Chapter 399: The Third Stage Turned Out to Be Learning Skills

In the void of the Digital World, Broly and the Erosion Palace Master stood in the void, looking down upon the entire world.

"The many universe venerators within my Eternal Kingdom now rely on secret method divine stones to master the Beast God Seven Kills. In terms of combat power, each one is second only to a universe overlord, stronger than any high-level universe venerator from other forces!" Broly spoke.

"Now, the only thing they lack compared to true universe overlords is their divine bodies!"

Over the past thousand years, each of the more than eight hundred universe venerators of the Eternal Kingdom had been granted a secret method divine stone containing the Beast God Seven Kills. Possessing this universe overlord-level supreme secret method, they were already no weaker than any universe overlord in terms of secret method mastery—in fact, they were even stronger.

After all, the Beast God Seven Kills was far more powerful than ordinary universe overlord secret methods.

Take Blood Prison Venerator, for example. Originally merely a high-level universe venerator, after mastering the Beast God Seven Kills and combining it with the supreme treasures bestowed by Broly, his combat power had become extremely close to that of a universe overlord. Ordinary high-level universe venerators from the other five major forces were no match for him.

However, because he was limited by a 100-fold gene level, Blood Prison Venerator's combat power always fell slightly short of a universe overlord's, since a lower gene level meant his divine power was not strong enough.

But now, with the successful incubation of the Digimon, the problem of gene levels could finally be effectively resolved.

"There's no need to raise it to the perfect level. As long as their genes are boosted to over a thousand times, Blood Prison and the others can greatly increase their divine power and possess true universe overlord-level combat power!" Broly mused to himself.

A gene level of over a thousand times, combined with supreme treasures and a top-tier universe overlord secret method like the Beast God Seven Kills—when these three were brought together, any universe venerator could be called a universe overlord!

More than eight hundred Human universe overlords—that was far more terrifying than a thousand perfect-body Digimon that were pure killing machines!

With such strength, the Eternal Kingdom could barely compensate for its deficiency in universe master-level combat power. Under normal circumstances, there were not many problems that required a universe master to step in and resolve. More than eight hundred universe overlords would be enough to support the Eternal Kingdom's development for some time to come.

"More than eight hundred universe overlords..." Beside him, the Erosion Palace Master's expression was one of shock.

The entire Human Race had only a little over a hundred universe overlords, yet now the Eternal Kingdom was about to have more than eight hundred! How astonishing was that?

"Alright, let's set other matters aside for now." Broly suddenly smiled. "I came today specifically to give you, Teacher, a surprise."

Hearing this, the Erosion Palace Master was immediately surprised. Hadn't the surprise already been given? His gene level had been raised by more than a thousand times.

As if reading the Erosion Palace Master's thoughts, Broly laughed. "Teacher, you underestimate me too much. How could it be called a surprise if I don't raise your gene level to perfection?"

Upon hearing this, the Erosion Palace Master frowned. Though his face showed gratification, he still said, "This... let's put it off for now. After all, you've only cultivated a little over a thousand Digimon so far. Using several hundred of them on me all at once wouldn't be good."

He had heard Broly say before that raising his gene level to perfection would require the core data of several hundred Digimon.

"It's fine. Digimon can be cultivated slowly—I have plenty of time." Broly smiled. "I'm counting on you, Teacher, to grow even stronger. Then, you can help me share more of the burdens of the Eternal Kingdom's many affairs."

Hearing this, the Erosion Palace Master couldn't help but show a wry smile. "You rascal!"

In the end, the Erosion Palace Master couldn't refuse Broly. With the help of this disciple, he continuously absorbed the core data of roughly seven hundred perfect-body Digimon and finally raised his gene level to the perfect level of 10,081 times!

"So this is the level of perfect genes?"

Standing in the void of the Digital World, feeling the divine power in his body, which was far stronger than before, the Erosion Palace Master's face showed a look of shock.

Thanks to the surge in his gene level, his divine power had risen from the original level of over three thousand times that of an ordinary Human universe venerator to the current ten thousand times. His overall combat power was more than three times what it had been!

"Teacher, you'll only truly feel the real benefits of a perfect gene level once you enter the Original Universe!" Broly said with a smile.

Then he pointed a finger, and a world gate appeared in the void of the Digital World. The Erosion Palace Master and he stepped directly into it, returning to the Original Universe.

Amidst the starry sky, the figures of Broly and the Erosion Palace Master appeared.

"Hum—!"

The next moment, an inexplicable aura emerged, directly enveloping the Erosion Palace Master's body.

"This is... the descent of the Original Universe's fundamental laws?" The Erosion Palace Master's expression changed drastically.

Immediately after, his body began to tremble. In the starry sky, a phantom of the ocean of the Original Universe's fundamental laws manifested, and a vast ocean of divine power appeared above.

"Boom!"

A torrent of immense divine power seawater poured down wildly, rushing straight toward the Erosion Palace Master's body and merging into it.

Under the influx of the endless divine power seawater, his body began to expand rapidly. In just a few seconds, it grew to a height of over ten thousand meters!

About a minute later, the phantom of the endless fundamental law divine power ocean began to fade, while the Erosion Palace Master's body had reached a colossal scale of ninety thousand kilometers!

"Indeed, the rumors were not false!"

In the void, the Erosion Palace Master's face was filled with shock and delight.

There had always been a rumor in the Original Universe that once a living being's gene level reached perfection, they would receive a gift from the Original Universe's fundamental laws—a divine body of ninety thousand kilometers!

"The special life form I possessed originally had a gene level of over three thousand times and a body height of several thousand kilometers, but compared to this current body of ninety thousand kilometers, it's far too inferior!" the Erosion Palace Master exclaimed, feeling his now immense body.

Soon after, the Original Universe's fundamental laws descended again. This time, a hazy, mysterious aura directly enveloped the Erosion Palace Master.

Beside him, Broly smiled slightly. He naturally knew that this was the universe's fundamental laws bestowing a secret method.

Any life form that broke through to a perfect gene level would be granted a universe master-level supreme secret method. Back when he had reached 10,081 times, he too had been granted the secret method of Time and Space Backlash.

After a moment, the mysterious aura dissipated. The Erosion Palace Master walked over to Broly, his face full of excitement.

"Only now do I realize that a perfect life form receives a secret method bestowed by the Original Universe's fundamental laws!" the Erosion Palace Master said in disbelief.

Upon hearing this, Broly smiled.

"Teacher, now that your divine body has reached ninety thousand kilometers and you've obtained a powerful secret method, your strength is probably enough to rival an existence like Sky Wolf Lord!" Broly said with a light laugh.

"Haha, barely!" the Erosion Palace Master laughed, though his eyes were full of confidence.

He had originally been a top-tier universe overlord with first-stage universe master combat power. Now, his divine power level had greatly increased, and his divine body had grown immensely. Coupled with the possession of a universe master-level supreme secret method, his overall combat power was approaching the third stage.

If he truly encountered a third-stage universe master like Sky Wolf Lord, even if he couldn't win, he could still put up a fight!

"After some time, I'll find a few powerful supreme treasures for you, Teacher. Then your strength will advance even further, and my Eternal Kingdom will effectively gain an additional universe master!" Broly said.

"No need. I'll handle the matter of supreme treasures myself!" Upon hearing this, the Erosion Palace Master immediately spoke up. He really didn't want this disciple of his to make any more sacrifices for him.

"Haha, Teacher, there's no need for that. A few supreme treasures are nothing. Besides, the stronger you are, the better the Eternal Kingdom can develop, and the less I'll have to worry about." Broly laughed. "If anything, I'm the one who should feel embarrassed—a few treasures in exchange for you selling yourself to my Eternal Kingdom."

Hearing this, the Erosion Palace Master shook his head and let out a helpless laugh.

Deep within the Original Universe, amidst the layers of endless space, within a magnificent and majestic divine kingdom.

"Back then, I simultaneously used Life Spring Divine Liquid to shape the Digimon race and the various human constitutions and bloodlines from the Covering the Sky World. As a result, after the Digimon hatched, they completely lost their intelligence and degenerated into ferocious beasts with only pure power. Yet the humans from the Covering the Sky World, with their diverse bloodlines, were completely unaffected. How strange."

Above the divine kingdom, Broly's incarnation stood, looking down at the land of the divine kingdom below and shaking his head.

On the land of the divine kingdom, tens of thousands of figures were kneeling prostrate, looking up at Broly in the sky with reverence and fanaticism.

"I created the Sacred Body, the Overlord Body, the Yin-Yin Body, the Sun-Yang Body, the Chaos Body, the Dao Embryo, and even the Innate Sacred Body Dao Embryo. Their intelligence was completely unaffected, and their constitutions were as powerful and special as those in the Covering the Sky World. So why did the Digimon undergo such a mutation?"

Looking at the countless humans below who possess the Zhetian World's powerful physiques, Bu Luo Lin could not figure it out after much thought and could only sigh helplessly.

If they possessed intelligence, the Digital Beasts would become a race even stronger than the Star Sky Giant Beasts, surpassing mighty beings such as the Golden Horn Giant Beast. But now, they have power without thought, cannot master secret techniques or wield treasures, so the Digital Beasts' strength is destined to have little room for improvement and can only become tools of war, which leaves Bu Luo Lin feeling regretful.

"Fortunately, the various physiques of this Zhetian World have not disappointed me!" Seeing the multitude of figures below, Bu Luo Lin finally broke into a smile.

Back then he used the blood of various Bloodline physiques collected from the Zhetian World, combined with Life‑Spring Divine Fluid to create countless eggs, and ultimately succeeded in hatching those powerful physiques. After several hundred years of growth, those powerful physiques have fully matured.

"I originally thought these physiques would at most be comparable to the peak Bloodlines of Manka Starpeople and the Wasteland God Race, but… they gave me a surprise!"

When Bu Luo Lin first tried to cultivate the Sacred Body and Dominant Body Bloodlines, he did not place much importance on them, believing they would at most reach about five or six times the genetic tier of ordinary human populations.

After all, the top races of human groups such as the Manka Starpeople and the Wasteland God Race are planetary‑level from birth; compared with the Zhetian World, they are like cultivators of the Wheel Sea Secret Realm. Even without any cultivation in their lifetime, once they reach adulthood through ordinary eating and drinking, they attain the Domain‑Lord tier, equivalent to a great power of the Immortal Platform realm.

In the Zhetian World, no physique can achieve this; whether Sacred Body, Dominant Body, or even Chaotic Body, they all require post‑natal cultivation. No one can rely solely on Bloodline growth to reach adulthood with Immortal Platform power without cultivation.

Therefore, Bu Luo Lin initially thought that the many powerful physiques of the Zhetian World, when placed in the Primordial Universe, might not be that strong; even the so‑called Chaotic Body would probably not compare to the Bloodlines of the Manka Starpeople.

But in the end, after the many Bloodlines hatched, Bu Luo Lin discovered that the reality was not as simple as he had imagined!

When the Sacred Body, Dominant Body, Innate Dao Embryo, Divine King Body and other Bloodline physiques hatched, Bu Luo Lin examined their bodily traits and was astonished to find their genetic tiers far stronger than he had imagined!

Among the initially cultivated physiques, the highest genetic tier and strongest bodies were the Sacred Body and Dominant Body, both reaching ten times the genetic tier, comparable to the peak Star Sky Giant Beast such as the Golden Horn Giant Beast!

The other physiques—such as the Solar Body, Lunar Body, and Divine King Body—though somewhat weaker than the Sacred and Dominant Bodies, still possess genetic tiers above five times, not far behind the Manka Starpeople and the like.

This greatly surprised Bu Luo Lin.

In the centuries following the emergence of these physiques, Bu Luo Lin placed them all within his Divine Kingdom and observed them closely.

During this time, he guided many physiques in cultivation; at first, he tried to teach them the Secret Realm cultivation method of the Zhetian World. This secret technique was not Bu Luo Lin's enhanced Primordial‑level secret technique, but the orthodox method created in the Zhetian World by Desolate Heaven Emperor Shi Hao.

Long ago, Bu Luo Lin had already obtained this secret technique from the Zhetian World and had early on attempted to have beings of the Primordial Universe practice it.

After all, this technique is truly extraordinary; it is the supreme method devised by the Desolate Heaven Emperor to temper flesh, capable of raising a being's genetic tier, and works similarly to the Nine Tribulation Secret Canon that the Mountain Recluse gave Luo Feng.

In the Zhetian World, powerful Bloodlines such as Sacred Body and Dominant Body initially had low genetic tiers; for example, Ye Fan, before opening the Holy Body's Sea of Suffering, was just an ordinary human on Earth with a low genetic tier.

But later, after Ye Fan cultivated the Five Great Secret Realms to achieve the Sacred Body Great Completion, his power approached that of the universe's strongest, and his genetic tier had definitively reached nearly ten thousand times.

Therefore, after acquiring the complete Secret Realm cultivation method, Bu Luo Lin could not wait to have beings of the Primordial Universe practice it, to see whether it would elevate their life's genetic tier.
