Chapter 441

This matter still requires Mr. Jiang's approval.

At this moment,

the three of them were deadlocked at this very step.

Without Liang Youan's file and records, the HR Director could not return to report.

Without these documents, Liang Youan could not leave at all.

And Mr. Jiang, at this very moment, felt a trace of hatred toward Liang Youan.

The three of them stood in silent deadlock for over an hour.

The HR Director simply could not hold out any longer.

He walked out of the Creative Department and then called Mr. Gao, explaining the current situation.

Liang Youan watched as the department transfer she had longed for over many years was about to be realized,

yet she was still blocked by Mr. Jiang.

She could not help but feel a bit of resentment.

So,

Liang Youan looked at Mr. Jiang,

restrained her temper, and then said: "Mr. Jiang, I beg you, let me go, will you? I truly want to join the Sales Department!"

"No."

Mr. Jiang refused directly with a face full of anger: "Liang Youan, do you feel wronged following me? I have done so much for you, and in the end you still want to betray me?"

"You did this for me?"

Hearing these words, Liang Youan was utterly shocked and looked at Mr. Jiang in disbelief: "Mr. Jiang, from the day I started following you, we have worked together for nearly eight years."

"In these eight years, my phone has never been turned off, just in case I missed your call."

"In these eight years, I have never taken a single complete annual leave; I was always called back to the company by your phone call."

"In these eight years, I prepared countless gifts, big and small, for you: for Mr. Gao, for your beloved, for your children, and for others..."

"But what have you given me? What you gave me was nothing but drawing cakes again and again, promises that were never fulfilled again and again!"

"Mr. Jiang, to be honest, I am truly exhausted. If you really do not agree, I will resign immediately!"

"Resign?"

Upon hearing this, Mr. Jiang

looked carefully at Liang Youan,

then sneered coldly: "Liang Youan, have you now learned to threaten me with resignation?"

"Fine, go, I absolutely will not stop you!"

"But I must tell you, if you walk out of my office today, I will immediately send a letter in the name of Yisu to other companies, stating that you, Liang Youan, voluntarily resigned from my company due to intentional violations, with motives that are intriguing."

"Liang Youan, do you think that once I send this notification letter, other companies will still hire you?"

"I tell you clearly, as long as you leave here, you will starve to death immediately!"

Mr. Jiang's words

were a direct threat to Liang Youan.

At this moment, Liang Youan was so angry that tears were about to spill from her eyes.

For a moment, she lost her composure and did not know what to do.

In her panic,

Liang Youan involuntarily thought of Qin Feng.

So she immediately took out her phone and sent a WeChat message to Qin Feng.

"Qin Feng, I'm so annoyed. I clearly succeeded in transferring departments, but Mr. Jiang is stubbornly refusing to let me go."

"My work files and many personal records are still in the Creative Department. Unless he gives the order, the HR Director cannot transfer them, and I cannot transfer departments."

"Just now, in a fit of anger, I said I would resign and leave immediately, and he actually threatened to send a letter to other competing companies..."

"Qin Feng, I am so angry!!!"

"Qin Feng, can you flick my forehead again, and then make Mr. Jiang stop blocking my way?"

"Ah! So annoying!"

Although Liang Youan was sending a text message at this moment,

Qin Feng seemed to hear Liang Youan's angry and helpless cry.

Moreover, the most critical issue was,

as the Chairman, the transfer notice he issued was actually blocked by a Creative Director.

This was truly somewhat ridiculous.

Did this Mr. Jiang think that "a general in the field may not obey the sovereign's orders," and that as long as Qin Feng did not personally preside over the company, he could act as he pleased?!

Shaking his head with a smile,

Qin Feng 207 replied to Liang Youan like this: "Liang Youan, two forehead flicks, I guarantee you can take revenge on the spot. Do you dare?"

"..."

Looking at Qin Feng's reply,

Liang Youan hesitated for a moment, then replied with a single character: "Dare."

"Good."

Qin Feng then immediately called Mr. Gao of Yisu Sports.

At this time, Mr. Gao was worried because of the HR's report.

Upon receiving Qin Feng's call,

President Gao, clearly feeling guilty, asked, "President Qin, did you need something from me?"

"Mm."

Qin Feng stated directly, "Announce two more personnel changes."

"One, promote Liang Youan directly to Creative Department Director, with a corresponding salary and benefits increase."

"Two, demote Creative Department Director President Jiang to Director's Assistant, to serve Liang Youan specifically."

"By the way, President Gao, did that President Jiang sign a non-compete contract with the company?"

"He did, President Qin."

President Gao responded, yet still somewhat confused, he pressed on, "President Qin, I don't understand. Why demote President Jiang..."

"If you don't understand, just shut up and execute the order!"

This time, Qin Feng offered no further explanation, his face darkening as he issued the directive.

Gao Teng's expression changed,

recalling the HR Director's report just now,

Gao Teng understood.

Jiang Jie, oh Jiang Jie, this time you've truly kicked a steel plate. Who couldn't you have provoked, but you had to provoke Liang Youan and President Qin?

Now look,

you're about to be demoted to serve as Liang Youan's assistant!
