Chapter 491: Civilian Combo, Ultimate Control

The prompt sound from the game space fell.

Gu Xuan quickly squinted his eyes.

A flash of white light swept before his eyes.

Amidst a sensation of the world spinning,

Gu Xuan had already moved from the game space to the ranked match's general selection area.

He greeted the teammate beside him,

then,

his gaze turned to the general selection box before him.

【Jie Lu Bu, Zhang Song, Sima Yi, Jie Zhang Jiao, Zhen Ji, Nan Hua Lao Xian, Cao Ang, Jie Da Qiao, Zhang Chunhua, Jie Liu Shan】,

Gu Xuan glanced at the general box.

He didn't know why,

but in ranked mode, the generals the game space gave him each time

were never very good.

Clearly, if only Wen Yang or Shen Sun Ben appeared,

they could have crushed the opposition,

but they simply weren't there.

Still, these ten generals weren't bad,

at least not like that time with Wang Can, where they were all Standard generals.

Gu Xuan glanced at his teammate,

and found the latter was also looking at him,

even asking for his opinion:

"Brother, how about we play Jie Zhang Jiao and Sima Yi?"

"Or you take Zhen Ji, and I'll take Jie Zhang Jiao, that works too."

"Otherwise, Jie Lu Bu and Zhang Song?"

"What kind of combination do you want to play?"

Gu Xuan listened,

and made an assessment.

The combinations his teammate mentioned were all playable,

considered to have some strength,

but they weren't stable.

He glanced at the positions again.

He was in position one,

and his teammate in position four.

These positions are forward... if playing Nan Hua Lao Xian,

it would be quite good.

Previously in Three Kingdoms Kill, Nan Hua Lao Xian was removed from ranked play

because this guy was too disruptive to game balance, although Gu Xuan didn't think this game had any balance to begin with.

Now, the game space had no concept of removing generals from the mode.

Therefore,

he could naturally choose Nan Hua Lao Xian,

letting the opposition feel ultimate control!

Thinking this,

Gu Xuan said to his teammate:

"I'll play Nan Hua Lao Xian; this general has quite strong control."

"You find a Blade general to play, or take Jie Zhang Jiao to change judgments; coordinating well would be great."

Pan Wei glanced at Gu Xuan,

with a hint of doubt in his eyes.

This general, Nan Hua Lao Xian...

he had never even heard of him,

he had absolutely no idea about his strength.
