Chapter 672

At that time,

He had not yet mastered dual-color Haki. Though his strength was not weak, he could hardly be called a top-tier powerhouse of the sea.

But now.

In just a single short year, he had undergone a complete transformation.

His strength had grown far, far greater than back then.

The him of now could absolutely be called a top-tier powerhouse of the sea!

A well-deserved powerhouse of the sea!

All of these changes had taken place within the span of a single short year.

Thinking of this, Lu En's emotions grew even more wistful.

Immediately,

He pushed down all the many thoughts in his head, and stepped forward toward the great gate of the Yuhai Army branch.

Coming toward him…

Were two Yuhai Army elites stationed at the entrance of the Junzhibu Sect.

And the moment they saw Lu En.

The two of them seemed to freeze.

Especially…

Seeing the Justice coat draped over Lu En's shoulders, their expressions grew even more bewildered.

"E-Excuse me, who is this?"

One of them asked weakly.

"My name is Lu En."

"I happened to be passing through Luo Ge Town, so I came by your Yuhai Army branch to take a look."

"You don't mind, do you?"

Lu En smiled.

"You are…"

The two Yuhai soldiers stared blankly at Lu En's rank insignia.

Looking closely,

They were dumbfounded.

W-W-What the hell?!

A Yuhai Army Headquarters Rear Admiral?!

Are you sure?

This boy, only five years old, is actually a Rear Admiral from Yuhai Army Headquarters?!

For real?

This couldn't be a dream, could it?

A five-year-old Headquarters Rear Admiral?

Who would dare believe it?!

Simply unprecedented!

Never heard of such a thing!

The two gate guards stood rooted like wooden chickens, eyes wide and mouths agape.

"Y-You mean him."

"He couldn't possibly be that… famous and illustrious one from a while back, could he…"

The two exchanged a glance, their hearts and minds greatly shaken.

Faced with Lu En's noble status, they of course did not dare to stop him in the slightest.

Thus.

Lu En entered the Yuhai Army branch very smoothly.

Having just stepped into the Yuhai Army branch, it was still that familiar solemn atmosphere.

The entire hall was very spacious.

Vast,

Neat.

Spotless.

As the place where the Yuhai Army branch was stationed, this represented the face of the Yuhai Army.

After a short while.

A female Yuhai soldier at the front desk noticed Lu En.

At first glance, she even suspected she had seen wrong.

She raised her right hand and rubbed her eyes, and when she looked at Lu En, she froze.

"Little brother, what is this?"

She couldn't help but ask.

"Looking for someone. Is Smoker here?"

Lu En said with a smile.

"Colonel Smoker?"

"You're looking for Colonel Smoker? Are you a relative of his?"

The woman was momentarily stunned.

"No, I'm his friend."

"Could you please announce me to him? Tell him one thing."

"His old friend has come to see him. Tell him not to keep me waiting."

Lu En said.

"May I ask your name?"

The female naval officer's expression grew tense.

"Me? I'm Lu En. Just tell him my name—he'll know immediately."

Lu En said plainly.

"Lu… Lu En?!"

The female naval officer's pupils shrank, her face filled with horror, her eyes widening instantly into perfect circles.

She could forget any name.

But the name Lu En—she could never forget it!

That name brought back memories of an event from a year ago.

A boy named Lu En…

Had wiped out the Buggy Pirates!

Had captured Clown Buggy!

The most terrifying part was,

what followed…

That boy went to the Marine Headquarters in Mary Geoise and set one astonishing record after another, shaking the entire Marine Headquarters to its core.

The sea bestowed upon that boy a glorious reputation.

His name was…

Fist Demon!

Fist Demon Lu En!

The strongest genius in Marine history!

And even hailed as…

The Marine's future standard-bearer!

Countless thoughts flashed through the female naval officer's mind in an instant.

She remembered.

Back then,
