Chapter 550

Having roughly learned Gu Xuan's skill,

the Jie Zhang Fei player couldn't spare time to be happy,

and hurriedly waved at Huang Yueying, pointing at the Conversion Skill,

signaling her to use it.

"Watson, I've found the blind spot!!"

Unfortunately,

the card-playing progress bar for Huang Yueying on the other side had already reached the end,

arriving at the final discard phase.

She discarded three hand cards,

ending her turn.

Seeing this, the Jie Zhang Fei player slapped his thigh,

silently lamenting the missed opportunity.

However,

he immediately pulled himself together,

since the landlord's skill mechanics had now been discovered,

he was no longer afraid!

Although playing a card against the landlord

still meant discarding one card per turn, which was quite a loss,

compared to the situation where no one could be targeted,

it was already considered good.

By the next round,

when it was his turn to play,

using the Conversion Skill once,

the Huang Yueying player should surely realize it very quickly!

But,

the Jie Zhang Fei player was still not at ease,

so he reached out and waved at the Huang Yueying player,

and after the latter looked over,

he pointed vigorously at the Conversion Skill again.

Watching the Jie Zhang Fei player's gestures,

she, who was not stupid,

quickly realized what the Jie Zhang Fei meant.

"Is it because of the Conversion Skill?"

The Huang Yueying player's eyes lit up.

At the start of her turn,

she had also noticed the Conversion Skill named 【Hand Talk】,

but,

since the effect of the 【Hand Talk】 skill was to discard cards,

she had never used it,

and as a result, she never expected

that the crucial point was actually here!

"This is forcing us to discard one card per turn for sure!"

The Huang Yueying player let out a bitter smile.

She had originally thought that only a fool would voluntarily use this Conversion Skill,

but very soon,

she was about to become the fool she had just spoken of!

…………

The viewers in the live stream

also witnessed the scene of communication between Jie Zhang Fei and Huang Yueying,

and immediately understood everything.

"So that's how it works. I was just wondering earlier; the Conversion Skill requires active use,

but who would just discard a card for no reason! It turns out it's a disguised forced discard."

"Right, if you don't discard a card, you can't play cards on others; isn't that a mandatory skill?"

"This kind of skill is very damaging for a card-drawing white! Normally you only draw two cards per round, but now you have to discard one, and it seems there's even a color restriction? That makes it even more unbearable."

"I want to know, does this general Lu Yi have a limit on the number of people he can grant Conversion Skills to? If there isn't...

then in the Eight-Man Army mode, wouldn't it be utterly disgusting?"

"This kind of general easily draws hatred, right? If I couldn't play cards on anyone for a long time, I'd kill him first no matter what!"

"But Lu Yi draws quite a lot of cards per turn, so it's not easy to kill him!"

"It's too gloomy, truly too gloomy; this kind of general has exceeded my understanding."

"Give it a rest, haven't every single one of the big shots' generals exceeded your understanding?"

…………

Gu Xuan saw that Jie Zhang Fei and Huang Yueying had already reacted,

and couldn't help clicking his tongue in wonder,

"Quite clever, to grasp the key of it in just one round."

One must know,

Jie Zhang Fei and Huang Yueying only had the skill 【Shou Tan】 on them,

so they could only know that this skill was a card-discarding skill,

and that the skill restricting card use between players in the same conversion skill state was another 【Yao Yi】,

the fact that the Jie Zhang Fei player could react so quickly

meant there was indeed some cleverness in him,

but unfortunately…

the first round had already passed,

and now even if he reacted,

it was already too late.

The corner of Gu Xuan's mouth lifted slightly,

preparation phase,

the skill 【Fu Xue】 activated!

"Within books lie wind and moon, why rush east and west?"

The book in Lu Yi's hand slowly unfolded,

streams of characters flew out,

circling above the discard pile,

and then,

all the cards in the discard pile

were displayed before Gu Xuan!

In the first round he had dismantled a Snatch from Huang Yueying,

and later Huang Yueying herself had discarded Arrow Barrage and Barbarian Invasion,

so now in the discard pile, most of them were tricks,

Gu Xuan could choose four cards from these discards!

Gu Xuan looked at the discard pile,

and couldn't help sighing: "The cards in Huang Yueying's hand are all good ones!"
