Chapter 257

After Su Tian added the WeChat of Coach Zhou, who was on the 【Knight Century】 national team,

he had a brief conversation with Coach Zhou.

Coach Zhou's real name was Zhou Yefan,

and he was the head coach of the team from Great Xia Anguo participating in the 【Knight Century】 World League.

Although he was called a coach, he was actually more similar to the agents Su Tian knew in his previous life,

only he was responsible for much more than an agent.

Zhou Yefan was about the same age as Ye Yao, having also reached middle age.

It was said that when Zhou Yefan was young,

he had also represented Great Xia Anguo in the World League and had even won a championship.

This was one of the reasons why Zhou Yefan could become the current head coach.

Through his conversation with Zhou Yefan,

Su Tian also gained a better understanding of this 'special dungeon'.

The time was about one week later,

and the total number of participants, including Su Tian, was five.

All five were members of the national team's reserve squad.

Among them, Su Tian was the youngest,

while most of the other four were of senior university age or had already graduated.

Unlike some competitive games in his previous life, players in 【Knight Century】

were not necessarily stronger the younger they were,

so there were many players in their twenties in the World League.

"One more week..."

"Then I'll raise my 【Arena】 ranking first!"

Su Tian put down his phone and muttered in a low voice.

For Su Tian, the 【Arena】 was not as easy to obtain rewards from as dungeons.

For example, the Kamen Rider Faiz belt Su Tian had just obtained,

if one were someone who only played in the 【Arena】,

they would likely need to maintain their ranking for a long time, saving up points,

and only after saving to a certain extent could they redeem it.

The time cost required would increase significantly.

Since there were no good dungeons for the moment, Su Tian planned to raise his 【Arena】 ranking.

After a simple meal,

Su Tian entered 【Knight Century】 again and started competitive ranking.

Time flew, and the seven days passed very quickly.

During these seven days,

Su Tian was not in 【Knight Century】 the whole time;

he also went to Tianlu University to experience university life in reality.

Of course, Su Tian did not fall behind in the 【Arena】 either.

In these nearly seven days,

Su Tian's arena ranking reached a staggering 10,086th place!

The reason he was able to rise from 88,888th to 10,086th in seven days

was mainly because Su Tian used his points to redeem a limited-time Arena Jump Challenge card.

Arena Jump Challenge limited-time card: When matching opponents in 【Competitive Ranking】, one can randomly jump to challenge them; the jumped ranks vary; duration 7 days (remaining time: 01:00:00).

In the 【Arena】,

when matching for 【Competitive Ranking】, one does not challenge the person ranked immediately above them,

but rather it is random.

For example, when you are ranked in the hundreds of millions,

you might jump to challenge a player ranked tens or even hundreds of thousands of places higher than you.

This situation occurs such that the higher your rank, the smaller the jump range.

For instance, after Su Tian entered the top 100,000, the jump range became very small.

And this limited-time card was for increasing the jump challenge range.
