Chapter 116: This isn't just a crime anymore, you're starting a war!

"Bang!"

The moment the door opened in response to the sound.

Chu Chen, who had been lurking on the roof of the vehicle, seized the opportunity, pulled two smoke grenades from his chest, and threw them into the carriage!

"He's on the roof! Watch for cover!"

In the chaos, the hook-nosed officer shouted, then immediately jumped off the vehicle and fired a burst toward the roof!

"Rat-tat-tat!"

But right now, because the smoke was spreading so quickly, it directly resulted in him being unable to predict the target's exact position at all.

He could only provide a wave of suppressive fire first and worry about the rest later.

Taking advantage of this time, the remaining special police immediately began to act, surrounding the entire transport vehicle on the spot!

After securing the situation, the hook-nosed officer hurriedly went into the cab to check the breathing of his two companions, only then realizing that there might be something wrong with the smoke grenades!

Thinking this, he shouted again:

"Watch out for the smoke..."

Before he could finish his sentence, a dark shadow suddenly ambushed him from behind, directly using a Heilong Claw to grab his neck, knocking him unconscious, and then flashing behind the front of the vehicle!

Chu Chen's strike was extremely clean; without a single wasted movement, he had silently taken down the captain!

But these men were, after all, well-trained special police, and soon someone discovered the anomaly:

"Captain!"

Seeing the hook-nosed man fall, a special police officer nearby reacted immediately, raised his muzzle, and began to pace forward while constantly watching for any movement of the Wind.

Seeing this, several companions who had been following behind him all gathered around.

The lead special police officer made a defensive gesture at them, and then continued to walk slowly toward the front of the vehicle!

At this time, the smoke had not dissipated; on the contrary, it was becoming thicker and thicker!

Because these special police officers were all wearing masks, they did not collapse immediately after inhaling the smoke.

However, since they were not carrying specially made gas masks, this situation did not last long.

After only three to five seconds, some of the special police who had inhaled the smoke began to feel dizzy, and then collapsed one after another!

Seeing this scene, Chu Chen slowly walked out from the front of the vehicle and then began to clean up the battlefield.

The weapons and equipment of the special police would be of great use later.

Chu Chen picked out a few items he could use, and as for the rest, he left them all exactly where they were.

After cleaning up the battlefield, he pulled open the door of the cab.

He dragged the middle-aged transport guard who had fallen inside to the outside, and then decisively put the uniform from the man's body onto his own.

After finishing this, Chu Chen slowly unzipped the front of his close-fitting windbreaker, took out a human-skin mask he had prepared beforehand, put it on his face, and disguised himself as the middle-aged man.

Seeing this, the audience in the live broadcast room instantly understood one thing!

This operation to rob the cash transport vehicle was also likely meticulously designed!

【Holy crap, God Chu came prepared this time too!】

【I think Brother Chen must be holding back some big move!】

【So looking forward to it!】

【What big move?】

【I don't know, but it definitely isn't as simple as just robbing a cash transport vehicle!】

While the audience was discussing it, Chu Chen had already finished his disguise.

Because he had taken an inhibitor in advance, he was immune to the neurotoxins in the smoke, and even taking off his helmet had no effect.

After getting this done, he immediately dragged the bearded man into the passenger seat.

Then, he took an iPhone out of his chest and pointed the camera at him.

After starting the recording, Chu Chen took a small bottle out of his pocket, poured a white pill into his palm, and finally forced it into the bearded man's mouth.

Confirming that he had completely swallowed the pill, Chu Chen took a piece of rope from under the seat and tied his hands and feet.

Only after confirming that he would not pose a threat to his Driving after waking up did he step on the gas and leave the crime scene.

Watching Chu Chen's retreating back as he sped away, the late-arriving Logistics Team also began a new round of cleaning up the mess...

In the endless desert, the sun was still scorching.

At the same time!

Huaxia, Yanjing, TV station!

Inside the Command Room of the Expert Group!

During this period, because the Program Team asked them to help solve the problem of live broadcast duration.

Except for Lin Xu, all the experts had shifted their focus of investigation to the other contestants!

Through their efforts, they had eliminated more than a dozen contestants in the past few days.

This efficiency could be said to be quite high.

When facing these contestants, the strength they displayed was a complete crushing victory!

And it was an all-around crushing victory!

As long as a target was discovered, they could basically be caught and put into the Little Black Room.

Those who hadn't been caught yet either hadn't shown their faces at all, or were relying entirely on luck to avoid capture; they were simply no match for the pursuit team!

From this point, it could be seen that the reason they hadn't caught Chu Chen was not because of their own strength, but because the opponent was simply too strong!

Right now, so many days had passed, and Lin Xu still hadn't gained anything.

But he hadn't been idle for a single moment, constantly and meticulously investigating the sea area where Chu Chen had last disappeared!

Just then, the broadcast inside the Command Room suddenly sounded:

"Attention all experts, No. 99 Contestant has begun his crime, please prepare!"

At the sudden prompt, all the experts couldn't help but be stunned!

Because they were all too familiar with this number!

"Has it started already?"

Wang Ruomei glanced at Liu Xuemin beside her and asked softly in confusion.

Liu Xuemin let out a long sigh and said nothing, but his expression was extremely complex.

Just then, Zhu Guowei chimed in: "This guy's movements are getting faster and faster."

Chen Zijin nodded: "He has no intention of letting us catch our breath at all..."

"How is the work going over at the Screening Team? Any progress?" Liu Xuemin asked suddenly.

"It's okay, it has already reached North America..."

The next second, while the two were chatting, Lin Xu, who had been silent, suddenly spoke up: "Found him!"

Hearing this, the four experts hurried over and leaned in to look at the satellite surveillance footage on the computer screen!

As it turned out, Chu Chen's final landing spot was in Angola.

After coming ashore, he immediately stole a motorcycle parked in front of a diving shop, then went all the way to Luanda International Airport!

Seeing this, Liu Xuemin immediately widened his eyes and said to Lin Xu:

"Contact Team Captain and the others immediately, tell them to set off for Luanda at once to find clues about the target leaving the country!"

"Understood, I'll contact them right away!"

Upon receiving the news from the Expert Group, the six team captains of the Pursuit Team set off immediately, left Congo that same day, and boarded a plane to Luanda!

Several hours later.

When the Pursuit Team's plane landed at Luanda International Airport, Chu Chen had already driven that transport vehicle, left Milan, and arrived within the territory of Roma!

"Cough, cough, cough—!"

After a fit of violent coughing, the bearded man sitting in the passenger seat finally woke up.

The next second, his paralyzed memory quickly recovered, and at the same time, he discovered the abnormality in his hands and feet.

He tried to break free, but failed after trying several times.

"Ricky? Ricky! What are you doing? Help me untie this!"

Seeing him so agitated, Chu Chen gave him a very strange smile and said in his own voice: "Don't be agitated, buddy."

"Ricky..."

Seeing that this former companion was acting somewhat inexplicably, the bearded man couldn't help but frown.

"Hmm?" Chu Chen replied.

"No, you're not Ricky! This isn't his voice!"

"Then who am I?" Chu Chen continued to ask with great interest.

The bearded man was completely bewildered.

After a while, he raised his voice to warn:

"I don't know, but your voice sounds so familiar..."

As he spoke, he searched his memory for Chu Chen's voice.

Suddenly, a terrifying thought instantly occupied his brain!

"You... you you... you... you wouldn't be that one from 'Simulated Crime'... That's right, it must be you!"

Seeing that he had recognized him, Chu Chen feigned surprise and asked: "You've heard of my story?"

"I... I I I... have watched your show... I... I am your fan..."

After realizing the severity and complexity of the situation, the bearded man couldn't even speak properly; he was both excited and terrified!

What was exciting was that he had finally met his idol.

What was terrifying was that he had actually set his sights on this cash-in-transit vehicle!

"Buddy, listen to me! This isn't child's play, do you know what you're doing?"

Hearing this, Chu Chen shook his head and asked: "I don't know, you tell me?"

The bearded man swallowed hard, his voice trembling as he said:

"This is a transport vehicle for the Central Bank Yinchaochang! Unless you don't want to live, I advise you not to mess with it! This isn't just robbery anymore, you are starting a war, do you know that?!"

The conversation between the two was heard clearly by the viewers in the live stream!

The next second, the long-absent barrage exploded once again:

【So this isn't a cash-in-transit vehicle...】

【Holy crap!】

【Holy crap, is God Chu going to rob the Yinchaochang!??】

【I knew it, this matter definitely wouldn't be that simple!】

【Brother Chen has cooked up something big again!】

【Damn, even daring to rob the Yinchaochang... you really are something!】
