Chapter 340: Kairos: Hey! It
There is a deathly silence in the air. Ahriman turns his head slightly to look at Ma Genusi.
It was Russ who kicked and broke Ma Genusi's spine on Prospero, destroying his flesh body and causing his soul to fall apart.
Ma Genusi says nothing, only using his single eye to continue gazing at the image reflected in the divination.
"I have a matter I want to entrust to you." That blurry existence says to the wolf pack, who are laughing and immersed in alcohol.
"Is there some place Guilliman can't take down?!"
The Space Wolves laugh loudly, looking up and asking the blurry existence:
"Have another cup of honey wine, and the fangs of the Wolves will show you!"
These wolves who came to observe the ceremony are clearly bored to death on Macragge. Hearing the invitation of that blurry existence, they can't help but start to show their fangs.
"This matter might not require fighting, and might not even require you to wear power armor." That blurry figure says.
Hearing this, the wolves lose interest instantly, lying back down by the campfire and yawning.
"Boring."
"Things that don't require fighting should be left to the Ultramarines."
"Brother Doraemon, what do you take the wolf fangs of Russ's sons for?"
The Space Wolves say one after another, looking uninterested.
"I want you to go pee on the ashes blown out by the Thousand Sons Rubric Marines." That blurry figure says with a light laugh.
"We'll do this job!!"
The Space Wolves, who had just been attacked by Ma Genusi on Fenris, agree without hesitation.
Ahriman grinds his teeth, grips the staff in his hand, and trembles uncontrollably.
He watches in the divination as the Space Wolves of Fenris take off their pants and pee on the sand blown out by the broken Thousand Sons Rubric Marines...
"Hahahaha! Brother Doraemon seems to have said that Ma Genusi and Ahriman are both very good at divination and prediction. Maybe they can see us!"
"Indeed, indeed. I also heard when Old Man Bjorn told stories that Ma Genusi's divination ability is very strong."
The wolf pack exchanges words while peeing on the Rubric dust.
"Ma Genusi, do you see it? Ma Genusi!"
"And Ahriman, your brother's water absorption is really good!"
"Ma Genusi, how is your spine? Although our technique is not as good as Russ's, we can also give you a back rub!"
Ahriman cannot help but gasp for air. He feels like his lungs are filled with razor blades, and every breath makes his body and soul feel unbearable pain at the same time.
At the same time, he cannot help but look at Ma Genusi again.
Anger appears on Ma Genusi's face, although it flashes and disappears, he is indeed angry.
It's just that Ahriman doesn't know: is it because of the humiliating treatment his sons received, or because of the wolf pack's insult to himself?
Ahriman hopes it is the former, and is willing to believe it is the former.
"Must we watch this humiliating scene?"
Ahriman asks with gritted teeth:
"And what exactly do you want to do?"
"Guilliman, Sanguinius, and that existence are about to head to Terra."
Ma Genusi says in a flat tone, not even turning his head to look at Ahriman:
"I will predict their actions, intercept them on their way to Terra, and let them fall into the destiny woven by the Lord of Change."
"Are you crazy?!"
Ahriman blurts out in terror:
"They have Sanguinius!"
"And that unknown Warp existence, that Death God!"
Ma Genusi's expression twitches, and he turns his head to gaze at Ahriman with his single eye.
"I will confront Sanguinius." Ma Genusi says in a low voice: "And that existence is now restrained in a mortal body; you will confront him."
"And there is Roboute Guilliman." Ahriman grips his staff and says.
"We also have other assistance."
Ma Genusi laughs coldly and says:
"Everything is in the plan of the Lord of Change."
"Kairos and his nine Lords of Change will induce Abaddon and Khârn to serve us."
"Tzeentch is the most irresistible of the gods, I am the strongest of the Daemon Primarchs, you are the strongest of the chosen, Kairos is the strongest of the Chief Greater Daemons. Our joint effort is enough to confront the union of Sanguinius, Guilliman, and that existence."
"No one can block the destiny set by the Lord of Change."
"Ah! Ahhhhhhh uh uh uh uh!!!!"
On the *Vengeful Spirit*, sharp bird cries resound in the cabin.
Due to the isolation zone woven by Kairos's spells, two Lords of Change are stretching their necks, emitting a meaningless wild roar from their bird beaks.
With the roar, some kind of viscous, colorful liquid mixed with some kind of solid flows continuously from between their legs, accumulating into a pile on the ground.
And they are still continuously pulling, continuously discharging...
Abaddon, with a ferocious wound across his face and blood continuously seeping from his chest, looking still very weak, stares at this scene ferociously.
He was wounded by Sanguinius. In order to confront the two resurrected Primarchs of the Empire, and also to heal the wounds on his body, he paid a great price to summon Tzeentch's Chief Greater Daemon, Kairos Fateweaver, and nine Tzeentch Greater Daemons.
Kairos Fateweaver is the most unique one among all the Lords of Change under Tzeentch.
It walked out alive from the Well of Eternity, where even Tzeentch had never set foot, and consequently grew two heads, and can see both the past and the future at the same time.
Kairos Fateweaver promised Abaddon that it would heal all of Abaddon's wounds with a clever sorcery.
But when the ritual was in progress, two of the nine Lords of Change suddenly fell ill, starting to uncontrollably pull and pull those viscous rainbow-colored substances, and the more they pulled, the more dull their expressions became, as if their IQs were also lowering along with the excretion.
Kairos Fateweaver's ritual failed because of this, and the ritual with only seven Lords of Change not only failed to heal Abaddon, but instead made Abaddon even weaker.
"What the hell are they pulling?" Abaddon points to those rainbow-colored substances accumulating more and more on the ground and asks: "What the hell is this?"
"This is shit."
"This is knowledge."
Kairos's two heads give completely different answers.
This is a characteristic of Kairos Fateweaver: when facing any question, its two heads will give one true and one false answer.
Abaddon stares at Kairos with a deathly silence.
He looks at the rainbow-colored thing that seems to be emitting heat and mixed with some disgusting solids, and then looks at the two Lords of Change who seem to have pulled themselves into idiots.
"Is it knowledge?"
"It is knowledge! Eat it and you will gain the wisdom of the Lord of Change."
"It is shit! Eat it and you will taste the flavor of shit."
Kairos Fateweaver gives two completely different answers again.
"Hurry up and taste it!" Then both heads urge Abaddon at the same time.
Abaddon hesitates.
Standing in the shadows on the side, Khârn, wearing a twisted flesh hood made by the daemon parasitic in his body, watches this scene.
His bare arms cannot help but reach out to cover his face.
The daemon born with him and the thirst for revenge helped Khârn suppress the anger brought by the Butcher's Nails, allowing him to barely return to the him of the Great Crusade era.
But looking at this scene, he would rather let himself be filled with anger.
The look in Khârn's eyes when looking at Abaddon is full of suspicion.
In this state, he still plans to intercept Guilliman, Sanguinius, and Doraemon?
"Just this? Just this? Instead of believing in Abaddon and Tzeentch's stupid bird, we might as well just kowtow to that Doraemon who can find Erebus's location!"
The daemon symbiotic with Khârn stretches its face out from the inside of the hood, its tone mocking.
Khârn is silent for a while.
After the influence of the anger brought by the Butcher's Nails is gone, Khârn actually feels... what this daemon said is not necessarily not a path.
Terra, Church Palace, outside a secret small chapel belonging to the Battle Sisters next to the Hua Hua Hua Di Huang's Ascension Cathedral,
Battle Sister Adelaide of the Order of the Ebon Chalice kneels devoutly outside the back door of the chapel, praying in a low voice to the existence inside the chapel.
In the two hundred and twenty-two days since returning to Terra after the destruction of the Hades system, Adelaide has prayed like this every day.
She still remembers the holy scene she saw on the planet Ashford in the Hades system, and still remembers the feeling of being blessed she felt when passing through the Warp on her way to Terra.
Even the opening of the Great Rift failed to stop the Battle Sisters of the Order of the Ebon Chalice from heading to Terra. In the dark, a holy will was protecting them,
just as they were protecting that holy girl.
Jeanne Adelaide whispers that name in her heart.
She found the meaning of this name in the archives of the Battle Sisters; this name once belonged to a legendary holy girl from the ancient Terra era.
Just as Adelaide is praying, the back door of the chapel is pushed open gently.
A Great Sister with pale silver hair, Magda Grace, walks out from the back door.
Adelaide notices that Great Sister Magda's face is full of tear stains, and her eyes are filled with uncontrollable joy.
"The Holy Girl has awakened!"
"She has declared the Hua Hua Hua Di Huang's revelation to us!"
"The Archangel Sanguinius and the Master of Ultramar, Roboute Guilliman, have both returned from death."
"They will accompany the true hope, accompany the hope we missed when we were in Hades, to Terra."
"Praise the Hua Hua Hua Di Huang, Sister Adelaide, for hope is coming!"
In the outer space of Macragge, Zhou Yun, who has used an adaptation lamp, floats in space, looking at the vast fleet before him, unable to help but shake the four-dimensional pocket on his stomach.
The first batch of the fleet has already entered the four-dimensional pocket on his stomach.
"I'm really afraid I won't be able to help myself and sell all these fleets."
"When we get to Terra, the Hua Hua Hua Di Huang must compensate me for my patience!"
"This is really testing the cadres!"
