Chapter 728: Dragon Princess Daiweina

"Sir, welcome to our Dwarf Blacksmith Shop. Is there anything I can help you with?"

Seeing Lingyun enter the blacksmith shop, someone immediately walked up and said to Lingyun with a respectful expression.

Lingyun raised an eyebrow. He discovered that this blacksmith shop was actually a joint venture between Dwarves and Humans, with Humans responsible for receiving guests and Dwarves responsible for forging; it could be said that they had brought the strengths of both races into play.

However, Lingyun did not come here to do business with them, but to find the most skilled Dwarf blacksmith in this shop. Being able to open such a large blacksmith shop in the Light Holy City, he figured the most powerful blacksmith here would not be an ordinary person.

"I want to find the most skilled Dwarf craftsman you have here," Lingyun said indifferently.

Hearing Lingyun say this, the person receiving him also had his expression slightly tighten. This person wanted to find the strongest Dwarf craftsman the moment he arrived, so he was clearly no ordinary person. After all, this place was the Light Holy City, and the Dwarves were allies of the Light Church; if anyone dared to cause trouble here, what awaited them would surely be severe punishment from the Light Church.

"Sir, please wait a moment, I will go inform Master Dimo," the man said, bowing to Lingyun. "However, I do not know if Master Dimo will see you."

"Show him this," Lingyun said, handing a token to the man. "I think after he sees this token, he should understand."

This token was cast from black iron, with a large forging hammer carved on the front and a half-tilted wine cup on the back.

The man looked at the token and could not help but frown. Although he had worked at the Dwarf Blacksmith Shop for quite some time, he had never seen such a token before. While he kept guessing the purpose of this token in his heart, his feet did not stop; instead, he took Lingyun's token and walked toward Dimo's room.

Not long after, a sturdy Dwarf hurried toward Lingyun's direction. Behind him was the man who had just received Lingyun. That man's expression was now very surprised; he had not expected Dimo's reaction to be so astonishing after seeing that token, to the point that he would personally come to welcome the person who produced it.

"Dimo greets you, sir. May I ask how to address you?" Dimo returned the token to Lingyun with both hands and asked respectfully.

"My name is Lingyun," Lingyun said, taking the token back indifferently.

"You are the Mr. Lingyun that Teacher spoke of?" Hearing Lingyun's name, Dimo could not help but widen his eyes.

"Your teacher is?" Lingyun felt that he had found the right person this time.

"My teacher is none other than Master Mohan," Dimo said, his face full of respect when mentioning his teacher.

"You are Mohan's disciple? Then you should know where Mohan is right now, right?" Lingyun asked.

"Teacher should be at the largest blacksmith shop in the Light Holy City right now; it seems because some distinguished guest is coming today," Dimo said.

"I see. How do I get to that place?" Lingyun raised an eyebrow.

"I also happen to have some questions I want to ask Teacher, so let's go together," Dimo said.

Lingyun nodded slightly; it would be more convenient to have someone lead the way. As for Chen Jing and Nia, Lingyun was not worried; no matter what they encountered, Chen Jing would handle it with discretion. Furthermore, Lingyun was now a distinguished guest of the Light Church; anyone who wanted to provoke Lingyun would likely have to weigh whether they had the standing to arm-wrestle with the Light Church.

Just as Dimo and Lingyun arrived at the largest Dwarf blacksmith shop in the Light Holy City, Mohan was also receiving his own guest.

Sitting before him was a young girl who looked only fifteen or sixteen years old. Although the girl did not look very old, Mohan had no intention of underestimating her at all. One had to know that this girl's strength was firmly at the half-step God Domain; although he had already stepped into the peak of the Heavenly Domain, he was still quite a distance away from the half-step God Domain. Most importantly, this girl was also one of the Elders of the Dragon Race; if he provoked her, it would be no different from provoking the entire Dragon Race.

"Master Mohan, I wonder how the gold I entrusted you to refine and the equipment I asked you to forge are coming along?" the girl asked Mohan softly.

As the youngest Elder of the Dragon Race, possessing the terrifying strength of a half-step God Domain even before reaching adulthood, Daiweina had enough capital to be proud. However, in front of Mohan, she still dared not be the least bit presumptuous. Mohan was a long-renowned Heavenly Domain Blacksmith of the Dwarf Race; although he had been stuck at the peak of the Heavenly Domain for many years, Daiweina was certain that if the two of them were to fight, she would definitely be the one to lose.

"I naturally would not dare to neglect Elder Daiweina's affairs; all the Golden and the equipment are ready," Mohan said with a smile. "It is just that I have one more matter here that requires Elder Daiweina's help."

"I wonder what matter it is? If it is something I can help with, I naturally will not refuse," Daiweina said, putting away the spatial ring in front of her.

"My friend, a benefactor of our Dwarf Race, wants to meet with Elder Daiweina; he has a matter concerning the Dragon Race that he wishes to discuss with you," Mohan said.

"A benefactor of the Dwarf Race, and a matter concerning the Dragon Race?" Daiweina raised an eyebrow.

"That is correct. I believe my friend will be here very soon," Mohan nodded.

Just at this moment, a Dwarf hurried in: "Master Mohan, Mr. Lingyun is here."

"Mr. Lingyun?" Daiweina frowned slightly; the two words 'Lingyun' reminded her of some rumors within her race.

Not long after, led by a Dwarf warrior, Lingyun appeared before the two of them.

"Mr. Lingyun, I didn't expect us to meet again so soon," Mohan said with a smile. "This is the Dragon Race Elder Daiweina I mentioned to you. If you really want to go to Dragon Island, you can discuss it with her."

"Go to Dragon Island?" Daiweina narrowed her eyes, her golden pupils showing faint signs of transforming into dragon pupils.

After the Millennium Holy War, almost all of the Dragon Race had migrated to Dragon Island, isolating themselves from the outside world. Now that this person actually wanted to use her to get to Dragon Island, he must have some ulterior motive.

Sensing the aura on Daiweina's body beginning to rise, Mohan's expression could not help but change slightly; he had not expected such a turn of events. One had to know that Daiweina had previously hinted to him several times that the Dragon Race might open up again, so why had it turned into this?

Looking at the nervous-looking Daiweina, Lingyun chuckled: "Mohan, I didn't expect this Dragon Race Elder you know to be a Dragon Princess!"

"Dragon Princess?" Mohan looked at Daiweina, a trace of surprise appearing on his face.

"The one who can control the Dragon Slaying Sword of the Dragon Race must be of the Dragon royal family, isn't that so?" Lingyun said indifferently, his gaze falling upon the seemingly ordinary Long sword on Daiweina's person.
