Chapter 10: 【The Great Emperor's Brain is Hung on the Heavenly Heart】
Beside the spring pool grow a dozen small trees half a meter high, with broad leaves, emerald green and dripping, shaped like human palms, as if several small people with many arms are standing there. At the top of each small tree hangs a red fruit, shaped like a cherry, but as big as a chicken egg.
Lin Xian picks a fruit, holds it in his mouth, and then soaks his whole body in the divine spring. The cool spring water wets his clothes, his fair muscles are looming, and he is cultivating with all his heart. Strands of hazy white mist rise, setting off the boy in the spring as extraordinary, ethereal, and immortal.
He closes his eyes and thinks, feeling the Wheel and Sea scriptures, combining his understanding of cultivation, to touch the origin of the physical body.
There is endless dust between heaven and earth, and every grain of dust is a world, and the physical body is the same, with countless tiny doors.
The essence of cultivation is to push open one door after another and meet the true self.
Among them, the Lower Dantian Wheel and Sea is a very important door, one of the five great secret realms of the human body.
Creating life in the Bitter Sea, brewing vigorous vitality in silence, chiseling out an eye of the Life Spring, connecting to the wheel of life, can one perform various mysterious methods and supernatural powers, possessing unpredictable power. In order to reach other secret realms, the Wheel and Sea sublimates, cultivates divine veins, sacrifices into a heavenly bridge, tempers spirit and physical body, finally spirit and shell combine, breaks through shackles, transcends self, reaches the other shore, and arrives at the end of the Bitter Sea.
This is the entire cultivation of the Wheel and Sea secret realm: Bitter Sea, Life Spring, Divine Bridge, Other Shore.
There are ancient great abilities who use powerful heart methods, combined with ancient secret techniques, to cultivate a single secret realm, thereby reaching the realm of sages.
But, Lin Xian is not prepared to cultivate like this, not only because the Wheel and Sea chapter in his hand is just a scripture written by an ordinary ancient human sage, not as profound as the Emperor scripture, not as mysterious as the Immortal scripture, but also because this is not his path.
His path was set at the very beginning. Regardless of whether the realm is stable or not, and regardless of whether the foundation is solid or not, he must rush to the peak of cultivation at the fastest speed, and then cut off his cultivation and re-cultivate.
Between life and death, between cutting and extinguishing, he will prove his immortal path.
In the dark and silent Bitter Sea, a wheel of life as green as jade floats. With the refining of the holy fruit in his mouth, strands of refined energy pour into his body, releasing endless life essence, lingering above the Bitter Sea.
In an instant, the Bitter Sea surges, waves roll, and between the tides, a little holy white divine power emerges. Under the guidance of the Origin of Qi Body, it flows into the four limbs and hundreds of bones, washing the blood and bones in the body, nourishing the five internal organs, and strengthening the power of the physical body.
However, this is not the end, just a beginning.
Lin Xian is not a special physique. Under the blessing of the Origin of Qi Body, washing bones and cutting marrow, Qi is full and spirit is sufficient, he is just an ordinary body with cultivation talent, belonging to the level of a genius in a small sect.
Such a physique, although it cannot bring a large increase in combat power, has very little demand for resources, and does not need to move millions of catties of source like the Desolate Ancient Sacred Body for one breakthrough.
Plus Lin Xian does not care about the cost, does not care about the foundation at all, just blindly breaks through, and the cultivation speed is unimaginable.
Before the Four Extremities, cultivators do not pay much attention to understanding the Dao, but focus on physical body cultivation, which means that as long as there are enough resources, theoretically, an ordinary person can rush to the second secret realm, the Palace, in one breath.
Swish, swish, swish, the energy of the holy fruit helps Lin Xian rush to the peak of the late Bitter Sea, and stops at the half-step Life Spring realm. It is not that the energy is insufficient, but that more divinity is lurking in the body, waiting for future excavation, or when fighting, the recovery speed is a few points stronger than the opponent.
Lin Xian is not satisfied with this. In addition to the holy fruit, he also has the divine spring, and his whole body is soaked in the divine spring to receive almost endless essence, rushing through the Bitter Sea from top to bottom, communicating with the wheel of life.
In an instant, the heaven and earth spiritual Qi and the essence in the body combine, surging, turning into liquid, forming a divine spring of life in the body!
When the essence of the divine spring is mobilized by the will, the essence, energy, and spirit merge to become magic power; as long as the source of divine power is inexhaustible, the magic power is infinite.
In this realm, one can ride a rainbow to travel, fly through the sky, and tunnel through the earth; although one cannot fly far or high, nor achieve the immortal feat of visiting the North Sea in the morning and the Cangwu Mountains in the evening, crossing vast regions and roaming the heavens, one can finally fly, fulfilling a great ultimate dream of humanity!
Just as Lin Xian was about to continue cultivating, to charge toward the Divine Bridge Realm, to sublimate the Wheel and Sea, to form divine meridians of heaven and earth, and to release his own infinite potential—
An accident descended.
It was not the Ruthless Emperor who struck; this venerable one had already forged an immortal heart, devoid of sorrow or joy, viewing all living beings as floating clouds and stray dogs. Unless it involved her obsession—her brother—her emotions would not ripple in the slightest.
In her eyes, Lin Xian was merely interesting; he was not worth a strike from a Great Emperor.
The Great Accomplished Holy Body was the same; the Dao heart of a supreme being is firm, and the joys and sorrows of the ages are commonplace. Unless it was someone similar, it was difficult to pluck their heartstrings.
What triggered the disturbance in the Desolate Ancient Forbidden Land was a Desolate Slave.
That Desolate Slave was a woman with bright eyes and white teeth, her neck slender and elegant, like a lotus rising from the water, clear and peerlessly beautiful. Her white clothes fluttered with the wind, like a Fairy of Guanghan descending on the breeze, transcendent and refined.
"Huang?"
Lin Xian was suddenly startled, breaking into a cold sweat, blurting it out subconsciously before realizing what he had done.
This was not Huang; the Ruthless Emperor had shackles upon her. This was an ancient person from six thousand years ago, the last Saintess of Tianxuan.
Why did he trigger her disturbance?
In a flash of lightning, Lin Xian looked at the slivers of magic power emerging from his fingertips and suddenly realized: that was it, it was his magic power that had attracted this Tianxuan Saintess.
The scripture he cultivated was created by a Tianxuan Saint.
In the eyes of the Tianxuan Saintess, this was the aura of a fellow sect member, so she naturally sensed it and came.
"But, did she come on her own, or was she ordered to come?"
In an instant, Lin Xian's heart rose again; the Tianxuan Saintess was a Desolate Slave, and behind her was Huang.
If she came on her own, it would be fine, but if she were driven by the Ruthless Emperor, what was he to do!
Recalling the ruthless methods of that Ruthless Emperor, that heartless demonic nature of slaying all kings by her own strength and standing alone above the Nine Heavens, Lin Xian felt his heart and liver trembling.
One must believe in the majesty of a Great Emperor, but one must not believe in the benevolence of a Great Emperor.
Every Emperor was carved out of a mountain of corpses and a sea of blood.
If he wanted the Ruthless Emperor to show mercy, he would have to be surnamed Ye.
If he were the Ruthless Emperor, how would he treat himself?
Lin Xian's mind raced, judging others by himself, and he quickly imagined an incomparably cruel scene.
First, use the God-Slaying Art to convert him into a slave, making him truly one of her own, then everything would naturally be spilled, and all secrets would be exposed.
If he wanted to resist, she would just slap him down, shatter his physical body, and perform a soul search directly.
Even if she killed the wrong person, so what? Not to mention that a Great Emperor has the ability to be reborn from a drop of blood and recreate the universe, who would settle scores with a Great Emperor for the sake of an ant?
Emperors have always been arrogant; it is not innate.
The ancient Emperors and Heavenly Venerables were not fools before they attained the Dao, but after attaining the Dao, they all became brutes. There is only one reason for such uniform behavior: all schemes are no match for the power of a Great Emperor.
A thousand words and Prajna wisdom are not as convenient as a single slap.
The Sages of the Primordial World entrust their Primordial Spirits to the Heavenly Dao, hence they are immortal; the Great Emperors of the Shrouding Heavens entrust their brains to the Heavenly Heart, hence they are reckless in all things.
Do not try to reason with a supreme being unless you have similar strength.
The Sage's Primordial Spirit is entrusted above the Heavenly Dao; the Great Emperor's brain is hung above the Heavenly Heart.
Just be reckless, and that's it.
