Chapter 389

This speed was actually not slow.

First, because once you reach this ranking, it is very difficult to do jump challenges.

Even with the bonus of the jump card, the best Su Tian had encountered was jumping 3 places.

"But next time, I should be able to successfully reach the top spot!"

At the ranking Su Tian was currently at,

he basically encountered relatively strong players.

Su Tian even encountered a national team player once,

but the other party had entered the national team a few years ago

and became a regular member.

The result of that arena battle between the two was naturally Su Tian's victory.

At that time,

it even shocked the upper echelons of the national team.

Although they had heard of Su Tian's strength from Zhou Yefan,

it wasn't until this moment that they understood to what extent the strength Zhou Yefan spoke of had reached.

After that arena battle,

the people in the national team attached even more importance to Su Tian,

asking Su Tian one after another if he had any external requirements.

Of course, there were also those who gave Su Tian some quotas to enter dungeons.

These dungeons were also dungeons that hadn't been cleared yet.

As long as he cleared them, Su Tian would receive rewards.

Su Tian looked at them at the time, and after a little thought,

he still decided to challenge the arena ranking.

After all, there was no shortage of dungeons in the world tournament!

And the quality of the dungeons in the world tournament would be higher.

After all, that was held by all countries in the world working together.

Challenging the arena ranking for Su Tian

was mainly because he wanted his ranking to look better.

Just like the games in his previous life, the number one on the national server always attracts others' attention.

"There is still 1 hour left, and the world tournament is about to begin!"

Su Tian checked the time.

It was 11 o'clock in the morning.

The 【Knight Century】 world tournament would officially begin at 12 o'clock today,

and the players had to enter 【Knight Century】 in advance.

Entering the nutrient pod, Su Tian muttered in his heart:

"【Knight Century】, start!"

A flash of light passed,

and Su Tian entered the retention space again.

He didn't have to wait long,

and the prompt tone of the 【Knight Century】 optical brain rang at this moment:

【Player Zhou Yefan invites you to join the 'World Tournament Temporary Space', do you accept?】

World Tournament Temporary Space!

Su Tian had heard Zhou Yefan talk about this.

All players participating in the world tournament had to first enter a place called the 'World Tournament Temporary Space'.

This space was actually similar to each player's retention space,

and it was also a space for players to stay.

The only difference was that the dungeons entered from this space

could be broadcast live in real-time.

(Rest assured, I definitely won't write about bullet comments, and I won't pad the word count.

Basically, I won't write about the live broadcast room; it will still be dungeon-focused as before.

)

After all, it was a world tournament; it couldn't be obscure like before.

Everyone on Blue Star was very concerned about the world tournament,

and people from every country hoped that their country's players would win the championship.

Even at five in the morning, they would stay up late to watch the live broadcast.

Of course, these changes didn't mean anything to Su Tian.

Just like before, he would enter the dungeon.

If one had to say what was different,

it was that the players entering together might be a bit stronger than before.

"Accept!"

After pressing the accept button,

Su Tian only felt the scene around him change.

The original white retention space turned blue.

The surroundings were very similar to the retention space, just with a different color.

【Welcome player Su Tian to the 'World Tournament Temporary Space'.】

【The current area is the Great Xia Anguo area.】

【Warm reminder: When matching dungeon players, it will try to avoid players from the same area!】

After Su Tian arrived at the World Tournament Temporary Space,

the prompt tone of the 【Knight Century】 optical brain rang in Su Tian's ears.

Zhou Yefan had also told Su Tian about this warm reminder.

There were many players participating in the world tournament; after all, there were so many countries on Blue Star.

So in the early stages, players from the same area, that is, the same country, would basically not meet.

Only in the later stages

would the possibility of civil war arise.

Then, Su Tian waited for a while,

familiarizing himself with some functions of the World Tournament Temporary Space while waiting.

Compared to the retention space,

this World Tournament Temporary Space also had an extra panel:

the Player Panel!

On it were dense basic information of every player.

Players could see the names of players who had not been eliminated yet on this panel,

and could also view specific player information.

About 10 minutes before the world tournament started,

the 【Knight Century】 optical brain sound rang in Su Tian's ears again:

【Ding, starting to match dungeons and corresponding players for player Su Tian...】

【Matching successful!】

【Players will have 10 minutes to view dungeon information, and will enter the dungeon after 10 minutes!】

【Dungeon Name (Special Dungeon): The Weeping Black Angel, The Laughing White Devil!】

【Dungeon Background Basic Introduction:

"1000 years ago, on this land where humans lived, a species of life with a cruel nature suddenly appeared."

"These creatures were initially called 'Unidentified Species', but as time passed, people found their name: Gurongi!"
