Chapter 135: Ice Solidification, Initiate!

The Dolomite Mountains are actually the Southern Alps.

But the people of Italy prefer to call them the Dolomite Mountains.

On Earth in the previous life, the Dolomite Mountains were the best ski resort in the whole world, bar none!

Almost every ski season, countless skiing masters would come to the Dolomite Mountains by reputation to challenge the Schilthorn!

And at this current point in time, it happens to be the best time of the year for skiing in the Dolomite Mountains!

After a whole winter of accumulation and settling.

At this moment, the quality of the snow throughout the Dolomite Mountains has reached its peak!

It fits Chu Chen's requirements perfectly!

In the previous life, the location for the Ice Solidification challenge by the main cast in the movie Point Break was also on the Schilthorn in the Dolomite Mountains.

The reason the system chose this place for the mission should also be based on this point.

However, the Dolomite Mountains of this life are long past the way they looked in the previous life!

Due to the beautiful scenery, the local relevant departments have only planned this place as a sightseeing spot, and that is all.

Anything related to skiing no longer exists.

This is actually fine.

With no one to disturb, he can complete the challenge better!

After arriving at the destination, Chu Chen directly handed a hundred-dollar bill he had previously snatched from the Yinchaochang to the driver:

"Keep the change."

"Oh, thank you."

"You're welcome."

After getting out of the car, Chu Chen directly shouldered his Mountaineering backpack and walked into the scenic area through the tourist-only passage.

There is a sightseeing cable car inside the scenic area.

As long as you spend 10 Euros, you can go straight to the top of the mountain, which is both time-saving and effortless!

Sitting on the cable car, the panoramic view of the entire Dolomite Mountains immediately came into Chu Chen's sight.

Seeing this scene before him, he couldn't help but sigh in his heart:

"It truly is the skiing mecca of my previous life; even without any human intervention, it can nurture such rugged natural ski runs. It's truly beautiful..."

Such a high-quality ski resort, any skiing enthusiast would likely be unable to help but praise it upon seeing it.

At this moment, in the live broadcast room.

Seeing Chu Chen board the cable car, a big question mark appeared in the minds of many viewers!

【What is God Chu going to do?】

【What place is this?】

【I know, this is the Dolomite Mountains in Italy, also called the Southern Alps!】

【The Southern Alps?】

【Good heavens, the main event begins! Estimating high-energy content ahead!】

【The Alps? Which challenge is he going to perform?】

【Don't understand, completely don't understand!】

Meanwhile!

Time returns to the present!

After sending the little girl to the hospital, Zhou Yun and the other three team leaders didn't even think about it and drove straight toward the Dolomite Mountains!

On the road.

Zhou Yun made a video call to the Expert Group far away in Huaxia and reported the situation here to the experts!

When hearing that Chu Chen was currently on the Dolomite Mountains preparing to start the next challenge, Chen Zijin suddenly spoke up:

"What did you say? The Dolomite Mountains?"

"That's right! The Dolomite Mountains, Schilthorn!"

After receiving Zhou Yun's affirmative answer, Chen Zijin said again: "It's Ice Solidification. If I haven't guessed wrong, the challenge he is going to perform this time should be Ice Solidification!"

"Ice Solidification? What kind of challenge is that?" Zhou Yun exchanged a glance with Chen Xiong, who was driving, and then asked.

"Not clear yet, but judging by the literal meaning, it should be an extreme sport that pays tribute to ice and snow, or is related to ice and snow..."

"A challenge that pays tribute to ice and snow?"

"Hmm..."

Chen Zijin's words led the four team leaders straight into a dead end.

Because the development of extreme sports in this world is very backward.

The vast majority of people know very little about the sport of skiing!

Based solely on the literal meaning of Ice Solidification, they had no way to imagine what kind of challenge this was at all; they didn't have the slightest clue.

In this way, formulating an arrest plan was even more out of the question.

Regarding this problem, the Expert Group didn't have any better solution for the moment.

Right now, time is tight; every minute delayed could allow this guy to escape again!

Thinking of this, Liu Xuemin, who had been silent, suddenly spoke slowly:

"Since this kid dares to provoke us and expose his own tracks, it proves that he has already chosen a retreat for himself."

"Under these circumstances, no matter what we do or what plans we formulate, our position will be very passive. Right now, we can only play along with their scheme and let the other side make the first move."

"In that case, you all go over first to see what the situation is. It won't be too late to formulate subsequent capture plans after we have figured out the ins and outs of the matter!"

Hearing this, Zhou Yun nodded: "That's the only way. Once there is news, we will contact each other again."

"Alright, no problem!"

After ending the call with the Expert Group, Zhou Yun notified the Italian Police Headquarters of this news, asking them to dispatch a helicopter and a Special Weapons and Tactics Team to provide some necessary support for this capture operation.

Upon receiving this news, Joanna agreed to their request without a second word and promised to personally lead the team to the Dolomite Mountains!

In an instant, two groups in total set off on their journey to the Dolomite Mountains with great momentum!

……

……

……

At the same time!

Just as all the members of the Pursuit Team were heading toward the Dolomite Mountains, Chu Chen had already changed into the appropriate Skiing equipment and was standing at the summit, waiting for the arrival of the Pursuit Team!

In the footage, the strange attire on Chu Chen's body sparked heated discussion among many viewers!

Especially the two pure black long boards he was stepping on.

Many people expressed that they simply could not understand what these were!

The next second!

Just as everyone was discussing it, the helicopter of the Pursuit Team finally approached from the distance!

Seeing this scene, Chu Chen slightly raised the corners of his mouth, revealing a smile that was difficult to detect.

Then he decisively put on his helmet, followed by a natural push with his ski poles in both hands, and slid down from the summit!

"Whoosh!"

The moment he slid down, the exclusive Child of Darkness BGM rang out once again!

"Dun Dun Dun—!"

At the same time, inside the live stream!

Accompanied by the stirring BGM, this novel way of moving directly gave many viewers a huge fright!

For a time, the barrage was filled with cries of shock and various exclamations, one after another!

【Holy crap!】

【Damn, is this the legendary Ice Solidification?】

【No way, just like that... just charging straight down like that?!】

【Good heavens, God Chu, you really know how to play!!!】

【What is this sport called? Snow rowing?】

【What the hell, snow rowing!】

【Rowing? Shouldn't this be called Skiing?】

【Too awesome, holy crap! Mom is asking me why I'm kneeling to watch the live stream!】
