle‑camouflage combat pants, and his own military boots, with a professional filter mask, stood in the center of this clearing roughly the size of a basketball court.

He wore wrist knives on both hands, and his tactical belt bore a telescopic spear and a boomerang.

Yet he chose not to use those melee weapons, instead holding an alloy dagger about fifty centimeters long in his right hand.

His left hand was placed in front of the right, his body slightly leaned forward, poised in a defensive combat stance.

"Sha! Sha!"

Suddenly, the sound of some creature scrabbling through branches and grass as it moved quickly came from the forest on his right side.

Robert glanced sideways with his peripheral vision to the right, then immediately made a judgment.

He used a burst of waist power, swinging his left fist forcefully to the left.

"Bang!!" The left fist struck flesh, producing a dull thud.

"Clack!" accompanied by a teeth‑aching sound of bone cracking.

"Howl~" Finally came the dinosaur's wail.

It turned out to be a nearly three‑meter-long dark‑green velociraptor, charging swiftly from Robert's left‑rear and leaping suddenly to ambush.

The earlier noise from the right side was actually a companion of that velociraptor, deliberately exposing its position as bait to draw part of Robert's attention.

The tactic was simple yet effective.

If it were an ordinary human, even if they spotted the trick in time, the velociraptor could still use its sprint speed and strength to kill before they could react.

Unfortunately for them, Robert is not an ordinary human.

Earlier, Robert's left swing punch drove the back of his fist straight into the velociraptor's skull, the powerful force shattering the bone outright.

After emitting its final wail, the velociraptor completely lost control of its body, its torso sliding forward several meters across the ground due to inertia.

Robert shifted slightly, dealt with the velociraptor, and didn't even glance, because the outcome was already clear the moment he struck.

At that moment, his gaze was fixed on the forest ahead.

"Howl"

The velociraptor hidden in the trees let out a fearful low whine, its eyes darting, daring not to meet Robert's piercing stare.

After only three seconds of standoff, the relatively intelligent velociraptor chose to turn and flee; it wouldn't dare tangle with the guy who had smashed its companion with a single punch.

"A very wise choice."

Seeing the velociraptor flee, Robert's expression remained cold as he offered a word of praise.

Thump! Thump!

However, just as he was about to turn and leave, Robert heard a gigantic dinosaur whose steps made the ground tremble, approaching the clearing where he stood.

Hearing the commotion, Robert gripped his dagger, assuming a firm stance, ready for battle.

Soon.

A massive carnivorous dinosaur appeared in Robert's view.

It measured nearly thirteen meters in length, about four meters tall, with muscular bipedal legs, short claws, and a soil‑colored body.

Special Tyrannosaur.

By its external features and Alaexia's teachings, Robert instantly identified the creature standing about fifty meters ahead as a Special Tyrannosaur, a distant relative of the Tyrannosaurus.

This fellow is larger than a typical Special Tyrannosaur, weighing at least nine tons.

Seeing this, Robert's face grew solemn, his muscles tensed, prepared to match the Special Tyrannosaur.

"Roar"

The Special Tyrannosaur fixed its gaze on the Velociraptor it had crushed with a single punch, emitting a low growl in an attempt to drive away Robert.

It had no desire to fight a human who could barely fit between its teeth.

But when it realized that the "slim" human showed no fear and even prepared to fight, its anger was provoked.

"Roar~!" The deafening dragon cry echoed across the area.

"Thump! Thump!" The Special Tyrannosaur accelerated forward.
