Inside Hakurei Shrine, Yakumo Yukari explained the construction plan for Gensokyo to Hakurei in detail.

"Yakumo Yukari, you must be crazy; how could this plan possibly succeed!" After hearing Yakumo Yukari's plan, Hakurei jumped straight up, her face full of astonishment. "If it were your previous plan, there would still be a sliver of a chance for success, but having switched to this one, there is almost no possibility of it succeeding. "I have a way to deal with the Dragon God!" Yakumo Yukari said, covering half her face with her fan.

Yakumo Yukari's tone remained calm, but deep within her pupils, colorful light flashed and vanished.

"Yukari, the construction of Gensokyo cannot do without your power; leave the Dragon God to me!" Lingyun said calmly.

"You?" Yakumo Yukari looked at Lingyun beside her with a face full of astonishment.

The Dragon God has a powerful suppression ability over the existences of this world, but I am not among that list." Lingyun said faintly.
