While writing my previous book, "Return to the 80s: My Literary Life," I was already conceiving the next one, wanting to write a novel about a county town.

Because I live in a small county town myself, I am familiar with the human dynamics and worldly wisdom here, the so-called Brahmins. However, as a web novel, there are many restrictions; I cannot delve into the core of county life—the so-called inside stories of power operations, and the tangled relationships between politics and business.

But his roots remain here. This is also one of the reasons I chose a county town for the protagonist that is relatively close to a metropolis.

Also, this is a multi-heroine novel. Of course, not many heroines appear, and all of them have appeared by now. Web novels are essentially wish-fulfillment, and naturally, this applies to the emotional aspects as well.
