Flying all the way to the entrance of the Hive, Zhang Xuan finally slowed down, no longer sprinting as he had before.

Alice was covered in cold sweat; even on her face and hands, strands of flesh could not help but twitch, only to be drawn back into her body.

She had won her gamble; the T-Virus did not turn her directly into a zombie, but instead entered into symbiosis with her, even allowing her physical body to evolve to a certain extent.

She felt a powerful force surging within her body, and at the location of her Pineal Gland in her mind, a peculiar power was also awakening.

Her five senses became even sharper, her Six Senses were extremely clear, and the sticky, damp feeling all over her body made her very uncomfortable; at this moment, she heard faint footsteps coming from within that Darkness gate.

But the man in front of her calmly shook his head and reached into the backpack on his back to take out a motherboard and a pile of storage devices.

"I don't think that's necessary!"

"I have already cleared out all the zombies and infected entities in the Hive; this is the motherboard of the Red Queen, and these are the storage chips from the many cameras in The Hive..."

Alice was stunned, and the man waved his hand, causing a large piece of steel to rise out of thin air, sealing the gate leading to The Hive once again.

"Let's go, the next steps should be for you to handle the relevant matters!"
