Chapter 82: Just a Surname

Qianshou Feijian crossed his arms, frowned, and looked at Uchiha Tanaka.

I had thought Tanaka was trying to take Lian Ye away, never expecting they'd start fighting?

He arrived late and didn't hear the two's earlier conversation.

But Feijian still firmly chose to stand on Lian Ye's side.

Not to mention anything else, this kid being able to fight his own clan head makes him happy.

That means Lian Ye is not the type of blindly loyal clan person.

The two stopped fighting when they saw Qianshou Feijian suddenly appear on the scene.

Lian Ye sheathed his sword and stood beside Feijian.

"Oh?" Qianshou Feijian raised an eyebrow and retorted, "Why is Clan Leader Tanaka still holding a sword while visiting clan members?"

Hearing this, Tanaka immediately sheathed his sword and said with a smile:

"Hokage, what are you saying? As a ninja, carrying a weapon at all times is perfectly normal,"

"Tanaka Clan leader, please refrain from disturbing Yuzhi Bo Lianye in the future," Qianshou Feijian said sternly.

"Hokage, do you know what you're saying?" Uchiha Tanaka frowned, "Yuzhi Bo Lianye is a member of my Uchiha clan; why are you forbidding me from seeing him?"

Lian Ye curled his lip disdainfully and muttered under his breath, "Idiot."

Feijian and Tanaka instinctively looked at Lian Ye.

Although they didn't understand the word's meaning, they knew it wasn't a compliment.

Tanaka's face turned ashen; if Qianshou Feijian weren't present, he would have killed that damned traitor on the spot!

Feijian, seeing Tanaka's expression off, worried the other might strike suddenly.

He instinctively stood in front of Lian Ye and said, "Uchiha Tanaka, I warn you again: stay away from Lian Ye, or bear the consequences..."

"Hokage, this is an Uchiha clan matter; you're overstepping," Uchiha Tanaka clenched his fists.

"Damn guy, how dare he threaten him!"

"I've already taken this kid under my wing," Qianshou Feijian said, looking at Lian Ye, "That was the decision of the Great Elder back then; if you have doubts, go find him."

He of course knew the Great Elder had long since passed.

He brought up the Great Elder only to shut Tanaka's mouth.

"Fine, fine!" Uchiha Tanaka sneered, "Since that's the case, from today onward, Yuzhi Bo Lianye is no longer a member of my Uchiha clan; let him take the surname Qianshou!"

Saying that, he turned and left.

Since Qianshou Feijian is present, killing Lian Ye is certainly out of the question.

They can only expel this traitor from the Uchiha for now, and settle the score later.

When he saw Qianshou Feijian's upturned mouth, his own mouth almost twisted with anger.

Yuzhi Bo Lianye was definitely brainwashed by him!

Uchiha Tanaka let out a cold snort, and without hesitation turned and left.
