A 500,000-character essay.

Before I knew it, more than a month had passed since the book went on the shelves.

Back then, this little scrub promised three updates a day, six thousand characters, and last month for ten days it was around seven thousand a day — I'd say that counts as achieved.

This month it should have been 186,000 characters… up to today I've finished 174,000, and adding tomorrow's it'll be exactly 180,000 — short by six thousand, which works out to one missed update.

I really do write very slowly.

It's not like what the big shots say, that I went off to play games… I bought that game over ten days ago, and until now I've only played it for 3.7 hours.

Why do I write so slowly?

Because I'm not yet a proper, serious author — I don't have enough mental stamina to keep typing nonstop…

From opening the book on October 30th to today, it's been exactly three months, and I truly haven't missed a single day of updates. For other author-dudes, that's the most normal thing in the world, but for me, it's really been a struggle.

I'm truly grateful for the big shots' favor and support.

I'm not some big-shot alt account — I'm just an ordinary scrub, learning as I write.

I want to finish this book to the end.

The previous "two updates" were actually merged chapters — it's still six thousand characters a day.

Today is the real two updates.
