Chapter 56: Chu Chen's Declaration: The Crimes Will Continue!

At the foot of the snow mountain!

The moment Chu Chen successfully reached the summit, the entire Pursuit Team immediately sprang into action under the leadership of Zhou Yun!

Putting down his binoculars, he immediately picked up his walkie-talkie and said:

"All units pay attention, all units pay attention! The target has completed the summit climb and is expected to take his next step soon. Keep your eyes peeled for me. Once you spot any sign of him descending, you must report it immediately!"

The order was received.

All the pursuit personnel who had been lying in ambush at the foot of the mountain immediately perked up and entered a state of readiness!

After the order was issued.

Zhou Yun and Chen Xiong were not idle either; they borrowed more manpower from the Armed Police and the Stationed Troops, divided everyone into eight groups, and with him leading the way, they kept driving military trucks to patrol the perimeter of the encirclement at the foot of the mountain!

At this moment, thanks to his deployment, at least ten thousand people were participating in the operation to capture Chu Chen at the foot of Mount Everest, and the scene was truly spectacular!

【There are so many people here!】

【They mobilized so many people just to catch Brother Chen alone!?】

【This scene is really massive!】

【If it were me, I definitely wouldn't be able to escape this time!】

【God Chu, don't come down! Below is full of handsome men! No, wait, below is full of their people! Sorry, my hand slipped and I typed it wrong!】

【Your input method is truly amazing, buddy!】

【Haha!】

At this moment, in a military truck.

Chen Xiong, sitting in the passenger seat, frowned and said to Zhou Yun: "Team Captain, I always feel like something is wrong..."

Hearing this, Zhou Yun also frowned and glanced at him:

"What's wrong?"

"I feel like this kid won't just obediently deliver himself to our doorstep; he must have some special means to evade capture."

Zhou Yun had also thought about the question Chen Xiong raised.

He had been dealing with Chu Chen for more than just a day or two.

He knew exactly what kind of style this kid had in doing things.

He was very clear about it.

A person like him would absolutely never surrender without a fight.

Precisely because of this, he might have already planned his escape route before committing the crime!

But this time, Zhou Yun really couldn't figure out what tricks he could pull in a place like this?!

The next second, while operating the steering wheel, he replied:

"I have also considered your question. His tricks are indeed numerous, but don't forget, this is Mount Everest; he can't just do whatever he wants. As long as he goes up, he will definitely come down. As long as he dares to come down, he will certainly fall into our encirclement. I want to see what other means he has this time..."

After speaking, he picked up the walkie-talkie again and ordered all pursuit personnel: "Continue strict surveillance!"

Zhou Yun's explanation was not without reason.

But Chen Xiong always had a very strange premonition.

He always felt that they were very likely to be wasting their efforts again this time.

However, he did not voice these words.

The operation was at a critical moment, and everyone was full of confidence.

Especially the Team Captain.

If he said his true thoughts at this time, it would definitely have a certain impact on the operation.

Thinking of this, Chen Xiong stopped speaking and continued to stare at the snow mountain covered by banner clouds, lost in thought!

At the same time.

Yanjing!

Inside the Command Room of the Expert Group at China Central Television!

Right now, this question was also troubling the five experts!

Based on their understanding of Chu Chen, since he chose to start the Mount Everest challenge, his subsequent escape plan must also be under his control!

Every one of his crimes was meticulously planned!

Without exception.

From the moment the program began, Chen Zijin and Liu Xuemin had realized this point!

But until now, they hadn't obtained any valuable clues and simply couldn't predict Chu Chen's next move!

They could only use satellite surveillance to closely monitor his every move and then make a decision!

The next moment, just as everyone was concentrating on observing the surveillance footage, Chu Chen, who had not made any moves, suddenly acted.

He first kicked a stone down the mountain, and then removed all the equipment on his body!

In the cold wind, wearing only a black tight-fitting suit and a black helmet of the same color, he looked just like a Black Warrior!

Seeing him move, Lin Xu immediately said:

"He seems to be coming down the mountain!"

Seeing this, Liu Xuemin nodded and then commanded: "Notify the Pursuit Team and have them get ready."

"Right away."

As he said this, Lin Xu immediately activated a remote video software he had made himself and contacted Zhou Yun at the first opportunity: "Team Captain, the target has made a move. He should be preparing to come down the mountain. Get ready on your end!"

"Alright! I understand! Rest assured, leave this side to me!"

Hearing this news, Zhou Yun immediately became twelve times more alert and decisively picked up the walkie-talkie:

"Attention all units, the target is about to descend the mountain, please be prepared! Once the target is spotted entering the capture range, act immediately! I repeat, the target is about to descend the mountain, please be prepared..."

Inside the Command Room.

After minimizing the dialogue box with Zhou Yun, Lin Xu directly projected Chu Chen's satellite surveillance footage onto the large screen in the Command Room!

Looking at Chu Chen, who resembled a Black Warrior on the large screen, Chen Zijin said nothing, constantly muttering to himself in his heart:

"Hurry and act, I really want to see what kind of method you will use this time to escape alive! Come on, Chu Chen!"

The competition has reached this point.

Chen Zijin was already increasingly looking forward to Chu Chen's next move!

This anticipation had even surpassed the desire to capture him!

It completely occupied his heart!

Of course, Chen Zijin was not the only one with this thought; the other members of the Expert Group were the same!

They all wanted to see how Chu Chen's next move would play out!

At this moment, inside the Command Room, everyone was staring fixedly at the large screen!

At this time, in the live broadcast footage, Chu Chen was standing right on the peak of Mount Everest!

And he also knew that the people from the Expert Group and the Pursuit Team were using various surveillance methods to monitor his every move!

Thinking of this, he walked directly in front of the Micro Sky Eye lens and said very relaxedly:

"This is the highest point on Earth, but it is not the end of my challenge; my crimes will continue... If you still want to catch me, I am waiting at any time!"

Inside the Command Room, every word he spoke rang out clearly, echoing in everyone's ears.

"This is simply too arrogant!"

After a while.

Zhu Guowei, who was always calm, could not control his emotions and suddenly spoke up.

His words instantly broke the silence inside the Command Room.

As a professor of Criminal Psychology, Zhu Guowei's emotions were usually very stable.

No matter how heinous the criminal he faced, he could always handle it with composure!

But this time.

He really could not hold it in!

In his more than ten years of teaching and case-handling practice, he had never seen a criminal like Chu Chen who dared to directly provoke the pursuit personnel!

This behavior of his was not just a provocation to the few experts, but a provocation to the entire pursuit team and judicial authority!
