Chapter 443

General Gao's answer was very clear: "In the past, Jiang Jie may have had some merit to the company, but in recent years, almost all the work of the Creative Department has been coordinated by Liang Youan."

"Moreover, hasn't Jiang Jie already signed a non-compete long-term contract with the company? If he wants to leave, let him go. Once he leaves Yisu, I'd like to see where he can find a job!"

"I didn't issue the order directly; I am only responsible for relaying it. You just need to execute the order strictly as given. Do you understand?"

After General Gao finished speaking,

the HR Director had completely understood.

It seemed that Liang Youan, who usually didn't show off or make a scene, must have latched onto a big tree.

An order that even General Gao, the founder of Yisu, could only relay verbatim,

naturally came from a level even higher than General Gao, that is, the current true power holder of Yisu.

Thinking of this,

the HR Director helplessly shook his head and smiled.

General Jiang, oh General Jiang, why did you have to do this? It would have been so much better if you had agreed to transfer Liang Youan earlier.

Now look, not only is he being demoted and having his salary cut,

but in the future, he will also be Liang Youan's personal assistant.

Then all the grievances you inflicted on Liang Youan before, won't Liang Youan return them to you tenfold or even a hundredfold?

However,

worried that General Jiang might not be able to control his emotions,

and unable to accept the new personnel changes,

the HR Director still made a phone call to the company security department first: "Hello, send a few people to the Creative Department. There are some matters to handle. Find a few big, strong ones."

"Yes."

Not long after,

several burly security guards arrived at the Creative Department and reported to the HR Director.

Only then did the HR Director push open the door to the Creative Department Director's office,

and then looked at General Jiang with a half-smile.

Seeing the HR Director return with several burly security guards,

a flash of surprise passed through General Jiang's eyes.

Then he said in a deep voice: "You've come at just the right time. I've changed my mind. Since Liang Youan is determined to leave, then let her go."

"You supervise. Except for personal items, Liang Youan is not allowed to take any company property, not even a single pen!"

General Jiang's aggressive demeanor

truly left Liang Youan completely speechless.

She never would have thought

that General Jiang, whom she had followed wholeheartedly for several years,

would be so shameless, low, and even disgusting to her!

So,

Liang Youan gave a cold, chilling smile,

and looked at General Jiang, saying calmly: "No need, General Jiang. Rest assured, I won't take anything from the company. I'm leaving right now!"

"Mm."

General Jiang nodded solemnly at this moment, looking at Liang Youan and saying: "Have a safe journey. Take care!"

Take care?!

Liang Youan repeated those two words, nearly grinding her back teeth to dust.

But just as Liang Youan turned around, ready to completely tear up her relationship with General Jiang,

the HR Director stepped in first.

He looked at General Jiang with a speechless yet somewhat pitying smile,

and then said: "I'm sorry, General Jiang. Just now I received a notification from General Gao. The company has new personnel changes."

"General Gao explicitly stated that Liang Youan is to be directly promoted to Creative Department Director, replacing you in your current position."

"What?!"

General Jiang looked at the HR Director with a face full of shock and disbelief.

"What?"

Liang Youan was also very surprised at this moment and looked at the HR Director.

"Yes."

The HR Director nodded: "This is a direct order from General Gao. The transfer letter will likely arrive at Human Resources very soon and will be copied to all mid-to-high-level leaders of the company."

"Therefore, General Jiang, please leave the position you are currently sitting in!"

"Me?!"

Jiang Jie pointed at himself in disbelief.

Then he suddenly pointed at Liang Youan: "Liang Youan, you?!"

Jiang Jie initially thought

that this personnel transfer was definitely orchestrated by Liang Youan.

But thinking carefully, Liang Youan had no connections with the company's senior management.

Even if she had met General Gao a few times,

General Gao would absolutely not pull him down from his position just for her.

What, exactly, is going on?!

And at this moment,

Liang Youan, who had also not anticipated this outcome,

was utterly baffled,

from beginning to end,

she had only complained to Qin Feng about the company's annoying issues,

how had she suddenly been approved for a transfer,

and then suddenly promoted to Director of the Creative Department?

After carefully thinking it over,

Liang Youan suddenly noticed a crucial piece of information,

Qin Feng?!

Could it really be Qin Feng?!

He actually had that much influence, to directly change my job?!

This was truly unexpected…

Could it really be Qin Feng?

Liang Youan still could not be certain,

she could only continue carefully analyzing and verifying in her mind,

and at this moment,

the HR Director, seeing that Jiang Zong had no intention of rising,

reminded him again: "Jiang Zong, it's been over an hour since work started—you should get up and let Director Liang Youan begin his duties immediately."

"I…"

Jiang Zong's eyes blazed with fury,

but he didn't know who to vent it on,

because right now, behind the HR Director stood several large, muscular security guards,

and Liang Youan's current status held more authority than his own.

Therefore,

Jiang Zong could only grit his teeth and stand up,

then walked behind the desk,

looked at Liang Youan with a cold smile, and sneered: "Didn't expect it, Liang Youan—you've been busy every night, haven't you!"

Jiang Zong's sneer was subtle,

implying that Liang Youan spent his days working and his nights sleeping with senior leadership, winning their favor and ousting Jiang Jie.
