Chapter 112: This mission is getting more and more criminal!

Chu Chen did not expect that a new quest would come so quickly.

He had only just landed in Angola when the notification sound rang out!

Hearing the sound, he hurriedly tapped open the system to take a look:

【Quest Name】: Ice Solidification!

【Quest Time Limit】: 15 days!

【Quest Type】: Main Quest!

4. Within the quest time limit, harvest at least 40 million Shock Value!

【Quest Reward】: Unknown!

【Failure Penalty】: Shock Value reset to zero!

Damn it.

This system quest is getting more and more criminal!

It's even set its sights on a banknote printing plant!

The Euro banknote printing plant mentioned in the quest.

Chu Chen had seen it on the news before!

It is not only the exclusive mint designated by the European Central Bank!

It is also the largest banknote printing plant for the entire European Central Bank!

Every day, Euros worth hundreds of millions are produced here!

Some of this money is immediately released into the market for circulation, but most of it is transported to the Central Bank's vaults for safekeeping.

Since the establishment of the European Central Bank, many important banknote printing tasks have been completed here!

Due to these unique historical conditions, Italy's printing industry has naturally flourished!

As of now, eighty percent of all printing in Europe flows to the market from here, and many of the links in the process have even formed a very complete industrial chain.

At least half of the underground gangs in Rome make their living off this business.

But even so, no criminal group has ever dared to target this banknote printing plant!

Because if you get caught making counterfeit money, the most you get is a few years in prison; there is no danger to your life.

But if you touch the real banknotes in the printing plant, it is basically equivalent to declaring war on the entire European Union...

Once it reaches that point, what you have to face is not just the Italian police, but the armies of every member state...

Under normal circumstances, the banknote printing plants of the vast majority of countries are strictly kept secret from the outside world.

For some printing plants, even their specific locations are unknown to the public.

The security and secrecy work is done exceptionally well.

But here, this situation is an exception.

Due to absolute confidence in their security work, the authorities have not only made the relevant information about the printing plant completely public, but have even specially set up an exhibition hall inside the plant for tourists to visit the banknote printing process!

Yet even so, in these thirty-plus years, no one has ever come to cause trouble for it.

Around this printing plant, elite troops from the SIG Special Action Service are stationed and patrolling every day.

The security level is quite high.

As long as anyone dares to cross the line even half a step, the entire country will immediately enter a state of combat readiness!

Unless one truly does not want to live, no one would ever target it!

It is truly unimaginable how much of a stir it would cause if one were to complete a robbery here single-handedly!

By then, all of Europe, and perhaps even the entire world, might fall into endless madness because of it!

Thinking of this, Chu Chen suppressed the excitement in his heart and directly swiped a pair of beach shorts from a customer at a beachside diving shop, putting them on himself.

Then he rode away on the motorcycle the owner had parked at the entrance, leaving without a backward glance.

"Hey! @#￥%￥! @#￥%!"

Hearing the black owner cursing him wildly from behind, Chu Chen shouted loudly without turning his head: "Someone will compensate you for a new bike!"

"%……%￥￥!"

When Chu Chen rode the motorcycle all the way into the center of Luanda, Zhou Yun and the Pursuit Team's search at sea had still not stopped!

It was not until Zhuang Yan woke up from the hospital and told him the whole story that he realized he had been tricked by that guy again!

"What? You're saying the person who spoke to me wasn't you, but that kid?"

Zhuang Yan nodded: "That's right..."

"How is this possible?" Zhou Yun asked with extreme astonishment, his tone suggesting he couldn't believe the reality of the matter at all: "How did he do it?"

Zhuang Yan: "I don't know either... Where are you all now?"

Zhou Yun: "We are currently following the route you just provided us, continuing the search."

Zhuang Yan: "It's already been an hour; I'd guess there isn't much hope left."

Zhou Yun: "Think carefully again, at the time, were there any other details you didn't notice?"

Zhuang Yan sighed and said: "I had already passed out before he left, so I really have no memory of what happened afterward..."

"Alright, you get some good rest first, we'll handle the rest!"

The moment the phone was hung up.

Zhou Yun's heart sank completely to the bottom.

If nothing unexpected happened, this capture operation would likely be declared over with the total defeat of the Pursuit Team again...

If Zhuang Yan hadn't told him personally, he still wouldn't dare to believe that the person he had just spoken to on the phone was actually Chu Chen?

Recalling the scenes of his conversation with Chu Chen just now, Zhou Yun couldn't help but let out a long sigh.

The expression on his face was very intriguing!

After pondering for a moment, he slowly took out his phone, called the Expert Command Center far away in Yanjing, and reported the news of Chu Chen's escape to Liu Xuemin in full detail!

Inside the General Command Room!

Upon receiving the news, the several experts were all shocked by this move of Chu Chen's!

Just a moment ago, because the surveillance authorization had failed, they were unaware of what had happened at sea.

By the time Lin Xu regained authorization, Chu Chen had already left the territorial waters of Congo; if they wanted to continue the search, they would have to apply for satellite investigation permissions from several surrounding countries, but that would make things complicated.

Just when they were at their wits' end, Zhou Yun's call came in.

It was precisely through this phone call that they clearly understood the ins and outs of this matter!

At this moment, the conference room was very quiet.

Everyone had their own thoughts.

Suddenly, Wang Ruomei spoke up and asked:

"How is Zhuang Yan now?"

Liu Xuemin was taken aback by her question, and after coming back to his senses, he said in a hoarse voice: "Nothing serious, just a dislocation; she should be fine after resting for a few days..."

Hearing this, Wang Ruomei nodded.

Just then, Zhu Guowei suddenly interjected: "I really didn't expect that this kid would have so many skills..."

"Indeed, he is not easy to deal with..." Liu Xuemin nodded, his tone filled with helplessness.

"Then what should we do next?" Lin Xu asked.

After he finished speaking, Chen Zijin slowly opened his mouth:

"Once the investigation permission is approved, let's first follow the lead provided by the Pursuit Team and investigate further to see where he fled; the direction of his flight is very likely the destination of his next mission..."
