Chapter 139: The Instigator!

At this moment, inside the live stream!

Because the incident happened suddenly, and on top of that the Sky Eye camera had completely lost Chu Chen's image, all the viewers couldn't help but have their hearts in their throats, waiting for Chu Chen to appear!

【Too terrifying!】

【My palms are full of sweat!】

【Good grief, playing the disappearing act on me again, huh?!】

【Too scary!】

"Boom—!"

The next second.

Amidst the clamor of voices, tens of thousands of tons of accumulated snow rushed directly to the foot of the mountain like a sudden flash flood, emitting a deafening sound!

The massive sound instantly caused the birds and beasts in the jungle to flee in all directions!

"The scene is too chaotic! I can't find him at all! Forget about him for now, where are you and Captain Chen right now?"

"We are driving south along the foothills!"

Hearing Zhuang Yan say this, Zhou Yun picked up the binoculars again to observe the movement of the snow: "Don't look back, floor the accelerator!"

As he finished speaking, he raised his voice again to communicate with the pilot: "At the nine o'clock direction, there are our people who need support, please head there immediately!"

"Received!"

Upon receiving the order, the pilot immediately turned around and flew toward the direction of Chen Xiong and Zhuang Yan!

Catching his breath, Zhou Yun said to Joanna again:

"Our two captains and the team members might be in danger to their Life, I need you to immediately notify the relevant departments to organize a rescue! Please!"

"No problem, leave this to me!"

After saying this, Joanna immediately reported this matter to the Crisis Management Team, having them quickly notify the relevant departments to arrive at the scene of the incident to save people and provide emergency relief!

"Boom—!"

At this moment, on Chen Xiong and Zhuang Yan's side.

As time passed, tens of thousands of tons of accumulated snow were getting closer and closer to the two of them!

But right now, the car's horsepower had already reached its maximum torque output and could not accelerate!

"Faster!"

Chen Xiong reminded Zhuang Yan while anxiously looking back and forth.

"I can't go any faster!"

Just as she was saying this, a string of flames suddenly shot up from the hood in front of the car!

It really was a case of fearing something and having it happen!

During this time, because Zhuang Yan had been stepping on the accelerator for dear life, it directly caused the engine spark plugs to expand and get stuck in the cylinders, which then led to spontaneous combustion!

Engine spontaneous combustion is a very dangerous signal.

If the fire is not extinguished in time, the entire car could explode at any moment!

Realizing things were bad, Zhuang Yan frowned and immediately raised her voice:

"Hold on tight!"

The next second!

Before Chen Xiong could even react, she jerked the steering wheel to the left, drove the car off the mountain road, and plunged straight into the jungle nearby!

"Bang!"

It was fortunate that it was an off-road vehicle.

If it had been any other car, after taking a hit like that, the chassis might have already fallen apart!

The trees in the jungle were not very dense.

But there was also no room to maneuver.

The road here was not easy to travel on to begin with.

In order to avoid these trees, Zhuang Yan was forced to slow down, but doing so gave the avalanche an opportunity.

It didn't take long.

It caught up to them again.

"Boom—!"

However, this situation did not last long.

One minute later!

Due to the buffering of the trees, the flow speed of the snow slowed down visibly to the naked eye, and before long, it came to a complete stop!

But even so, the two's car was still unable to escape its fate in the end!

Only half of the front of the car was exposed.

The rest of the car body was completely buried under the snow.

In the end, thanks to Zhou Yun and the others and the rescue personnel arriving in time, they were able to help Chen Xiong and Zhuang Yan successfully escape danger.

They had just gotten out of the car when the entire vehicle exploded.

It was all within the span of a minute!

If the rescue had arrived even a little later, it might have been a different outcome.

A close call, and this spectacular avalanche escape drama comes to an end here.

Seeing that the two were fine, the viewers in the live stream could finally breathe a sigh of relief!

【So dangerous!】

【Ah, it was just by a hair!】

【Yanyan is really so calm! Otherwise, it would have been game over!】

【Wife, come home with me, this job is too dangerous!】

【Where is God Chu? God Chu won't be in trouble, right?】

【God Chu: You guys still remember me?】

【Rest assured, God Chu will definitely be fine!】

【I still haven't figured out until now why an avalanche happened so suddenly!】

【I haven't figured it out either, let me know if you do!】

【Thanks to this accident, otherwise Chu Chen would have been captured!】

……

At the same time!

Inside the Command Room of the Expert Group!

The scene that occurred at the arrest site was seen by all five experts!

At first, they were just like the audience, thinking this avalanche was an accident.

But at this very moment, a sentence from Liu Xuemin changed their perspective!

"This is not an accident at all..."

As he finished speaking, all the experts looked at him.

"What do you mean?" Zhu Guowei asked.

Glancing at Zhu Guowei, Liu Xuemin let out a long breath, then continued meaningfully: "The culprit behind this accident is none other than Chu Chen..."

"Chu Chen?"

Hearing this, the other experts were all stunned, completely bewildered.

Seeing this, Liu Xuemin continued: "That's right. If I'm not mistaken, this avalanche was likely caused by him single-handedly!"

Caused by him single-handedly?

This statement from Liu Xuemin shocked the four of them once again!

【Holy crap, what's going on?】

【Good heavens, he can even create an avalanche? No way!】

【I don't believe such an awesome person exists in this world!】

【How is that possible? This is clearly an accident, okay!】

【Yeah, something like an avalanche is purely an accident, right? How can it be manufactured?】

Inside the live broadcast room, there was much discussion.

Just at this moment, Liu Xuemin continued:

"I just carefully reviewed the relevant data on the Dolomite Mountains. This mountain has a very rich amount of snow accumulation, and the current season happens to be the time when its snow accumulation is at its peak. These conditions provided the possibility for this avalanche to occur."

"In other words, this mountain was already at the critical point for an avalanche to occur. It only needed a trigger to set it off, and I believe Chu Chen must have anticipated this long ago."

"The reason he dared to announce his challenge location to the Pursuit Team with such fanfare was to use this avalanche to pave an excellent escape route for himself..."

After Liu Xuemin finished speaking, Lin Xu, who was on the side, immediately raised the key question: "But the problem is, a natural phenomenon like an avalanche cannot be controlled, right?"

This question from Lin Xu voiced the thoughts of many people.

Hearing this, Liu Xuemin smiled and replied: "You're wrong, it can be controlled. The key to this problem lies in the snowboard he is stepping on. The sound produced by the snowboard sliding on the snow and the curve of the snowboard itself are changing the state of the snow at every moment, and eventually, quantitative change leads to qualitative change..."
