Chapter 131: Hua Qiangu, the Forty-Eighth Generation Sect Leader of Mount Shu

The current Mount Shu is in dire need of someone like Hua Qiangu to emerge, to inspire Mount Shu and lead it to rise again.

Therefore, very soon, Hua Qiangu was arranged to participate in the Mount Shu Sect Leader Trial.

The most important thing in the Sect Leader Trial is to determine the character of the future Sect Leader successor.

The Mount Shu Sect Leader must possess great love, love for all living beings, and protect all living beings.

And not be obsessed with petty personal affections.

The members of Mount Shu know the power of a "love-struck brain" all too well, so they absolutely must not choose someone who is love-struck.

That catastrophe among the internal disciples of Mount Shu back then was precisely because that one disciple was love-struck.

The Mount Shu Elders sat in a circle in the council hall, their gazes focused on Hua Qiangu, who stood before them.

The current Sect Leader of Mount Shu had a profound gaze; he looked at Hua Qiangu, his eyes revealing a look of satisfaction.

This is the most outstanding disciple Mount Shu has seen in a hundred years; there must absolutely be no mistakes.

"Hua Qiangu."

The Sect Leader spoke slowly, his voice steady and powerful, "Since you entered Mount Shu, you have been diligent and conscientious, your cultivation has progressed rapidly, and you have now reached a certain realm. Are you willing to participate in the Sect Leader Trial and accept even more rigorous tests?"

The Mount Shu Sect Leader revealed his intention to make Hua Qiangu the Sect Leader successor, to shoulder the future of Mount Shu.

The other Elders also nodded one after another, their gazes filled with anticipation and trust.

One of the Elders added, "Hua Qiangu, you must think clearly. Participating in the Sect Leader Trial is not only a test of your strength, but even more so a tempering of your character. If you can pass the trial, then you will shoulder the heavy responsibility of protecting Mount Shu and all living beings in the world."

The Elders' words made Hua Qiangu deeply feel the weight of the responsibility, but she did not shrink back.

She looked up at the Sect Leader and the Elders, her gaze firm and bright.

Joining the Heavens Chat Group and seeing the things the group members have consistently done.

As well as this period of time spent subduing demons and eliminating devils in the Human Realm.

Hua Qiangu is long past being that weak little girl she once was; she knows very clearly what she must do in the future.

"Sect Leader, Elders," Hua Qiangu replied solemnly, "Hua Qiangu is willing to participate in the Sect Leader Trial. I am willing to use my own strength to protect Mount Shu and all living beings in the world, to use a heart of great love to care for every living creature and protect the world."

Hearing Hua Qiangu's answer, the Sect Leader and the Elders all revealed gratified smiles.

They truly had not misjudged her; Hua Qiangu is a person with firm beliefs and a powerful will. She will certainly pass the Sect Leader Trial and become the new generation Sect Leader of Mount Shu.

Hua Qiangu will surely lead Mount Shu to rise again in the future.

The future of Mount Shu still has hope!

"Very good, Hua Qiangu."

The Sect Leader nodded in praise, "We believe you will certainly pass the trial and become the pride of our Mount Shu."

"Three days from now, the Sect Leader Trial will begin. I hope you can pass the Sect Leader Trial and truly hoist the banner of Mount Shu's future."

Hua Qiangu bowed deeply, then exited the council hall.

She knew she was about to face even more rigorous tests, but she was already prepared.

She would use her own strength and beliefs to protect Mount Shu and all living beings in the world.

When poor, one should improve oneself; when successful, one should benefit the whole world.

She wants every person in this world who was once as displaced and wandering as she was to be able to live a happy and joyful life.

As the morning sun rose, the peak of Mount Shu was bathed in golden sunlight, and everything appeared so solemn and sacred.

In the blink of an eye, three days had passed.

In this place filled with immortal energy, Hua Qiangu was arranged to participate in the Mount Shu Sect Leader Trial.

This news spread rapidly throughout Mount Shu, attracting everyone's attention and anticipation.

The Sect Leader Trial is a grand event held by Mount Shu every few years.

It is not only an assessment of the disciples' strength, but even more so a tempering of their character.

The Mount Shu Sect Leader, as the leader of the entire sect, must possess a heart of great love, be able to care for all living beings, protect all living beings, and likewise possess powerful strength.

And the Sect Leader Trial is meant to select the future successor of Mount Shu.

Of course, there cannot be only one candidate for each generation of Mount Shu successors, but only one person can become the future Sect Leader of Mount Shu.

Yet the Sect Leader Trial had not been opened for hundreds of years.

For the past hundred years, Mount Shu has lacked brilliant and talented disciples.

Now that Hua Qiangu has opened the Sect Leader Trial, does this not mean that Hua Qiangu will inherit Mount Shu in the future?

However, thinking about it carefully, it also seems there is no problem?

After all, that is Hua Qiangu.

The most brilliant and talented genius of Mount Shu today.

Hua Qiangu, this name is already a household name on Mount Shu.

She is naturally intelligent, diligent and eager to learn, and possesses a kind and benevolent heart.

Therefore, when the Elders of Mount Shu decided to let her participate in the Sect Leader Trial, no one felt surprised.

On the contrary, everyone placed high hopes on her.

Regarding Hua Qiangu, the disciples of Mount Shu felt no jealousy.

After all, just as the reincarnation of a deity, plus the fact that Hua Qiangu has many "hacks," the gap between them and Hua Qiangu is too great—so great that they are already unable to feel any jealousy.

And the various disciples of Mount Shu also understood.

Over these hundred years, Mount Shu has gradually declined.

They also need someone brilliant and talented like Hua Qiangu to appear out of nowhere and lead Mount Shu to rise.

Hua Qiangu, shouldering a heavy responsibility and carrying the expectations of everyone in Mount Shu, stepped into the site of the Mount Shu Sect Leader Trial.

The trial grounds were hidden deep within a mysterious sea of clouds, and the looming mountain peaks seemed to contain endless power and wisdom.

News of this trial had long since spread throughout all of Mount Shu; not only the Sect Leader and the Elders, but even the various disciples were craning their necks in anticipation, following every step of Hua Qiangu's progress.

The Great Elder stood outside the trial grounds, gazing worriedly at that mysterious place amidst the sea of clouds, his face filled with concern.

He turned his head and asked the other Elders beside him: "Tell me, can Hua Qiangu pass the trial?"

The various Elders were all silent for a moment; they knew the Great Elder's worry was not without cause.

The current Mount Shu is facing unprecedented challenges and dilemmas, and it urgently needs someone with ability, wisdom, and a loving heart to lead Mount Shu out of its predicament.

And Hua Qiangu is that hope in their hearts.

The Sect Leader also stepped forward, looking at the trial grounds with a firm gaze, and said after taking a deep breath: "She certainly can. Hua Qiangu is one of our Mount Shu's most outstanding Disciples; she not only cultivates rapidly and possesses powerful strength, but she also has a kind and benevolent heart. I believe she will not fail our expectations, will pass the trial, and become the new generation Sect Leader of our Mount Shu."

The Sect Leader's words also cheered up the other Elders; they expressed their support for Hua Qiangu one after another, believing she would surely be able to pass the trial successfully.

Although the trial grounds are full of unknowns and dangers, they believe in Hua Qiangu's ability and courage, and they also believe in her sense of responsibility toward Mount Shu and all living beings under heaven.

Although the Sect Leader said this, it was only to give everyone confidence; his own heart was also filled with worry.

The Sect Leader Trial is not just that simple.

It even carries life-threatening danger; it is not as if no Disciples have fallen in the trial grounds before.

The Sect Leader only prayed that even if Hua Qiangu did not pass the trial, she would at least preserve her life.

Mount Shu can no longer afford any losses, especially the loss of a genius Disciple.

The trial grounds were shrouded in clouds and mist, resembling a fairyland.

Hua Qiangu, dressed in a white dress, with a firm expression, stepped into this mysterious place.

She knew clearly in her heart that this trial was, for her, not only a test of strength but also a tempering of her will.

Inside the trial grounds, dangers lurked at every turn.

The first thing Hua Qiangu encountered was a sea of fire, with flames raging as if they wanted to swallow her whole.

However, she did not retreat, but instead took a deep breath and, relying on her extraordinary perseverance, stepped into the sea of fire. The flames scorched her skin, yet she seemed not to feel the pain, only silently enduring it as she moved forward step by step.

After the sea of fire was an ice field. The cold wind was biting, and ice and snow flew about.

Although Hua Qiangu was shivering from the cold, she still gritted her teeth and continued forward. She knew that only by passing through this ice field could she reach the next trial ground.

At the end of the ice field, Hua Qiangu encountered a huge demonic beast. This demonic beast was massive in size, its eyes revealing a fierce light; it was clearly not an easy opponent.

Hua Qiangu was not afraid; she drew her long sword and engaged in a fierce battle with the demonic beast.

During the battle, Hua Qiangu displayed astonishing strength.

Her movement technique was agile, her sword technique sharp; Hua Qiangu defeated the demonic beast in one strike and successfully passed this stage.

Hua Qiangu took a deep breath and continued to charge toward the next checkpoint.

This place was filled with complex arrays and tests; every checkpoint was full of challenges.

Hua Qiangu did not retreat; she used her own wisdom and courage to break through every difficult barrier step by step.

During the trial, Hua Qiangu displayed her heart of great love.

Courage, wisdom, benevolence, and incredible strength.

In a short time, Hua Qiangu broke through one checkpoint after another and displayed unprecedented strength.

At this moment, a melodious bell sound came from the depths of the trial grounds.

Hua Qiangu knew this meant she had passed all the trials.

Her heart was filled with joy and excitement; she had passed the trial.

However, there was nothing worth being surprised about; she suppressed her joy.

After all, she had activated so many Golden Fingers; not only did this World provide her with a Golden Finger, but there was also the Golden Finger of the Heavens Chat Group.

If she didn't pass this, that would be unreasonable.

When Hua Qiangu walked out of the trial grounds, everyone from Mount Shu was waiting for her.

When they saw Hua Qiangu walking out safe and sound, they all revealed expressions of surprise and joy.

The Great Elder's excited voice echoed through Mount Shu: "Hua Qiangu, you truly did not let us down! You successfully passed the trial and became the pride of our new generation of Mount Shu! This old man believes that in the future, under your hands, Mount Shu will be able to rise again."

His face was brimming with a proud and gratified smile, feeling incomparably gratified by Hua Qiangu's achievement.

Now they only wait for Hua Qiangu's strength to be sufficient to succeed as the Mount Shu Sect Leader and lead Mount Shu to rise again.

The Mount Shu Sect Leader stared intently at Hua Qiangu, keenly sensing the powerful aura emanating from her body.

This aura seemed capable of shaking heaven and earth, shocking everyone present.

It seems that the current Hua Qiangu's strength is even more powerful than they imagined.

The Mount Shu Sect Leader exclaimed in wonder: "Hua Qiangu, your current strength seems to be even more powerful than mine. You have not only reached the requirements for a Sect Leader in terms of temperament, but your strength is also so outstanding. Let me ask you, how is your current strength?"

Hua Qiangu stood before the crowd, a powerful aura surging and rolling off her body, as if an invisible force were surging around her.

She said indifferently: "I am the Human World First Immortal."

Although her voice was calm, it was full of confidence and firmness.

With the blessing of so many Golden Fingers, Hua Qiangu's strength had already reached an astonishing height.

She not only possessed powerful cultivation and strength but also had a kind and benevolent heart.

She is willing to use her own power to guard Mount Shu and all living beings under heaven, letting the heart of great love spread to every corner.

Hearing Hua Qiangu's answer, the Mount Shu Sect Leader and the Great Elder both revealed expressions of surprise and admiration.

And feeling that powerful pressure, the various Elders of Mount Shu and the Sect Leader all showed expressions of shock.

Not only did her temperament pass the test, but even her strength was so powerful.

They knew that Hua Qiangu already possessed all the conditions to become the Mount Shu Sect Leader.

The various Elders did not know how Hua Qiangu cultivated, but that did not matter.

As long as they knew this was their Mount Shu Disciple, their future Mount Shu Sect Leader, that was enough.

The Mount Shu Sect Leader laughed heartily, the sound shaking the surroundings, his joy overflowing in his words: "Good! Good! Good!"

His laughter was filled with admiration and expectation for Hua Qiangu.

He pondered for a moment, looked at Hua Qiangu with burning eyes, and solemnly asked, "Hua Qiangu, are you willing to succeed to the position of Shushan Sect Leader and become the Forty-eighth Generation Sect Leader of Shushan?"

This was the result of the Shushan Sect Leader's careful deliberation.

He knew well that Hua Qiangu had outstanding natural talent, not only a firm disposition but also strength that was truly exceptional.

Handing the position of Shushan Sect Leader to her was undoubtedly the greatest affirmation and trust in her.

The future of Shushan needed these young and promising Disciples to lead and protect it.

And Hua Qiangu was precisely the most outstanding among them.

Her appearance brought new hope and vitality to Shushan.

The only thing they old fellows could do was to protect the growth of these young Disciples.

Once the Shushan Sect Leader spoke, not only Hua Qiangu, but even the various Elders were astonished.

However, the various Elders did not say anything.

Although Hua Qiangu was young, she indeed already possessed sufficient qualifications to succeed as Sect Leader.

Hua Qiangu knew well the weight and responsibility of this position, but she also understood that this was Shushan's trust and expectation of her.

She took a deep breath and firmly replied, "Sect Leader, I am willing!"

Her voice was filled with confidence and determination.

She knew that becoming the Shushan Sect Leader was not just an honor, but even more so a responsibility and a mission.

She would use her own wisdom and strength to protect Shushan and protect the common people of the world.

Hearing Hua Qiangu's answer, the Shushan Sect Leader revealed a gratified smile on his face.

He hoped his choice was not wrong.

Half a month later, Shushan officially held the Sect Leader Succession Ceremony and announced it to the world.

Hua Qiangu would officially take over the position of Shushan Sect Leader and become the Forty-eighth Generation Sect Leader of Shushan.
