"It seems some people have truly forgotten the pain once the wound healed. We'll need to find time to give them a good lesson," a flash of impatience and killing intent crossed Lingyun's eyes.

"Our preparations will take a while longer to complete; that will be the time to let loose and properly deal with them," Liuli said from the side.

Lingyun nodded slightly, masking the killing intent in his eyes: "Let them enjoy their freedom for a while longer. Once the matter with Yuejiang is resolved, we'll give them a taste of what's coming."

"Is Yuejiang not coming back tonight?" Liuli asked.

"The Oboro Festival is almost here, and the number of tourists on Itogami Island is increasing. Yuejiang probably has a lot on her hands during this time; she even took Ashtarte with her," Lingyun said.

Just as Lingyun and the others were enjoying their dinner, in a secret stronghold of the Lion King Organization, three people were holding a meeting. These three were the most prestigious Three Sages of the Lion King Organization.

"What is your take on the mysterious Vampire that has appeared on Itogami Island recently?" a male voice asked slowly.

"That person's strength is immense. Whether it is his familiar or he himself, he seems to have many differences from ordinary Vampires," a girl with a braided hairstyle said.

"Xian Guyong, how are your injuries?" a female voice asked.
