Chapter 10: Drink More Hot Water

Lin Sui's voice is actually quite pleasant; even though the mask affects it a little, one can still tell it is clear and melodious.

Even if she were to just be a voice Live Streamer, there would definitely be people willing to pay for it.

This situation of only revealing one's voice and not one's face tends to make people develop a bit of an inquisitive mindset.

Since the voice is so pleasant, could the person also be very good-looking?

Or, with a voice this pleasant, could the face be very ugly?

Once curiosity is piqued, one will frantically want to understand the secret beneath the mask.

Right now, the Live Streaming Room of Mo Mo is discussing exactly this.

The big spenders and fans in her Live Streaming Room are all giving her ideas, telling her to play a round with Lin Sui.

Since the big spenders have spoken, Mo Mo has no choice but to comply.

Besides, Lin Sui's Live Streaming Room only has about two hundred people right now.

Mo Mo's Live Streaming Room has 1,000 people; it is impossible to lose to Lin Sui.

Lin Sui, however, does not care about these things; it is her first time playing the PK mode.

Could there be some hidden rules in this that she doesn't know about?

After all, PKs are activities where both sides make money, so why would there be people who don't want to connect?

It seems she will have to do some research after ending the Live Streaming today.

"Fine, since you're pretty, whatever you say goes." She naturally agreed to Mo Mo's request.

Hearing her compliment her, Mo Mo smiled and stated the punishment suggested by the big spenders in her Live Streaming Room.

"If you lose, you have to take off your mask, show your bare face, and turn off the beauty filter."

Lin Sui: "?"

What kind of punishment is this?

Yesterday, she still used the beauty filter to fix the issue of her face lacking flesh, but today she hasn't turned it on at all.

After all, the system added two points to her attractiveness; although it hasn't reached one hundred percent, it is still ridiculously perfect.

To her, if the whole world didn't see her beautiful face, she would be sad, okay?

It's just that she wanted to be abstract today.

"I have no problem with that, but if you lose...?"

Lin Sui had just finished asking this when she heard the other party chuckle.

"If I lose, anything is fine. Let's start, don't dawdle. Five minutes, mute the mic and pull for votes directly."

After Mo Mo stated the rules, she initiated the PK, and Lin Sui could no longer hear her voice.

Before Lin Sui could react, she saw the score bar on Mo Mo's side zoom past her own.

And her own side hadn't moved yet.

"It's started already? You're too impatient."

Lin Sui muttered to herself, then just as she was preparing to do something to pull for votes, she saw people in the chat area calling out.

LV45 Ke Ai Gui: "Don't give votes, everyone just give her some likes. I'll send out a Red Envelope for everyone later! Once she loses in a bit, make her take off that dead-looking thing."

Sister Ke Ai Gui really doesn't want her to go see her "ex-girlfriend" wearing that look.

It's embarrassing.

Lin Sui: "..."

"Sis, you're being really excessive saying that! Can you include me when you send the Red Envelope later?"

LV48 A Fu Wan Ren Ai: "If you don't vote, I won't vote either."

LV19 Feng Liu: "If you guys aren't voting, then I won't vote."

LV3 Please Call Me Study: "Don't worry, Streamer, I have two popularity votes here!"

LV45 Ke Ai Gui: "Please Call Me Study, don't you dare snatch the Red Envelope later."

LV3 Please Call Me Study: "Don't do that, Sister! I won't vote, I won't vote, is that okay?"

Lin Sui laughed in anger, "Hey, hey, hey, it's my first time doing a PK, you guys aren't going to let me finish with zero, right?"

LV7 April Day: "Isn't this giving you likes? My hand is almost cramping."

Lin Sui: "Giving a little is fine too! If I get none, the other side will think the big spenders in my Live Streaming Room are easy to bully."

Finally, A Fu could not bear to watch anymore, and he made his move!

【LV48 A Fu Wan Ren Ai gifted the streamer 126 Yinfu Coin 'Drink More Hot Water'*1】

Lin Sui: "..."

It was as if he had opened a floodgate.

Others also continuously started gifting 'Drink More Hot Water', and Lin Sui was surrounded by 'Drink More Hot Water'.

At least she didn't finish with zero.

But Lin Sui always felt they were scolding her.

"You guys are really hard to please. As the saying goes, it's easy to put on, but hard to take off." Lin Sui calmed down.

LV27 AAA Wang Zong: "As long as we don't give tips, letting you lose is fine."

LV3 Please Call Me Study: "I'm not tipping, I'm a student."

Lin Sui: "..."

Seeing that Lin Sui's votes were rising so slowly, the other party felt relieved.

A big spender's casual gift had crushed Lin Sui.

Five minutes later.

The audience in both Live Streaming Rooms breathed a sigh of relief.

The audience in Lin Sui's Live Streaming Room was even cheering.

The other side clearly sensed something was wrong.

"Something's not right, the fans on the other side seem quite happy? Their streamer lost!"

"Could there be some trickery involved here?"

"Could it be that the streamer on the other side is very good-looking? And they were just waiting for this moment?"

"What if they haven't seen her either, and they intentionally let the other streamer lose because they want to see her together? We can consider ourselves as having broadened their horizons."

"Hahaha, if the streamer on the other side doesn't look good, will the fans in her Live Streaming Room jump ship to Mo Mo's?"

Those who like Mo Mo's Live Streaming Room began to discuss it passionately.

Mo Mo also didn't forget to pander to her fans, "How many people are even in her Live Streaming Room? I don't need those few viewers; I have you all, and that's enough. Heart."

She made a heart gesture at the camera.

At this very moment, Lin Sui was also making gestures to the audience on her side in front of the camera.

It was just, a slow motion with the left hand and the right hand.

Two middle fingers, presented to everyone.

"I despise you all for actually using such underhanded tactics just to make me take this off. Where am I, a Beauty Streamer, supposed to put my pretty face?"

LV19 Feng Liu: "Yo yo yo yo, the streamer lost the PK and had a breakdown~"

LV45 Ke Ai Gui: "Why is this person still here?"

LV19 Feng Liu: "Don't kick me, I'm one of you! I just liked the stream!"

The audience in the Live Streaming Room no longer cared what actions Lin Sui made; after all, she had already despised them once on her backside just a moment ago.

Everyone knew it was a joke and didn't take it to heart.

The audience in the opposing Live Streaming Room couldn't help but be a bit surprised when they saw Lin Sui's action.

"Who is she flipping the middle finger at?"

"Could she be responding to Mo Mo's heart gesture?"

"Could she be lashing out at her fans? Is she crazy?"

Mo Mo also saw Lin Sui's action and pacified the other viewers, "Don't worry, she probably lost and is in a bad mood; it's only human nature. Let's just watch the punishment with peace of mind."

Mo Mo felt a little more confident inside.

She usually didn't do joint streams with women because she was afraid of connecting with women who were better or better-looking than her, which would attract the viewers from her own Live Streaming Room away.

After all, it hadn't been easy for her to get to where she was, so naturally, she couldn't do the work for someone else's benefit.

But since a big spender in her Live Streaming Room had spoken up saying they wanted to see the face of this voice streamer, she had no choice.

Now she felt much more at ease.

If Lin Sui were good-looking, she wouldn't be getting agitated after losing the match and flipping the middle finger directly at her own fans.

What difference is there between this behavior and having a breakdown?

If things go poorly in a moment, she might even refuse to accept this punishment; after all, it's not like we haven't seen people go back on their word before.

A wave of pandering to fans ended.

Mo Mo opened the joint stream with Lin Sui again, "You lost, do you still remember the punishment?"

"Take off the mask; take it off right now in front of both Live Streaming Rooms, no faking it."
