Chapter 950: Establish an everlasting, imperishable great merit; accomplish an unprecedented, magnificent enterprise for all ages!

As Jiang Shan's voice continued to fall.

The names upon the National Destiny Golden List kept increasing.

At the same time, all those who had left their names, upon feeling the tremendous change upon themselves, revealed expressions of shock!

"Cultivation speed..."

Yuwen Feng suddenly raised his head, looking toward that tall figure at the very top, his pupils filled with horror!

He had never imagined that merely a simple investiture ceremony would actually stir up such an enormous commotion!

Mobilizing National Destiny to bless the ministers.

Such a magnificent feat—even those imperial dynasties could not accomplish it!

For him, it was utterly unheard of!

At this moment, not only was Yuwen Feng horrified, but even Jiang Xingjian, Jiang Xuanji, Nangong Zhantian, and the others were the same.

Their expressions were complicated.

My King, although you once said that when the dynasty was successfully established, strange phenomena would occur.

But you never said the strange phenomena would be this astonishing........

The crowd exchanged glances, their hearts filled with countless emotions.

Upon the throne.

Jiang Shan was still continuously performing investitures.

In between investitures, he also announced the new military system.

Namely, the Nine-Rank Military System!

The first rank is the lowest, the ninth rank is the supreme.

Dividing into nine ranks of soldiers, nine ranks of commanders, nine ranks of war generals, nine ranks of grand generals.

Under normal circumstances, it is basically tied to cultivation base and strength!

To become a first-rank soldier, one needs the strength of the first level of the Postnatal realm.

Every three minor realms, one rises a rank.
