Chapter 834: Qin Feng, Do You Know What Tian Ai Went Through

Tian Ai, a well-known actress in Great Xia,

although her status is slightly lower compared to Da Mimi and Sister Reba,

she has still starred in many works and left several screen images that left a deep impression on the audience.

As of now, the role the audience likes most is likely the white fox-faced Nan Gong Pushe played by Tian Ai in "Snow", which also left the classic comment: "In the end, Nan Gong fell in love, and there is no more Nineteen Ting in the world"...

An actress like Tian Ai, who has appeared in many films and television works and has her own representative works,

her projects are negotiated by her company,

at the very least, her agent comes to discuss these matters with Jiaxing first,

but now,

Tian Ai not only pushed open Da Mimi's office door alone, but her expression also seemed somewhat panicked, which surprised Qin Feng, Da Mimi, and others.

After Qin Feng recognized Tian Ai,

he directly asked with a smile: "Tian Ai, why did you come by yourself? Doesn't the company handle the audition matters?"

"..."

Tian Ai hesitated for a moment, looked at Qin Feng, then walked straight to him, looked at the breakfast in front of Qin Feng, and said: "I'm so hungry, can I eat?"

So hungry?

Qin Feng was somewhat surprised,

Da Mimi, Sister Reba, Zhu Suosuo, and Jiang Nansun all looked puzzled,

seeing Qin Feng still hesitating,

Tian Ai directly reached out, picked up the breakfast in front of Qin Feng, and without any regard for her image, stuffed the breakfast into her mouth with her hands,

her ravenous appearance was as if she hadn't eaten for over ten days,

seeing this, Qin Feng felt somewhat amazed, so he looked at Da Mimi not far away,

Da Mimi met Qin Feng's gaze, shook her head, and indicated she didn't know the situation either.

This breakfast wasn't much,

Tian Ai stuffed it into her stomach in three or four bites, then started burping,

seeing this, Qin Feng picked up the mineral water nearby and handed it to Tian Ai,

Tian Ai didn't even have time to say thank you, directly opened the mineral water and gulped it down,

looking at Tian Ai's state, it seemed she had been hungry for many days,

Qin Feng simply took the unfinished breakfast of Da Mimi directly and handed it to Tian Ai,

Tian Ai looked at Qin Feng, finally said the two words "thank you", then picked up Da Mimi's breakfast and started eating again...

Seeing this, Da Mimi knew Tian Ai must have encountered something,

so she picked up the phone and called the front desk: "Hello, go buy six breakfasts for us and send them to the office, and also, temporarily postpone today's auditions by two hours; if there are changes, I will notify you."

After hanging up the phone,

Da Mimi came to Qin Feng's side, carefully looked at Tian Ai's current state, then leaned close to Qin Feng's ear and whispered: "Qin Feng, something is wrong; Tian Ai's state feels like she has been abused for a long time..."

"Mm, let's wait until she finishes eating first."

Qin Feng responded, watching Tian Ai finish Da Mimi's breakfast in three or four bites, then opened another bottle of mineral water and handed it to Tian Ai.

"Thank you."

This time, Tian Ai's voice finally became a bit clearer,

after gulping down this bottle of water again with a "glug glug" sound,

Tian Ai finally let out a long sigh, then looked directly at Da Mimi and said: "Mimi, if I pass the audition and star in your film project for free, can you find a way to sign me to Jiaxing?"

Hm? Tian Ai wants to jump ship?

Da Mimi looked at Qin Feng again, confused,

then pulled Tian Ai to sit down, and asked tentatively: "Tian Ai, what happened? Can you talk to me about it?"

"I..."

Hearing this, Tian Ai hesitated; seeing Qin Feng, Jiang Nansun, and Zhu Suosuo were all strangers, she hesitated for a moment, then shook her head very cautiously and said in a low voice: "Mimi, I can't say it here..."

"Mm, okay, then come with me, let's go to the lounge."

Da Mimi nodded, pulled Tian Ai, and walked into the lounge inside the office,

half an hour later,

Da Mimi finally walked out of the lounge, then looked at Qin Feng and said: "Qin Feng, accompany me for a walk?"

"Okay."

By now, Qin Feng had already finished the breakfast sent by the front desk, so he stood up and brought two donuts for Da Mimi,

seeing this, Da Mimi felt warmth in her heart,

then pushed open the office door, brought Qin Feng to the company's reception hall,

the reception hall was empty at this moment,

Da Mimi found a seat by the window, then sat down, quietly looking out the window,

0 ········· Requesting flowers ·········

Qin Feng walked over and handed the donuts to Da Mimi,

Da Mimi took the donuts, took a bite, then helplessly shook her head: "It's truly bitter."

"Hm?"

Qin Feng was somewhat confused,

but Da Mimi smiled helplessly: "Qin Feng, life as an artist is truly bitter, really."

"Just now in the lounge, Tian Ai told me she hasn't eaten or slept for nearly a week, and the reason for all this is that Tian Ai wants to terminate her contract with her former company."

"Tian Ai, like me, was forced by the company to sign a long-term contract right after debuting, then began auditioning and filming under the company's arrangement, becoming the company's money-making tool."

"It's just that Tian Ai's company is harsher than other talent agencies."

"Over these years, Tian Ai has acted in more than ten TV dramas and movies, big and small, earning the company at least one or two hundred million in fees, yet what Tian Ai herself received was less than a tenth; after taxes, it was only a few million."

"Perhaps to ordinary people, a few million is already very affluent, but Tian Ai is an actress, and moreover, an actress with a certain level of fame; her remuneration, her status, and her efforts simply cannot be proportional."

"Two years ago, didn't Tian Ai explode in popularity again after starring in 'Snow'? Then, just as Tian Ai's contract was about to expire, the company exceptionally offered Tian Ai a high payment, intending to have Tian Ai renew the contract with them, but when Tian Ai refused, she was immediately frozen by the company..."

"For over a year, Tian Ai has had no roles to film, yet she is still controlled by the company every day; to force Tian Ai to renew the contract with them, Tian Ai's company not only restricted her personal freedom but also directly took control of her phone and computer; even when Tian Ai chatted with her family on WeChat, her agent would carefully review Tian Ai's chat records..."

"Although Tian Ai suffers, she also knows the bitter days are about to end; as long as she endures until the final date for renewing the contract with the company, Tian Ai can become a free agent; calculating the dates, it should be around these few days."

"Then, Qin Feng, do you know what Tian Ai's company did to Tian Ai?! They are truly shameless, truly too outrageous!..."

... Corpse.
